【摘要】：四川省森林風(fēng)景資源極其豐富,在中國旅游市場巨大發(fā)展的背景下,四川省米倉山國家森林公園發(fā)展生態(tài)旅游有望成為川東北、陜南地區(qū)最重要的生態(tài)旅游區(qū),本文將通過對國內(nèi)外關(guān)于森林公園的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r與相關(guān)的研究成果進(jìn)行分析與總結(jié),對當(dāng)前公園的生態(tài)環(huán)境、風(fēng)景資源、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施等做充分的調(diào)查與評價分析,再針對公園的發(fā)展優(yōu)勢與問題提出相應(yīng)的對策,從理論到實(shí)踐的進(jìn)行具有前瞻性的旅游規(guī)劃研究。本文主要研究內(nèi)容有:(1)針對四川省米倉山國家森林公園生態(tài)條件的綜合分析,對現(xiàn)有森林旅游資源進(jìn)行全面調(diào)查、分析,并且進(jìn)行生態(tài)環(huán)境資源質(zhì)量評價,評分總分10分,此公園得到9.4分,生態(tài)環(huán)境優(yōu)良。對風(fēng)景資源質(zhì)量做出評價,綜合分值總分30分,此公園得到25.075分,此地是優(yōu)秀的生態(tài)旅游目的地。提出米倉山國家森林公園旅游開發(fā)的利用條件,并且進(jìn)行SOWT分析,提出旅游規(guī)劃的內(nèi)容要求,即公園的規(guī)劃要充分發(fā)揮優(yōu)勢條件,解決基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施落后問題,特色產(chǎn)品的拓展問題,旅游人才的短缺問題,做好生態(tài)保護(hù),提高景觀質(zhì)量,順應(yīng)旅游市場,提高同類型生態(tài)旅游目的地的競爭力。(2)面對這些實(shí)際問題,對米倉山國家森林公園提出主題定位,對環(huán)境容量與客源市場進(jìn)行分析,環(huán)境容量經(jīng)計(jì)算,公園日環(huán)境容量為55553人次,公園日游客容量為42886人次,公園年容量為1286.58萬人次�？驮椿A(chǔ)市場為成渝城市群和關(guān)中天水城市群,主體市場為川陜境內(nèi)其他城市、京津冀、長三角、珠三角地區(qū)。根據(jù)公園不同的景區(qū)擁有不同的自身資源與實(shí)際狀況,規(guī)劃不同的功能分區(qū)方案。再分區(qū)進(jìn)行具體的建設(shè)項(xiàng)目與景點(diǎn)規(guī)劃,植被景觀規(guī)劃,旅游產(chǎn)品與服務(wù)設(shè)施規(guī)劃,風(fēng)景資源與動植物的保護(hù)建議,基礎(chǔ)工程的規(guī)劃,以及供水與排水的規(guī)劃等。此次旅游規(guī)劃研究對于引導(dǎo)米倉山國家森林公園突出自身優(yōu)勢,發(fā)展更高層次的生態(tài)旅游具有一定實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:Sichuan Province is extremely rich in forest landscape resources. Under the background of the huge development of China's tourism market, the development of ecotourism in Sichuan Province's Micang Mountain National Forest Park is expected to become the most important ecotourism area in Northeast Sichuan and Southern Shaanxi. Through the analysis and summary of the development of forest parks at home and abroad and related research results, this paper makes a full investigation and evaluation analysis on the ecological environment, landscape resources, infrastructure and so on of the current parks. Then the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures against the development advantages and problems of the park, and carries on the prospective tourism planning research from the theory to the practice. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) in view of the comprehensive analysis of ecological conditions of Mecang Mountain National Forest Park in Sichuan Province, a comprehensive investigation and analysis of the existing forest tourism resources are carried out, and the quality of ecological environment resources is evaluated, with a total score of 10 points. The park scored 9.4 points and had a good ecological environment. The comprehensive score of 30 points, the park got 25.075 points, here is an excellent eco-tourism destination. This paper puts forward the utilization conditions of the tourism development of the National Forest Park of Micang Mountain, and carries on the SOWT analysis, and puts forward the content requirements of the tourism planning, that is, the planning of the park should give full play to the advantages of the conditions and solve the problem of backward infrastructure. The expansion of characteristic products, the shortage of tourism talents, the improvement of ecological protection, the improvement of landscape quality, the adaptation to the tourism market, and the improvement of the competitiveness of the same type of ecotourism destinations. (2) facing these practical problems, This paper puts forward the theme orientation of Micang Mountain National Forest Park, and analyzes the environmental capacity and tourist market. The environmental capacity is calculated to be 55553 person-times per day, 42886 person-times per day, and 12.8658 million person-times per year. The basic tourist market is Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration and Guanzhong Tianshui urban agglomeration, and the main market is other cities in Sichuan and Shaanxi, Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta. According to different scenic spots have their own resources and actual conditions, planning different functional zoning plan. Specific construction projects and scenic spots planning, vegetation landscape planning, tourism products and service facilities planning, protection of landscape resources and animals and plants, basic engineering planning, water supply and drainage planning, etc. The study of tourism planning has certain practical significance for guiding Micang Mountain National Forest Park to highlight its own advantages and to develop higher ecotourism.
