滴灌兩級(jí)支管田間管網(wǎng)水力特性研究

【摘要】:田間管網(wǎng)是滴灌系統(tǒng)最基本的灌水單元。為了提高灌水質(zhì)量,降低工程費(fèi)用,,本文以采用數(shù)值模擬和理論分析相結(jié)合的方法,開展滴灌兩級(jí)支管田間管網(wǎng)水力特性和計(jì)算方法研究,對滴灌田間管網(wǎng)的規(guī)劃、設(shè)計(jì)和管理具有重要意義,主要研究成果如下:(1)提出了一種新型清灌田間管網(wǎng)布]形式。在現(xiàn)有的一級(jí)支管滴灌田間管網(wǎng)布置形式上,增加一級(jí)支管,形成一種新型的具有兩級(jí)支管的滴灌田間管網(wǎng),以增加滴灌田間管網(wǎng)控制面積,降低滴灌系統(tǒng)費(fèi)用,且便于管理:基于能量和質(zhì)量守恒原理,結(jié)合滴灌灌水器壓力和流量關(guān)系經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式,建立滴灌灌兩級(jí)支管田間管網(wǎng)水力計(jì)算數(shù)學(xué)模型,井提出了其計(jì)算方法。采用這一模型,可計(jì)算田間管網(wǎng)中各滴灌灌水器的壓力和流量。(2)運(yùn)用建立的滴灌兩級(jí)支管田間管網(wǎng)水力計(jì)算數(shù)學(xué)模型,開展滴灌兩級(jí)支管田田田間管網(wǎng)數(shù)值模擬研究,分析了各級(jí)支管坡度、各級(jí)支管管徑、各級(jí)支管孔口數(shù)和孔口間距、毛管坡度、毛管管徑、滴頭個(gè)數(shù)及滴頭間距等因素對滴灌兩級(jí)支管田間管網(wǎng)技術(shù)指標(biāo)和經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)的影響,技術(shù)指標(biāo)包括灌水均勻度、流量偏差率和壓力水頭偏差率,經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)主要是田間管網(wǎng)單位面積投資。(3)結(jié)合工程案例,以滴灌兩級(jí)支管田間管網(wǎng)為基本灌水單元,設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)加壓滴灌系統(tǒng)。當(dāng)其他條件相同,與一級(jí)支管田間管網(wǎng)為基本灌水單元的滴灌系統(tǒng)相比,以兩級(jí)支管田間管網(wǎng)為基本灌水單元的滴灌系統(tǒng)灌水均勻度可提高1.62%,節(jié)省年費(fèi)用10.83%,表明本文提出的以兩級(jí)支管田間管網(wǎng)為基本灌水單元的滴灌系統(tǒng)技術(shù)和經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)優(yōu)于以一級(jí)支管田間管網(wǎng)為基本灌水單元的滴灌系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:Field pipe network is the most basic irrigation unit of drip irrigation system.In order to improve irrigation quality and reduce project cost, the hydraulic characteristics and calculation method of two-stage branch pipe network of drip irrigation were studied by combining numerical simulation and theoretical analysis, and the planning of field pipe network of drip irrigation was carried out.Design and management are of great significance. The main research results are as follows: 1) A new type of clean irrigation field pipe network is proposed.In order to increase the control area of drip irrigation pipe network and reduce the cost of drip irrigation system, a new type of drip irrigation field pipe network with two grade branch pipes is formed by adding first grade branch pipe in the present arrangement of field pipe network of drip irrigation.And it is easy to manage: based on the principle of conservation of energy and mass, combined with the empirical formula of the relationship between pressure and flow of drip irrigation emitter, the hydraulic calculation mathematical model of two-stage branch pipe network of drip irrigation is established, and the calculation method of well is put forward.Using this model, the pressure and flow rate of each drip irrigation emitter in the field pipe network can be calculated. Based on the established mathematical model of hydraulic calculation for the field pipe network of two grade branch pipes of drip irrigation, the numerical simulation study of the field pipe network in the field of the two grade branch irrigation system of drip irrigation can be carried out.The effects of the slope of branch pipe, the diameter of branch pipe, the number and spacing of branch pipe, the slope of capillary, the diameter of capillary, the number of emitters and the spacing of emitter on the technical index and economic index of field pipe network of two grade branch pipe of drip irrigation were analyzed.The technical indexes include uniformity of irrigation, deviation rate of discharge and deviation rate of head of pressure, economic index is mainly investment of unit area of field pipe network, combined with engineering case, taking two-grade branch pipe network of drip irrigation as basic irrigation unit,Design a pressure drip irrigation system.When other conditions are the same, compared with the drip irrigation system in which the primary branch pipe network is the basic irrigation unit,The irrigation uniformity of drip irrigation system with two-grade branch pipe pipe as the basic irrigation unit can be increased by 1.62and the annual cost can be saved by 10.83.The results show that the technique and economy of drip irrigation system based on two-grade branch pipe field pipe network are put forward in this paper.The standard is superior to the drip irrigation system with the primary branch pipe network as the basic irrigation unit.
