【摘要】：黑龍江省奶牛養(yǎng)殖業(yè)在全國(guó)畜牧業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)中具有重要位置,其可持續(xù)發(fā)展對(duì)全國(guó)奶業(yè)的穩(wěn)定作用不可替代。壓縮成本,提高效益既是畜牧業(yè)大背景的要求,也是黑龍江省奶牛養(yǎng)殖業(yè)發(fā)展的必然選擇。本文選用2004-2014年黑龍江省奶牛養(yǎng)殖成本、效益的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),闡述了2004-2014年黑龍江省三種規(guī)模奶牛養(yǎng)殖成本、收入、利潤(rùn)情況,確定了凈利潤(rùn)、原料乳產(chǎn)值、副產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)值、人工成本、飼料費(fèi)用、固定資產(chǎn)折舊等研究指標(biāo),借助多元線(xiàn)性回歸分析方法,研究影響黑龍江省小、中、大3種規(guī)模奶牛養(yǎng)殖經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的因素,分析結(jié)果顯示原料乳產(chǎn)值對(duì)小、中、大3種規(guī)模奶牛養(yǎng)殖利潤(rùn)的影響值分別為0.950 516,0.491759,0.865 649,副產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)值對(duì)3種養(yǎng)殖規(guī)模利潤(rùn)的影響值分別為0.854 844,2.795 067,0.927 781,人工成本對(duì)3種養(yǎng)殖規(guī)模利潤(rùn)的影響值分別為-0.989 397,-2.053 978,-0.856091;飼料費(fèi)用對(duì)小、大2種養(yǎng)殖規(guī)模利潤(rùn)影響值分別為-0.961 316,-0.830 049,固定資產(chǎn)折舊對(duì)小、大規(guī)模利潤(rùn)影響值分別為-0.997 860,-1.118 846;醫(yī)療維護(hù)費(fèi)、其他綜合費(fèi)對(duì)大規(guī)模養(yǎng)殖利潤(rùn)的影響值分別為-1.036 276。得出結(jié)論:各因素對(duì)不同規(guī)模養(yǎng)殖經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的影響效果不同,原料乳產(chǎn)值、副產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)值、人工成本的控制對(duì)3種養(yǎng)殖規(guī)模利潤(rùn)的影響均較明顯;飼料費(fèi)用的控制對(duì)小、大2種養(yǎng)殖規(guī)模利潤(rùn)的影響均較明顯;固定資產(chǎn)折舊的控制只對(duì)大規(guī)養(yǎng)殖利潤(rùn)的影響較明顯。最后在結(jié)論的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了提升黑龍江省奶牛養(yǎng)殖經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的建議:提高原料乳產(chǎn)值;加大對(duì)副產(chǎn)品的重視度;提高員工工作效率;控制飼料成本;合理延長(zhǎng)固定資產(chǎn)使用年限。
[Abstract]:The dairy cattle breeding industry in Heilongjiang Province plays an important role in the national animal husbandry economy, and its sustainable development can not be substituted for the stability of the national dairy industry. Reducing the cost and improving the efficiency are the requirements of the animal husbandry background. It is also an inevitable choice for the development of dairy cattle breeding industry in Heilongjiang Province. This paper selects the relevant data of the cost and benefit of dairy cattle breeding in Heilongjiang Province from 2004 to 2014, and expounds the cost, income and profit of three kinds of scale dairy cattle breeding in Heilongjiang Province from 2004 to 2014. Net profit, output value of raw material and milk, output value of by-product, labor cost, feed cost, depreciation of fixed assets and so on were determined. The factors of economic benefit of large scale dairy cattle breeding were analyzed. The results showed that the output value of raw milk was small and moderate. The influence value of large scale dairy cattle breeding profit is 0.950 516m 0.491759% 0.865 649 respectively, the influence value of by-product output value on the three kinds of breeding scale profit is 0.854 844N 2.795,0677 0.927 781respectively, the influence value of labor cost on the three kinds of breeding scale profit is -0.989 397-2.053 978U -0.856091, the feed cost is small, the influence value of labor cost on the profit of three kinds of breeding scale is -0.989 397- 2.053 978U -0.856091, respectively. The influence value of the two kinds of aquaculture scale is -0.961 316m -0.830 049, the depreciation of fixed assets is small, the large scale profit effect value is -0.997 860 ~ -1.118 846, the medical maintenance fee, the cost of medical maintenance, and the value of large scale profit are -0.997 860 and 1.118 846, respectively. The effects of other comprehensive fees on the profits of large-scale aquaculture are -1.036 276. The conclusion is that the effects of various factors on the economic benefits of different scale aquaculture are different, the output value of raw material milk and the output value of by-product are different. The control of labor cost had a significant effect on the profit of three kinds of aquaculture scale, while the control of feed cost had a little effect on the profit of the big two kinds of aquaculture scale. The control of depreciation of fixed assets has obvious influence on the profit of large scale farming. Finally, on the basis of the conclusion, the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the economic benefit of dairy cattle breeding in Heilongjiang Province: to increase the output value of raw milk, to pay more attention to by-products, and to increase the value of by-products. Improve employee working efficiency; control feed cost; extend fixed assets service life reasonably.
