不同栽培模式對(duì)封閉式無機(jī)基質(zhì)槽培番茄生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育的影響

【摘要】:以番茄“佳西娜”為試驗(yàn)材料,采用北京市農(nóng)林科學(xué)院蔬菜研究中心研發(fā)的封閉式無機(jī)基質(zhì)槽培種植方式,栽培基質(zhì)為珍珠巖,研究了每日供液時(shí)間對(duì)番茄生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育的影響,以及不同體積大小的栽培槽鋪設(shè)無紡布對(duì)番茄生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育的影響。本試驗(yàn)對(duì)番茄的形態(tài)指標(biāo)、生理指標(biāo)、產(chǎn)量、果實(shí)品質(zhì)、水肥利用效率、基質(zhì)含水量分布以及根系分布進(jìn)行調(diào)查,對(duì)所測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行綜合分析可得出以下結(jié)論:1.供液時(shí)間過短或過長(zhǎng)均不利于番茄植株的生長(zhǎng);隨著供液時(shí)間的增加,果實(shí)產(chǎn)量呈現(xiàn)增加的趨勢(shì),但供液時(shí)間大于2h后,產(chǎn)量差異不顯著,果實(shí)品質(zhì)和根系活力整體呈現(xiàn)下降的趨勢(shì);水肥利用效率受到果實(shí)產(chǎn)量和水肥利用量?jī)蓚(gè)因素共同影響,T2(供液2h)處理的水肥利用效率是最高的,比CK高5.11%,T5處理的水肥利用效率是最低的,比CK低12.83%;在根系分布和基質(zhì)含水量分布方面,隨著供液量的增加,各基質(zhì)層的根重量和基質(zhì)含水量均呈現(xiàn)增加的趨勢(shì)。建議封閉式無機(jī)基質(zhì)槽培番茄供液時(shí)間為T2(供液2h)。2.相對(duì)于小栽培槽,大栽培槽顯著提高了番茄的株高、產(chǎn)量、植株生物量和根系活力,但是降低了水肥利用效率和基質(zhì)含水量;鋪設(shè)無紡布提高了莖粗、產(chǎn)量、植株生物量、水肥利用效率和基質(zhì)含水量,并且提高了無紡布上層的根量,降低了無紡布下層的根量。建議大栽培槽鋪設(shè)無紡布更有利于番茄生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育。
[Abstract]:The effect of daily liquid supply time on tomato growth and development was studied using tomato "Jiaxina" as the experimental material, the closed inorganic substrate culture cultivation method developed by vegetable Research Center of Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry, and the cultivation substrate as perlite. The effects of different volume of cultivation grooves laid by non-woven cloth on the growth and development of tomato were studied in this paper, including morphological index, physiological index, yield, fruit quality, water and fertilizer utilization efficiency. After investigating the distribution of water content and root system, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1. Too short or too long liquid supply time is not good for the growth of tomato plants, and with the increase of liquid supply time, The fruit yield showed an increasing trend, but when the time of liquid supply was more than 2 hours, the yield difference was not significant, and the fruit quality and root activity showed a downward trend as a whole. The water and fertilizer use efficiency was the highest in the treatment of T2 (water supply 2 h) and the lowest in the treatment of 5. 11% T5 higher than that of CK, which was affected by two factors, fruit yield and water and fertilizer utilization. The distribution of root system and water content of substrate increased with the increase of liquid supply. The root weight and substrate moisture content of each substrate layer showed an increasing trend. It was suggested that the time of supplying liquid to tomato in closed inorganic substrate slot culture was T _ 2 (2 h ~ (-1) 路2). Compared with the small cultivation slot, the plant height and yield of tomato were significantly increased by the large cultivation slot. Plant biomass and root activity, but decreased water and fertilizer utilization efficiency and substrate water content; laying non-woven cloth increased stem diameter, yield, plant biomass, water and fertilizer utilization efficiency and substrate water content, and increased root amount in the upper layer of non-woven fabric. It is suggested that laying non-woven cloth in large cultivation slot is more beneficial to tomato growth and development.
