集成屋頂農(nóng)業(yè)的兼農(nóng)循環(huán)住宅構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:2016年,我國城市化率超過57.35%。為了滿足日益增加的城市人口規(guī)模,致使城市不斷發(fā)展擴張,耕地不斷減少,生態(tài)環(huán)境愈發(fā)脆弱;同時,過多的資源消耗增加了城市的生態(tài)足跡,城市作為單一的資源消耗者和廢物排放者,難以形成閉合的物質(zhì)循環(huán)體系,逐漸造成城市物質(zhì)的線性代謝流動。在此背景下,本文提出了將屋頂農(nóng)業(yè)與住宅建筑相結(jié)合,并與其能源、水分和養(yǎng)分循環(huán)系統(tǒng)相對接的新型“兼農(nóng)循環(huán)住宅”模式;诙鄬W(xué)科的協(xié)作,綜合運用研究性設(shè)計、物質(zhì)代謝分析等方法,在滿足居民日常生活需求的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建住宅建筑自身的生態(tài)系統(tǒng)及內(nèi)部物質(zhì)循環(huán)系統(tǒng),力圖促進農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)及廢棄物回收利用與居民的生活系統(tǒng)、建筑自身的生態(tài)系統(tǒng)之間的共存共生和協(xié)同發(fā)展。這對解決當前城市環(huán)境污染嚴重、線性代謝、食物里程冗長、糧食供應(yīng)緊張等環(huán)境和社會問題具有重要現(xiàn)實意義。全文共分五部分進行闡述:第一部分,在探討社會背景及學(xué)科研究背景的基礎(chǔ)上,溯源其理念。對城市農(nóng)業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)建筑、兼農(nóng)住宅等概念進行界定,確定研究內(nèi)容;分析國內(nèi)外有關(guān)于屋頂農(nóng)業(yè)、物質(zhì)循環(huán)的研究與實踐,了解其相關(guān)內(nèi)容的發(fā)展狀況;提出“兼農(nóng)循環(huán)住宅”的概念。第二部分,對“兼農(nóng)循環(huán)住宅”進行解析。通過對原則、目的及特征的分析,解析其內(nèi)涵,并從經(jīng)濟(生產(chǎn))、社會(生活)、技術(shù)(生態(tài))三方面對其概念進行闡述;在概念理解的基礎(chǔ)上,對其構(gòu)建的必要性及可行性進行分析。主要結(jié)合城市新、老舊住區(qū)的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研及其生產(chǎn)、生活、生態(tài)三方面的效益進行必要性解讀;可行性主要是從資源條件、技術(shù)條件及社會條件三方面進行解析。第三部分是兼農(nóng)循環(huán)住宅構(gòu)建進行策略論述。主要從物質(zhì)空間層面、物質(zhì)循環(huán)利用技術(shù)層面及發(fā)展策略層面出發(fā)論述其構(gòu)建策略。其中物質(zhì)空間層面主要圍繞屋頂農(nóng)業(yè)展開分析,包括建設(shè)要點及農(nóng)業(yè)種植要素等;物質(zhì)循環(huán)利用技術(shù)層面,主要從水分循環(huán)技術(shù)、養(yǎng)分循環(huán)技術(shù)、能量循環(huán)技術(shù)體系進行策略構(gòu)建;發(fā)展策略層面,主要是在物質(zhì)空間層面、技術(shù)層面構(gòu)建的基礎(chǔ)上,對其發(fā)展進行適當?shù)牟呗蕴嶙h。第四部分,在策略研究的基礎(chǔ)上,進行模式構(gòu)建研究。本部分首先在對構(gòu)建概況及相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,提出三種構(gòu)建模式——屋頂種植模式、密集種植模式、二者相結(jié)合的種植模式;并對第三種模式進行模型構(gòu)建,對其模式的經(jīng)濟性與合理性進行論述。第五部分為本文的結(jié)語部分,對集成屋頂農(nóng)業(yè)的兼農(nóng)循環(huán)構(gòu)建研究進行總結(jié),并對其后續(xù)的研究與發(fā)展提出展望。本研究力圖通過建筑學(xué)、生態(tài)學(xué)、農(nóng)學(xué)等學(xué)科的交融協(xié)作,提出了兼農(nóng)循環(huán)住宅的概念,在集成屋頂農(nóng)業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)上探索新型生態(tài)住宅的發(fā)展模式,目的是完善建筑自身的物質(zhì)循環(huán)系統(tǒng),改善城市線性代謝現(xiàn)狀,以期緩解當前城市化背景下的一系列資源、社會、環(huán)境、生態(tài)等問題,也對我國當前生態(tài)建筑的建設(shè)提供理論指導(dǎo)和策略參考。
[Abstract]:In 2016, China's urbanization rate exceeded 57.35%. in order to meet the increasing urban population scale, resulting in the continuous development and expansion of the city, the continuous reduction of cultivated land, and the increasingly fragile ecological environment. At the same time, excessive consumption of resources increased the ecological footprint of the city. As a single resource consuming and waste discharge, it was difficult to form a closed object. In this context, this paper puts forward a new type of "concurrent housing" model that combines roof agriculture with residential buildings and is connected to its energy, water and nutrient circulation system. Based on multidisciplinary work, a comprehensive application of research design, material metabolism analysis and so on is put forward. Methods, on the basis of meeting the daily needs of the residents, the ecological system and internal material circulation system of the residential building are constructed to promote the co-existence and co development of the agricultural production and waste recycling and the living system of the residents, and the co-existence and development of the ecological system of the building itself. This will solve the serious pollution of the current urban environment. Linear metabolism, long food mileage, shortage of food supply and other environmental and social problems have important practical significance. The full text is divided into five parts. The material space level mainly focuses on the roof agriculture analysis, including the construction points and the agricultural planting elements; The technical level of quality recycling is mainly from the water circulation technology, nutrient cycling technology and energy circulation technology system. The development strategy level is mainly on the basis of the material space level and the technical level, and the fourth part is based on the strategy research. In this part, on the basis of the research of the general situation and related data, this part puts forward three kinds of construction models - the roof planting pattern, the intensive planting pattern, the two combination pattern, and the model construction of the third models, and discusses the economy and rationality of the model. The fifth part is the concluding part of this article. The research on the construction of integrated roofing agriculture is summarized, and the future research and development are prospected. This study tries to integrate the integration of architecture, ecology, agronomy and other disciplines, and puts forward the concept of concurrently agricultural cycle residence, and explores the development model of new ecological housing on the basis of integrated roofing agriculture. To improve the material circulation system of the building itself and improve the status of linear metabolism in the city, in order to alleviate a series of resources, society, environment, ecology and other problems under the current urbanization background, it also provides theoretical guidance and strategic reference for the construction of the current ecological architecture in China.
