【摘要】：為探討適合內蒙古地區(qū)紫花苜蓿干燥方式對其營養(yǎng)成分的影響,本文分別通過對現蕾期、初花期紫花苜蓿采用太陽能干燥、室外曬干、室外陰干和烘箱恒溫干燥四種不同的方式進行干燥,分析不同干燥方式對樣品水分、粗蛋白、粗灰分、中性洗滌纖維及酸性洗滌纖維含量的影響,得到以下結果:(1)現蕾期不同干燥方式的干燥速率為:太陽能干燥室外曬干室外陰干;初花期干燥速率:烘箱干燥太陽能干燥室外曬干室外陰干,烘箱干燥速度最快,太陽能干燥使苜蓿含水率下降幅度更穩(wěn)定。(2)在現蕾期,同一含水率下,不同干燥方式灰分含量為:室外陰干室外曬干太陽能干燥;初花期灰分含量為:烘箱干燥室外陰干室外曬干太陽能干燥。(3)在現蕾期,不同干燥方式下,苜蓿粗蛋白的含量高低為:太陽能干燥室外陰干室外曬干;初花期同一含水率下,粗蛋白含量以烘箱干燥方式下最高,其次是太陽能干燥、室外曬干,室外陰干的粗蛋白含量最低。(4)現蕾期在同一干燥方式下隨著含水率的降低,樣品中酸性洗滌纖維含量呈明顯上升趨勢;初花期同一含水率下,不同干燥方式酸性洗滌纖維含量為烘箱干燥室外陰干室外曬干太陽能干燥。(5)同一干燥方式下含水率降低,樣品中的中性洗滌纖維含量呈明顯上升趨勢;初花期同一含水率下,不同干燥方式中性洗滌纖維含量為烘箱干燥室外陰干室外曬干太陽能干燥。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of alfalfa drying mode on its nutritional composition in Inner Mongolia, the alfalfa in budding stage and early flowering stage were dried with solar energy and dried outdoors. Outdoor drying and oven drying at constant temperature were carried out in four different ways. The effects of different drying methods on the content of moisture, crude protein, crude ash, neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber were analyzed. The results are as follows: drying rate of different drying methods in budding stage is: solar drying outdoor drying; early flowering drying rate: drying solar energy drying outdoor drying rate, oven drying speed is the fastest, Under the same water content, the ash content of different drying methods was: outdoor drying and outdoor drying solar drying; The ash content of alfalfa in early flowering period is: drying outdoor sun drying, solar drying, in bud stage, under different drying methods, the content of crude protein in alfalfa is as follows: solar drying outdoor drying, the same moisture content at the beginning of flowering period, the content of crude protein in alfalfa is as follows: solar drying outdoor drying, dry outdoor drying, The crude protein content was the highest in the oven drying mode, followed by solar drying, outdoor drying, and the lowest crude protein content in the outdoor drying. The content of acid detergent fiber in the sample increased obviously, and the content of acid washing fiber decreased under the same moisture content in the first flowering period, and the content of acid washing fiber in different drying methods was drying outdoor drying, solar drying and solar drying under the same drying mode, and the moisture content decreased under the same drying mode. The content of neutral detergent fiber in the sample was obviously rising, and the content of neutral washing fiber in different drying methods was dry outdoor drying solar drying under the same moisture content at the beginning of flowering.
