干旱脅迫下外源ABA對鼓粒期大豆氮素積累的調(diào)控研究

【摘要】:本試驗于2015-2016年在黑龍江八一農(nóng)墾大學進行,以綏農(nóng)26(干旱敏感型品種)和抗線蟲9號(耐旱型品種)為供試品種,利用15N示蹤技術(shù)和PEG模擬干旱脅迫的方法,研究了外源ABA對鼓粒期間干旱脅迫條件下大豆氮素積累的調(diào)控效應(yīng)。試驗結(jié)果表明:干旱脅迫顯著降低了鼓粒期間兩個供試大豆品種氮素同化和轉(zhuǎn)移關(guān)鍵酶活性,外源ABA可緩解干旱脅迫的這種抑制作用,其中外源ABA可顯著提高鼓粒前中期(鼓粒后第7 d-14 d和第14 d-21 d)綏農(nóng)26NR、GS、GOGAT及GDH酶活性,對于抗線蟲9號則在鼓粒前期(鼓粒后第0 d-7 d和第7 d-14 d)提高的較為顯著。外源ABA提高了兩個品種葉片及根部的GOT和GPT酶活性,差異未達到顯著水平。干旱脅迫顯著降低了鼓粒期間兩個供試大豆品種植株酰脲含量、提高了氨態(tài)氮和硝態(tài)氮含量,外源ABA可調(diào)控干旱脅迫下大豆植株酰脲含量、氨態(tài)氮和硝態(tài)氮含量的趨于正常水平的作用,并且這種調(diào)控作用效果對于兩個品種在鼓粒前期更為顯著。干旱脅迫顯著降低了鼓粒期間兩個供試大豆品種植株氮素積累量,在鼓粒前期(鼓粒后第0 d-7 d和第7 d-14 d)達到顯著水平。外源ABA可緩解干旱脅迫對大豆植株氮素積累(主要是礦質(zhì)氮)的抑制作用,并且這種緩解作用在鼓粒前期更為顯著。與干旱脅迫相比,外源ABA提高了鼓粒后第0 d-7 d和第7 d-14 d期間綏農(nóng)26和抗線蟲9號全株肥料氮素積累量,提高幅度分別為4.20%和3.89%、6.84%和13.49%。外源ABA提高了鼓粒后第0 d-7 d和第7 d-14 d期間綏農(nóng)26和抗線蟲9號全株氮素積累量,提高幅度分別為7.87%和6.53%、5.57%和4.24%。鼓粒期間干旱脅迫顯著降低了兩個供試大豆品種單株產(chǎn)量。外源ABA可緩解由干旱脅迫造成的產(chǎn)量損失,并且這種緩解作用在鼓粒前期更為顯著。與干旱脅迫相比,外源ABA提高了鼓粒后第0 d-7 d和第7 d-14 d期間綏農(nóng)26和抗線蟲9號單株產(chǎn)量,提高幅度分別為22.08%和24.87%、18.78%和21.22%。
[Abstract]:The experiment was conducted at Bayi Nong Reclamation University of Heilongjiang Province in 2015-2016. Suinong 26 (drought sensitive variety) and nematode resistance 9 (drought tolerant variety) were used as tested varieties. 15N tracer technique and PEG were used to simulate drought stress. The effects of exogenous ABA on nitrogen accumulation in soybean during drought stress were studied. The results showed that drought stress significantly reduced the activity of nitrogen assimilation and transfer key enzymes in two soybean varieties during grain filling. Exogenous ABA alleviated the inhibition of drought stress. Exogenous ABA could significantly increase the activity of Suinong 26NRGAT and GDH enzyme in the early and middle stage (7 d ~ 14 d and 14 d ~ 21 d after granulation). The results showed that the resistance to nematode 9 was significantly increased at the pregranulation stage (0 d-7 d and 7 d-14 d after the granulation). Exogenous ABA increased the activities of GOT and GPT in the leaves and roots of the two cultivars, but the difference was not significant. Drought stress significantly decreased the content of plant acylurea and increased the content of ammonia nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen in two soybean varieties during grain filling period. Exogenous ABA could regulate the content of plant acyl urea in soybean under drought stress. The contents of ammonia and nitrate tend to be normal, and the effect of this regulation is more significant for the two varieties in the early stage of granulation. Drought stress significantly decreased the nitrogen accumulation in the two soybean varieties during the grain filling period, and reached a significant level at the early stage (0 d-7 d and 7 d ~ 14 d after grain filling). Exogenous ABA alleviated the inhibition of nitrogen accumulation (mainly mineral nitrogen) in soybean plants under drought stress, and the effect was more significant in the early stage of granulation. Compared with drought stress, exogenous ABA increased the nitrogen accumulation of Suinong 26 and resistant nematode 9 in the period of 0 d 7 d and 7 d 14 d after grain filling, and increased by 4.20% and 3.89%, respectively. 6.84% and 13.49% respectively. Exogenous ABA increased the nitrogen accumulation of Suinong 26 and resistant nematode 9 at 0 d 7 d and 7 d 14 d after grain filling, by 7.87% and 6.53% 5.57% and 4.24%, respectively. Drought stress significantly decreased the yield per plant of two soybean varieties during grain filling. Exogenous ABA can alleviate the yield loss caused by drought stress, and this effect is more significant in the early stage of granulation. Compared with drought stress, exogenous ABA increased the yield of Suinong 26 and resistant nematode 9 in the period of 0 d 7 d and 7 d 14 d after grain filling, and the increase ranges were 22.08% and 24.87%, 18.78% and 21.22%, respectively.
