高野草含量日糧對(duì)獺兔后期生產(chǎn)性能及相關(guān)指標(biāo)的影響

【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)旨在研究不同比例野草日糧對(duì)獺兔后期生長性能、毛密度、屠宰性能、血液生化指標(biāo)、免疫功能、消化器官發(fā)育指標(biāo)、腹瀉率、死亡率以及堿性磷酸酶(AKP)活性的影響,為野草草粉在獺兔日糧中的應(yīng)用提供一定的理論基礎(chǔ)。試驗(yàn)選用健康無病、精神狀態(tài)良好的110日齡試驗(yàn)兔30只,公母各半,按性別隨機(jī)分為3組,分別為試驗(yàn)1組即Ⅰ組、試驗(yàn)2組即Ⅱ組、試驗(yàn)3組即Ⅲ組,每組10只獺兔。Ⅰ組為對(duì)照組,正常飼喂基礎(chǔ)日糧;Ⅱ組飼喂:15%當(dāng)?shù)匾安莶莘?85%基礎(chǔ)日糧;Ⅲ組飼喂:30%當(dāng)?shù)匾安莶莘?70%基礎(chǔ)日糧。預(yù)試期7 d,正式期30 d。生產(chǎn)性能:與試驗(yàn)1組相比,試驗(yàn)3組顯著提高獺兔的結(jié)束末重、平均日增重、平均日采食量、體況評(píng)分(P0.05),試驗(yàn)2組顯著提高結(jié)束末重、平均日增重、平均日采食量(P0.05),試驗(yàn)2組與試驗(yàn)3組耗料增重顯著低于試驗(yàn)1組(P0.05)。試驗(yàn)說明野草草粉對(duì)獺兔生長具有促進(jìn)作用,降低了耗料增重比。毛密度:與試驗(yàn)1組相比,試驗(yàn)3組顯著提高背部、腰部、左肩部、右肩部毛密度(P0.05);與試驗(yàn)2組相比,試驗(yàn)3組背部毛密度、腰部毛密度、右肩部毛密度均顯著高于試驗(yàn)1組(P0.05)。本研究表明,30%野草替代比例能夠提高獺兔被毛密度。屠宰性能:與試驗(yàn)1組相比,試驗(yàn)3組顯著提高活重、胴體重(P0.05),屠宰率、半凈膛屠宰率、全凈膛屠宰率(P0.05);與試驗(yàn)2組相比,試驗(yàn)3組活體重、胴體重、屠宰率、半凈膛屠宰率、全凈膛屠宰率高于試驗(yàn)2組(P0.05)。本試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明日糧中添加不同比例野草草粉可提高獺兔屠宰性能。血液生化指標(biāo):與試驗(yàn)1組相比,試驗(yàn)3組顯著提高TP、ALB含量(P0.05),GLB、A/G、Ig G高于試驗(yàn)1組(P0.05);與試驗(yàn)2組相比,試驗(yàn)3組顯著提高TP含量(P0.05),其余各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均高于試驗(yàn)2組(P0.05)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,野草提高了獺兔的免疫功能。免疫指標(biāo):與試驗(yàn)1組相比,試驗(yàn)3組脾臟指數(shù)、IgA含量顯著高于試驗(yàn)1組(P0.05),肝臟指數(shù)低于試驗(yàn)1組(P0.05);與試驗(yàn)2組相比,試驗(yàn)3組脾臟指數(shù)、IgA高于試驗(yàn)2組(P0.05),肝臟指數(shù)低于試驗(yàn)2組(P0.05)。試驗(yàn)表明野草能夠促進(jìn)動(dòng)物機(jī)體免疫器官發(fā)育,進(jìn)而提高獺兔免疫功能。在消化器官指數(shù)方面,與試驗(yàn)1組相比,試驗(yàn)3組十二指腸比重、空腸比重顯著高于試驗(yàn)1組(P0.05),胃比重、回腸比重高于試驗(yàn)1組(P0.05);與試驗(yàn)2組相比,試驗(yàn)3組胃比重、十二指腸比重、空腸比重、回腸比重高于試驗(yàn)2組(P0.05)。在腹瀉率、死亡率、AKP活性方面,與試驗(yàn)1組相比,試驗(yàn)3組AKP活性低于試驗(yàn)1組(P0.05)。與試驗(yàn)2組相比,試驗(yàn)3組AKP活性低于試驗(yàn)2組(P0.05)。3個(gè)試驗(yàn)組獺兔AKP活性隨著日糧鄉(xiāng)土草含量的升高而降低(P0.05)。3個(gè)試驗(yàn)組均未出現(xiàn)腹瀉、死亡現(xiàn)象。綜上所述,30%野草日糧提高了獺兔生產(chǎn)性能。
