苜蓿種子重力分選性能試驗研究

【摘要】:重力分選是種子清選和分級的重要方法之一,其作用是將種子按密度進(jìn)行排列分級。苜蓿原種子含有較多沙子和不飽滿的癟種子,去石和除癟種子是重力分選的特長。苜蓿是牧草之王,種植面積大,種子用量及加工設(shè)備需求也大。重力分選機(jī)是清選分級設(shè)備中最復(fù)雜的一種。其使用中需要多個工作參數(shù)的調(diào)節(jié),造成使用難度增加。所以研究苜蓿種子重力分選有實際意義。論文從理論上對重力分選過程中,種子的運動進(jìn)行了分析,重點研究苜蓿種子的重力分選性能。根據(jù)重力分選機(jī)有關(guān)文獻(xiàn)分析,確定重力分選機(jī)的性能指標(biāo),主要有凈度、獲選率、生產(chǎn)率、除輕雜率、除重雜率,影響因素有轉(zhuǎn)速、振幅、風(fēng)速、縱向傾角、橫向傾角。以性能指標(biāo)為評價指標(biāo),以影響因素為變量,進(jìn)行單因素試驗,得到各影響因素的較優(yōu)數(shù)值。以較優(yōu)數(shù)值為基礎(chǔ),確定轉(zhuǎn)速、風(fēng)速、縱向傾角3個因素的水平,進(jìn)行正交試驗。分別以生產(chǎn)率、凈度、獲選率為評價指標(biāo),確定3個因素重要性的排列順序和最優(yōu)水平組合。在此基礎(chǔ)上,再平衡考慮3個評價指標(biāo),最終得到因素的較優(yōu)水平組合,即轉(zhuǎn)速368r/min,風(fēng)速2.8m/s,縱向傾角5.0°,對應(yīng)指標(biāo)為凈度是97.6%,獲選率是95.4%,生產(chǎn)率是62.9kg/h。論文的理論分析和試驗研究能夠為相關(guān)設(shè)備的設(shè)計提供數(shù)據(jù),為苜蓿種子重力分選的使用提供指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Gravity sorting is one of the most important methods of seed cleaning and grading, and its function is to arrange and classify seeds according to density. Alfalfa seeds contain more sand and less than full and flat seeds. The special strength of gravity sorting is to remove stone and desiccate seeds. Alfalfa is the king of forage. Gravity separator is one of the most complex cleaning and classifying equipment. It needs the adjustment of several working parameters in use, resulting in more difficulty in use. So it is of practical significance to study the gravimetric sorting of alfalfa seeds. In this paper, the movement of seeds in the process of gravity sorting is analyzed theoretically, and the gravity sorting performance of alfalfa seeds is mainly studied. According to the analysis of relevant documents of gravity sorter, the performance indexes of gravity separator are determined, including cleanliness, selection rate, productivity, light impurity removal rate, heavy impurity removal rate, influencing factors such as rotational speed, amplitude, wind speed, longitudinal inclination angle and transverse inclination angle. Taking the performance index as the evaluation index and the influence factor as the variable, the single factor experiment was carried out, and the optimum value of each influencing factor was obtained. Based on the optimal values, orthogonal experiments were carried out to determine the level of three factors, namely, rotational speed, wind speed and longitudinal inclination angle. Productivity, cleanliness and selection rate were used as evaluation indexes to determine the order of importance of three factors and the optimal level combination. On this basis, three evaluation indexes were rebalanced and the optimal horizontal combination of the factors was obtained, that is, the rotational speed was 368r / min, the wind speed was 2.8 m / s, the longitudinal inclination angle was 5.0 擄, the corresponding index was the cleanliness of 97.66.The selection rate was 95.4%. Productivity is 62.9 kg / h. The theoretical analysis and experimental study in this paper can provide data for the design of related equipment and provide guidance for the use of gravity sorting of alfalfa seeds.
