天津市藤本月季品種調(diào)查及常見品種栽培適應(yīng)性初步研究

【摘要】:在城市化高速發(fā)展的今天,城市的綠化用地日趨緊張,這就要求我們選取既可以達(dá)到綠化美觀的效果,又適宜在天津栽種的品種,從而提高城市的綠化率。對天津市具有代表性的地點進(jìn)行藤本月季品種調(diào)查,結(jié)果表明人們對藤本月季還不是太熟知,應(yīng)用形式單調(diào)。因此,建議天津市園林部門應(yīng)加大對藤本月季引種試驗,對引種品種做相應(yīng)的抗性檢測,現(xiàn)有的品種應(yīng)豐富其應(yīng)用形式,使藤本月季在城市園林綠化中逐漸得到更廣泛應(yīng)用。選取了四種常見的品種:‘大游行’(Parade)、‘御用馬車’(Parkdirektor Riggers)、‘黃金慶典’(Golden Celebration)、‘藤彩虹’(Rattan Rainbow)為試材,采用盆栽試驗,通過對植株的葉片等生長指標(biāo)、光合特性以及生理生化特性等方面進(jìn)行研究,初步評價四種藤本月季是否適宜在天津栽種,了解其耐鹽性和耐旱性,結(jié)果表明:在鹽脅迫處理下,4種藤本月季的可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量、超氧化物歧化酶、過氧化物酶活性基本均表現(xiàn)出上升的趨勢,,這些測定指標(biāo)的變化趨勢是上升的,葉面積、葉片厚度、色素、光合指標(biāo)、根系活力則表現(xiàn)出下降的趨勢,其中‘大游行’變化的幅度最小,‘藤彩虹’的變化幅度最大;就CAT而言,‘大游行’呈現(xiàn)出先下降后上升的趨勢,‘御用馬車’、‘黃金慶典’、‘藤彩虹’均呈現(xiàn)出先上升后下降的趨勢。在不同程度的鹽脅迫處理下,不同藤本月季品種的各種指標(biāo)表現(xiàn)出的變化規(guī)律具有一定差異,可能是由于不同品種的藤本月季應(yīng)對鹽脅迫的機制不同。根據(jù)隸屬函數(shù)分析結(jié)果并結(jié)合四種藤本月季植株形態(tài)的表現(xiàn),4種藤本月季的耐鹽性強弱依次為:‘大游行’、‘御用馬車’、‘黃金慶典’、‘藤彩虹’。在干旱脅迫處理下,4種藤本月季的脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖、過氧化物酶活性均上升,葉面積、葉片厚度、色素、光合指標(biāo)、根系活力、丙二醛含量、可溶性蛋白含量則下降,類胡蘿卜素含量、超氧化物化歧酶與過氧化氫酶表現(xiàn)不同,可能是由于不同品種的藤本月季應(yīng)對干旱脅迫的機制不同,本試驗中的藤本月季的耐旱機理還需進(jìn)一步研究。根據(jù)隸屬函數(shù)分析結(jié)果并結(jié)合4種藤本月季植株形態(tài)的表現(xiàn),4種藤本月季的耐旱性強弱依次為:‘御用馬車’、‘大游行’、‘藤彩虹’、‘黃金慶典’。綜合不同藤本月季的耐鹽性、耐旱性的分析結(jié)果并結(jié)合試驗植株的實際表現(xiàn),初步評價四種藤本月季的抗逆性強弱依次為:‘御用馬車’、‘大游行’、‘藤彩虹’、‘黃金慶典’,由此可初步推出‘御用馬車’和‘大游行’是抗性比較強的優(yōu)良品種,可以嘗試在天津市推廣種植,增加綠化面積,達(dá)到美化環(huán)境的效果,創(chuàng)建美好天津,具有重要的實踐意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urbanization, urban greening land is becoming more and more tense, which requires us to select varieties that can not only achieve beautiful greening but also be suitable for planting in Tianjin, so as to improve the green rate of the city.The results showed that the vine rose was not well known and the application form was monotonous.Therefore, it is suggested that Tianjin garden department should increase the experiment of introduction of Liana Rosa and test the resistance of introduced varieties. The existing varieties should enrich their application forms, so that Liana Rosa should be more widely used in urban landscaping.In this paper, four common varieties of 'Parade' Rattan Rainbow. were selected as the test material, and the growth indexes such as the leaves of the plants were tested by means of potted experiments, using the golden celebration of Golden Celebration.Rattan Rainbow.Photosynthetic characteristics and physiological and biochemical characteristics were studied to evaluate preliminarily whether four species of Liana rose were suitable for planting in Tianjin to understand their salt tolerance and drought tolerance. The results showed that the soluble sugar content of four species of Liana rose under salt stress was studied.Soluble protein content, proline content, malondialdehyde content, superoxide dismutase, peroxidase activity showed an increasing trend basically.Photosynthetic index, root activity showed a downward trend, in which the 'big march' had the smallest change range and the 'rattan rainbow' had the biggest change range, and the 'big march' showed a trend of first decreasing and then rising in CAT.The 'Golden Celebration' and 'Rattan Rainbow' all showed the trend of rising first and then decreasing.Under different degree of salt stress, the variation of the indexes of different vine rose varieties showed some differences, which may be due to the different mechanisms of different varieties of Liana rose to deal with salt stress.According to the results of membership function analysis and combined with the characteristics of plant morphology of four species of lianas, the salt tolerance of four species of vine rose in order of: 'the big parade'''the golden carriage' 'golden celebration' Rattan 'Rainbow'.Under drought stress, proline content, soluble sugar and peroxidase activity increased, leaf area, leaf thickness, pigment, photosynthetic index, root activity, malondialdehyde content and soluble protein content decreased.The difference of carotenoid content, superoxide dismutase and catalase may be due to the different mechanisms of different varieties of lianas to deal with drought stress.According to the results of membership function analysis and combining with the plant morphology of four species of lianas, the drought tolerance of four species of Liana rose was in turn the golden celebration of the 'Rhynchus mongolicus' parade.Based on the analysis results of salt tolerance and drought tolerance of different vine rose and the actual performance of the tested plants, the stress resistance of four kinds of vine rose was preliminarily evaluated in the order of: 'Royal carriage' parade.The 'Golden Celebration' and thus the preliminary introduction of the 'Royal Horse' and the 'Great Parade' are excellent varieties with relatively strong resistance. We can try to popularize planting in Tianjin, increase the area of greening, achieve the effect of beautifying the environment, and create a beautiful Tianjin.It has important practical significance.
