【摘要】:蘇州作為我國經(jīng)濟(jì)最為活躍的地區(qū)之一,改革開放以來經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展,人口數(shù)量增加,畜產(chǎn)品消費(fèi)量大幅上升,畜產(chǎn)品需求多樣化。但蘇州市一直重點(diǎn)發(fā)展二、三產(chǎn)業(yè),而畜禽養(yǎng)殖業(yè)一直作為污染源被關(guān)、停處理,受資源和環(huán)境制約,整體養(yǎng)殖規(guī)模逐年下降,地產(chǎn)畜產(chǎn)品市場占有率大幅下滑。因此,畜禽養(yǎng)殖業(yè)發(fā)展空間有限和產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模擴(kuò)張需求的矛盾、生態(tài)環(huán)境治保護(hù)和有效供給的矛盾是蘇州市畜禽養(yǎng)殖業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展需要解決的首要問題,而化解這兩個矛盾的關(guān)鍵是以種養(yǎng)結(jié)合為原則,優(yōu)化畜禽養(yǎng)殖業(yè)空間布局,實(shí)現(xiàn)畜禽養(yǎng)殖業(yè)由環(huán)境污染型產(chǎn)業(yè)向生態(tài)維護(hù)型產(chǎn)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)變。目前關(guān)于蘇州市畜禽養(yǎng)殖業(yè)空間布局的研究相對空缺,蘇州市各類規(guī)劃中也沒有針對畜禽養(yǎng)殖業(yè)空間布局的內(nèi)容,導(dǎo)致蘇州市畜禽養(yǎng)殖業(yè)空間布局缺乏科學(xué)引導(dǎo),因此優(yōu)化畜禽養(yǎng)殖業(yè)空間布局對蘇州市畜禽養(yǎng)殖業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文在對國內(nèi)外畜禽養(yǎng)殖業(yè)空間布局相關(guān)研究梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,以蘇州市規(guī);B(yǎng)殖場為研究對象,分析蘇州市畜禽養(yǎng)殖業(yè)發(fā)展概況、空間布局現(xiàn)狀及存在問題,采用層次分析法-熵權(quán)法主客觀相結(jié)合的綜合評價方法,構(gòu)建蘇州市畜禽養(yǎng)殖業(yè)空間布局適宜性評價體系,并結(jié)合聚類分析法得出蘇州市畜禽養(yǎng)殖業(yè)空間區(qū)劃方案,給出優(yōu)化布局的政策建議。研究內(nèi)容主要包括以下幾個方面:第一部分包括緒論和研究綜述。闡述畜禽養(yǎng)殖業(yè)發(fā)展所處的新背景,面臨的新形勢,并對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究從畜禽養(yǎng)殖業(yè)的發(fā)展及空間布局優(yōu)化方面進(jìn)行梳理,論述了從種養(yǎng)結(jié)合角度出發(fā)優(yōu)化畜禽養(yǎng)殖業(yè)空間布局的必要性。第二部分是對蘇州市畜禽養(yǎng)殖業(yè)發(fā)展概況及空間布局現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析。對蘇州市畜禽養(yǎng)殖業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)行總結(jié),分析存在問題及挑戰(zhàn)。梳理蘇州市生豬、肉禽、蛋禽、奶牛養(yǎng)殖空間分布變化特征,并深入分析蘇州市畜禽養(yǎng)殖業(yè)空間布局存在問題及成因,為科學(xué)建立蘇州市畜禽養(yǎng)殖業(yè)空間布局適宜性評價體系提供現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。第三部是建立蘇州市畜禽養(yǎng)殖業(yè)空間布局適宜性評價體系,根據(jù)評價結(jié)果給出空間區(qū)劃方案,并給出優(yōu)化空間布局的政策建議。選用目前在畜禽養(yǎng)殖業(yè)空間布局研究中運(yùn)用較為成熟的層次分析法,并結(jié)合熵權(quán)法形成主客觀相結(jié)合的綜合評價方法。同時從經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會、環(huán)境、技術(shù)四個方面考慮,參考相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)中使用率較高的指標(biāo),結(jié)合蘇州市畜禽養(yǎng)殖業(yè)發(fā)展的實(shí)際情況、現(xiàn)實(shí)背景,篩選得出評價指標(biāo),構(gòu)建蘇州市畜禽養(yǎng)殖業(yè)空間布局適宜性評價體系。最后根據(jù)樣本適宜性評價綜合得分,采用聚類分析法對樣本進(jìn)行分類,得出蘇州市畜禽養(yǎng)殖業(yè)空間區(qū)劃方案,給出優(yōu)化空間布局的政策建議。通過以上分析得出,雖然資源條件和環(huán)境保護(hù)對蘇州市畜禽養(yǎng)殖業(yè)發(fā)展制約明顯,但是通過實(shí)行種養(yǎng)結(jié)合生態(tài)養(yǎng)殖模式,蘇州市具有空間潛力發(fā)展畜禽養(yǎng)殖業(yè)。因此本文對蘇州市畜禽養(yǎng)殖業(yè)空間布局適宜性進(jìn)行評價,科學(xué)劃分畜禽養(yǎng)殖業(yè)禁養(yǎng)區(qū)、限養(yǎng)區(qū)、適養(yǎng)區(qū),并給出優(yōu)化空間布局的政策建議,實(shí)現(xiàn)蘇州市畜禽養(yǎng)殖業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Suzhou is one of the most active areas in China. Since the reform and opening up, the economy has developed rapidly, the number of population increases, the consumption of livestock products has risen sharply, and the demand for livestock products is diversified. However, Suzhou has been developing the two and three industries, while the livestock and poultry industry has been the source of pollution pollution and has been treated as a source of resources and environment. The colonization scale is declining year by year, the market share of the real estate animal products has fallen sharply. Therefore, the contradiction between the limited development space of the livestock and poultry industry and the demand for the expansion of the industrial scale, the contradiction between the protection of the ecological environment and the effective supply is the primary problem to be solved for the sustainable development of the livestock and poultry industry in Suzhou, and the key to dissolve the two contradictions is In accordance with the principle of breeding and breeding, the spatial distribution of livestock and poultry raising industry is optimized and the livestock and poultry breeding industry is transformed from the environment polluted industry to the ecological maintenance industry. At present, the relative vacancy on the spatial distribution of livestock and poultry breeding industry in Suzhou is relative, and there is no content for the spatial distribution of livestock and poultry breeding in the various planning of Suzhou, which leads to the Suzhou city. There is no scientific guidance for the spatial distribution of livestock and poultry breeding industry, so optimizing the spatial distribution of livestock breeding industry is of great practical significance to the sustainable development of livestock and poultry breeding in Suzhou. Based on the related research on the spatial distribution of livestock and poultry industry at home and abroad, this paper takes the scale breeding farm of Suzhou as the research object, and analyzes the livestock and poultry in Suzhou. The general situation of the development of aquaculture, the status of spatial distribution and the existing problems, the comprehensive evaluation method combining the analytic hierarchy process and the subjective and objective concept of entropy weight method is adopted to construct the spatial distribution suitability evaluation system of the livestock and poultry breeding industry in Suzhou, and the spatial zoning scheme of the livestock breeding industry in Suzhou is obtained by the cluster analysis method, and the policy suggestions for the optimization of the layout are given. The research content mainly includes the following aspects: the first part includes the introduction and the research review. It expounds the new background of the development of livestock and poultry breeding industry, the new situation and the development of livestock and poultry breeding and the optimization of spatial distribution in domestic and foreign related research, and discusses the optimization of livestock and poultry breeding from the perspective of breeding and breeding. The second part is the analysis of the general situation of the development of livestock and poultry industry in Suzhou and the status of the spatial distribution of livestock and poultry industry in Suzhou. It summarizes the development of livestock and poultry industry in Suzhou, analyzes the existing problems and challenges, and combs the spatial distribution characteristics of the pig, poultry, egg fowl and cow breeding in Suzhou, and analyzes the livestock breeding industry in Suzhou. There are problems and causes of spatial distribution. It provides a practical basis for scientific establishment of spatial distribution suitability evaluation system for livestock and poultry breeding in Suzhou. The third part is to establish a spatial distribution suitability evaluation system for livestock and poultry breeding in Suzhou, and gives a spatial zoning scheme according to the evaluation results, and gives the policy suggestions for optimizing the spatial layout. In the study of the spatial distribution of livestock and poultry breeding industry, a more mature analytic hierarchy process is used and the entropy weight method is combined to form a comprehensive evaluation method of combining the subjective and objective views. At the same time, it is considered from four aspects of economy, society, environment and technology, referring to the index of high utilization rate in the related literature, and combining the actual situation of the development of livestock and poultry breeding in Suzhou. Background, screening evaluation index, constructing the evaluation system of spatial layout suitability for livestock and poultry breeding in Suzhou. Finally, according to the comprehensive score of sample suitability evaluation, the cluster analysis method is used to classify the samples, and the spatial zoning scheme of livestock breeding industry in Suzhou is obtained, and the policy suggestions for optimizing the spatial distribution are given. Through the above analysis, the analysis is made. Although the resource conditions and environmental protection have obvious constraints on the development of livestock and poultry breeding in Suzhou, Suzhou has a spatial potential to develop livestock and poultry raising industry by carrying out the breeding model of breeding and breeding. Therefore, this paper evaluates the suitability of the spatial distribution of livestock and poultry farming in Suzhou, and scientifically divides the livestock and poultry raising areas and limits the breeding areas. The policy recommendations for optimizing the spatial layout are given to achieve sustainable development of livestock and poultry industry in Suzhou.
