基于開(kāi)源GIS技術(shù)的新疆漁業(yè)資源數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)與開(kāi)發(fā)

【摘要】:額爾齊斯河、伊犁河以及額敏河(簡(jiǎn)稱“三河”)是新疆跨境河流的主要組成部分,由于“三河”水量豐富,地處多國(guó)交界處等特點(diǎn),“三河”流域漁業(yè)資源豐富,物種分布規(guī)律多元,種群結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜。而在面對(duì)日漸復(fù)雜的野外調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)管理需求和計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,資源調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)的信息化管理成為了高效存取及共享野外資源調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)的必要技術(shù)手段之一。因此,本研究以“三河”流域的水生生態(tài)以及魚(yú)類資源調(diào)查為需求進(jìn)行分析設(shè)計(jì),針對(duì)調(diào)查中產(chǎn)生的科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)收集、應(yīng)用和存儲(chǔ)等問(wèn)題進(jìn)行探討,提出了一套符合現(xiàn)有科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)規(guī)范的信息標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系和漁業(yè)資源數(shù)據(jù)編碼規(guī)范。研究以科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)編碼為基礎(chǔ),將當(dāng)前Web技術(shù)與開(kāi)源GIS空間信息技術(shù)融合,采用輕量級(jí)開(kāi)發(fā)框架與多個(gè)GIS開(kāi)源類庫(kù)作為輔助,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了新疆跨境河流水生生態(tài)資源及魚(yú)類數(shù)據(jù)共享平臺(tái):1)平臺(tái)利用了數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理系統(tǒng)、開(kāi)源GIS應(yīng)用服務(wù)器等技術(shù)作為后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)支撐,以O(shè)GC提出的Web地圖服務(wù)作為服務(wù)實(shí)現(xiàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。2)平臺(tái)采用了Spring、Hibernate等J2EE系列的開(kāi)發(fā)框架作為主體技術(shù)選型,利用Spring框架的松散耦合特色,組裝配合調(diào)用Spring Web、Spring Security以及Spring MVC等子模塊,從而保證了系統(tǒng)良好的可移植性和可復(fù)用性。3)系統(tǒng)主體功能一共分為數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)與管理、調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)查詢、基本數(shù)據(jù)圖表以及統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、WebGIS綜合等模塊,其中數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)與管理部分由關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理系統(tǒng)和空間數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)模式等內(nèi)容組成,調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)的查詢方式則包括了Popup彈窗查詢、點(diǎn)擊查詢、關(guān)鍵字查詢以及多條件查詢等,基本數(shù)據(jù)圖表以及統(tǒng)計(jì)部分主要實(shí)現(xiàn)了針對(duì)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)中的定量關(guān)系,如生物量、密度以及生物指數(shù)的計(jì)算等,在前端頁(yè)面繪制渲染出折線圖、餅狀圖等統(tǒng)計(jì)圖表,并將數(shù)量關(guān)系在地圖上表達(dá)出來(lái)。WebGIS綜合模塊則實(shí)現(xiàn)了切片服務(wù)、要素服務(wù)、地圖樣式定制化修改等多個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)地圖服務(wù),并以O(shè)penLayers的體系結(jié)構(gòu)為基礎(chǔ),實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于開(kāi)源JS的OpenLayers2自定義控件。4)針對(duì)額爾齊斯河流域某一時(shí)期下的底棲動(dòng)物多樣性問(wèn)題進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理和分析,以使用系統(tǒng)的實(shí)例論證系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)的實(shí)用性,通過(guò)流程化的操作實(shí)現(xiàn)了相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的上傳、處理、分析以及計(jì)算結(jié)果的輸出。最后,本系統(tǒng)為新疆跨境河流的三河流域水生生態(tài)及魚(yú)類資源調(diào)查提供了穩(wěn)定可靠的數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)、管理、分析及應(yīng)用等服務(wù),不僅保證了科研活動(dòng)的數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量管理,而且還提高了數(shù)據(jù)的管理和處理效率,從而促進(jìn)了新疆地區(qū)的水生生態(tài)資源和漁業(yè)資源的可持續(xù)利用與發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Erqis River, Yili River and Ermin River (abbreviated as "three Rivers") are the main components of the cross-border rivers in Xinjiang. Because of the abundant water quantity of the "three rivers" and their location at the junction of many countries, the "three rivers" basin is rich in fishery resources. The distribution of species is multivariate and the population structure is complex. In the face of the increasingly complex field survey data management needs and the rapid development of computer technology, the information management of resource survey data has become one of the necessary technical means to efficiently access and share field resource survey data. Therefore, based on the needs of aquatic ecology and fish resources survey in the "three rivers" basin, the research aims at the problems of scientific data collection, application and storage, etc. A set of information standard system and fishery resource data coding standard are proposed. Based on the scientific data coding, the current Web technology and the open source GIS spatial information technology are combined, and the lightweight development framework and several open source GIS class libraries are used as the assistance. The design and implementation of Xinjiang cross-border river aquatic ecological resources and fish data sharing platform: 1) the platform uses database management system, open source GIS application server and other technologies as backstage data service support. Based on OGC's Web Map Service as the standard of service implementation, the platform adopts J2EE development framework such as Spring hibernate as the main technology selection, and makes use of the loose coupling characteristic of Spring Framework, assembles and calls Spring Web Spring Security and Spring MVC sub-modules, etc. Thus ensuring the good portability and reusability of the system. 3) the main functions of the system are divided into three modules: data storage and management, investigation data query, basic data chart and statistical analysis WebGIS synthesis, etc. The part of data storage and management is composed of relational database management system and spatial data storage mode. The query methods of survey data include popup window query, click query, keyword query and multi-condition query, etc. The basic data chart and the statistical part mainly realize the quantitative relations in the survey data, such as biomass, density and biological index calculation, etc. In the front page, the statistical charts such as broken line map, pie chart and so on are rendered. The number relation is expressed on the map. WebGIS synthesis module realizes many web map services, such as slice service, element service, map style customization and so on, and based on the architecture of OpenLayers. The OpenLayers2 custom control based on open source JS is implemented to process and analyze the data of benthos diversity at a certain period of time in Erzis River basin, so as to demonstrate the practicability of the system platform by using the system examples. The related data are uploaded, processed, analyzed and the output of calculation results are realized through the operation of flow. Finally, the system provides stable and reliable data storage, management, analysis and application services for the investigation of aquatic ecology and fish resources in the three rivers basin of Xinjiang, which not only ensures the data quality management of scientific research activities. It also improves the efficiency of data management and processing, thus promoting the sustainable utilization and development of aquatic ecological resources and fishery resources in Xinjiang.
