【摘要】：金融系統(tǒng)是現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)的核心,承擔(dān)著服務(wù)國家戰(zhàn)略部署、執(zhí)行黨的路線方針政策的重要責(zé)任,是國家經(jīng)濟(jì)的命脈。金融系統(tǒng)的思想政治教育工作,關(guān)系著金融企業(yè)精神文明建設(shè)、關(guān)系著黨和國家金融政策方針的落實(shí)貫徹,關(guān)系著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、金融規(guī)范和金融系統(tǒng)從業(yè)人員精神風(fēng)貌建設(shè)。思想政治教育是黨的“傳家寶”和真正優(yōu)勢,黨歷來重視國企的思政工作�！吨醒胄麄鞑�、國務(wù)院國資委關(guān)于加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)新形勢下國有及國有控股企業(yè)思想政治工作的意見》強(qiáng)調(diào):“思想政治工作是國有企業(yè)的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)和政治優(yōu)勢,是國有企業(yè)改革發(fā)展穩(wěn)定的有力保證,是中國特色現(xiàn)代國有企業(yè)制度的鮮明特征�！备倪M(jìn)金融系統(tǒng)從業(yè)人員思想政治教育工作是保持金融系統(tǒng)各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)又好又快發(fā)展的前提和基礎(chǔ)。繼承和發(fā)揚(yáng)思想政治教育優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng),做好新形勢下的金融系統(tǒng)從業(yè)人員思想政治教育工作,是堅(jiān)持黨對金融工作的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的必然要求,是貫徹和落實(shí)全面從嚴(yán)治黨戰(zhàn)略部署要求的重要體現(xiàn),是促進(jìn)金融系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定健康發(fā)展的客觀需要和時代命題。論文綜合運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料研究法、調(diào)查研究法、理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的方法,以馬克思主義理論為指導(dǎo),首先分析和闡述了金融系統(tǒng)從業(yè)人員思想政治教育相關(guān)理論,指出了金融系統(tǒng)從業(yè)人員思政教育的內(nèi)涵,論述了從業(yè)人員思政教育的理論基礎(chǔ),主要有主體間性理論、人的全面發(fā)展理論、管理心理學(xué)的激勵理論:其次分析和論述了強(qiáng)化金融系統(tǒng)從業(yè)人員思想政治教育的特殊重要性;再次運(yùn)用“解剖麻雀”式的典型調(diào)查的方法,以銀行為調(diào)研樣本,對我國金融系統(tǒng)從業(yè)人員思想政治教育現(xiàn)狀及問題進(jìn)行了分析:最后提出了加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)我國金融系統(tǒng)從業(yè)人員思想政治教育的原則和對策,認(rèn)為需要通過金融系統(tǒng)從業(yè)人員思想政治教育的不斷改革創(chuàng)新,以解決我國金融系統(tǒng)從業(yè)人員思想政治教育存在的一些深層次的矛盾和問題,促進(jìn)金融系統(tǒng)健康穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The financial system is the core of the modern economy. It is the lifeblood of the national economy and the ideological and political education of the financial system. It is related to the construction of the spiritual civilization of the financial enterprises, the implementation of the financial policy of the Party and the state, and the development of the economy. The ideological and political education is the party's "heirloom" and real advantage, and the party has always attached importance to the ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises. Opinions of the State Administration and Administration Commission of the State Council on strengthening and improving the ideological and political work of State-owned and State-owned holding Enterprises under the New situation "ideological and political work is the fine tradition and political superiority of state-owned enterprises." It is a powerful guarantee for the reform, development and stability of state-owned enterprises. It is the distinctive characteristic of the modern state-owned enterprise system with Chinese characteristics. " Improving the ideological and political education of the financial system practitioners is the premise and foundation to maintain the sound and rapid development of the financial system, and to inherit and carry forward the fine tradition of ideological and political education. To do a good job of ideological and political education for financial system practitioners under the new situation is the inevitable requirement of adhering to the Party's leadership in financial work and an important embodiment of implementing and implementing the requirements of comprehensive and strict party strategic arrangements. It is the objective need and the time proposition to promote the stable and healthy development of the financial system. The paper synthetically uses the literature research method, the investigation research method, the method of combining theory with practice, guided by the Marxist theory. First of all, it analyzes and expounds the relevant theories of ideological and political education for practitioners of financial system, points out the connotation of ideological and political education for practitioners of financial system, and discusses the theoretical basis of ideological and political education for practitioners. There are intersubjectivity theory, the theory of all-round development of human beings, and the motivation theory of management psychology. Secondly, the special importance of strengthening the ideological and political education of financial system practitioners is analyzed and discussed. Again, using the "caesarean section" type of typical investigation method, taking the bank as the research sample. This paper analyzes the present situation and problems of ideological and political education for practitioners of financial system in China. At last, it puts forward the principles and countermeasures to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of practitioners in financial system. The author thinks that it is necessary to reform and innovate the ideological and political education of the financial system practitioners in order to solve some deep-seated contradictions and problems in the ideological and political education of the financial system practitioners in our country. To promote the healthy and stable development of the financial system.
