浙江海域三疣梭子蟹生物學(xué)特征分析及放流容量的確定

【摘要】:本文依據(jù)2015年5月至2016年5月在舟山漁場、舟外漁場和樂清海域生產(chǎn)漁船上采集的三疣梭子蟹(Portunus trituberculatus)樣品,研究了此海域三疣梭子蟹的生物學(xué)特征,將結(jié)果與以往研究進(jìn)行了比較。并計(jì)算目前浙江省三疣梭子蟹合理的放流容量。模擬不同的開發(fā)率情況下,三疣梭子蟹合理的增殖放流數(shù)量。在所采集的769尾三疣梭子蟹樣品中,其甲寬分布范圍為4.0cm~20.2cm,平均值12.5cm;甲長分布范圍為2.0cm~11.7cm,平均值6.2cm;體重范圍為4.04g~576.00g,平均值116.00g;雌雄比約為1.28:1,雌性個(gè)體占優(yōu)。體重(W)-甲寬(L)關(guān)系為:W = 0.0644L2.9111。運(yùn)用FISAT-Ⅱ軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析和處理,得出生長參數(shù)L∞=21.0cm和K=0.83,建立 von Bertalanffy 生長方程為:lt = 21(1-e-0.83(t+0.373))。與以往的研究結(jié)果相比,三疣梭子蟹的參數(shù)a值偏大,b值略偏小,但更接近于3。其甲長與甲寬偏小,比值更接近于1:2,說明三疣梭子蟹個(gè)體趨于低齡化,小個(gè)體占比較大;诩讓捊M成的漁獲量曲線估算三疣梭子蟹總死亡系數(shù)Z=2.94[年]-1,使用RikhterEfanov方法估算自然死亡系數(shù)M=1.707[年]-1。通過對歷史資料分析,設(shè)定上世紀(jì)80年代為未過渡捕撈時(shí)期,研究浙江海域三疣梭子蟹資源量約為6.128×109尾,而評估得到當(dāng)前浙江海域三疣梭子蟹資源量約為4.556×109尾,故目前浙江省三疣梭子蟹合理的增殖放流容量為1.572×109尾。模擬不同開發(fā)率情況下,三疣梭子蟹合理的增殖放流數(shù)量,合理放流容量與開發(fā)率呈現(xiàn)多項(xiàng)式關(guān)系,為y=-1.025x2 +2.0438x + 5.2113,其中 R2=0.9986。該研究的成果將有助于指導(dǎo)三疣梭子蟹資源增殖放流的科學(xué)開展,并且該方法也可以推廣應(yīng)用到其他種類,能為我國漁業(yè)資源增殖放流效果評價(jià)體系及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的建立提供技術(shù)支撐。
[Abstract]:Based on the (Portunus trituberculatus) samples collected from fishing boats in Zhoushan fishing ground, off-boat fishing ground and Yueqing sea area from May 2015 to May 2016, the biological characteristics of Portunus trituberculus were studied.
