【摘要】：三疣子蟹(Portunus trituberculatus)作為浙江省重要的海洋捕撈品種之一,對于蛋白供應(yīng)與海洋捕撈產(chǎn)業(yè)具有重要作用。多年來三疣梭子蟹遭到高強(qiáng)度捕撈,其資源受到嚴(yán)重破壞,而且近年來對于三疣梭子蟹生長的研究減少,特別是對其非連續(xù)性生長特性的研究更是鮮有報(bào)道。根據(jù)2015年5月至2016年5月在樂清海域、舟山漁場和舟外漁場漁業(yè)資源調(diào)查中采集的三疣梭子蟹樣品,研究了此海域三疣梭子蟹的生物學(xué)特性及其季節(jié)變化情況,并與以往研究進(jìn)行了比較。結(jié)果表明:在所采集的769尾三疣梭子蟹樣品中,其甲寬分布范圍為4cm～20.2cm,平均值為12.5cm;體重范圍為4.04g～357.96g,平均值為116g;雌雄比為1:0.77,雌性個(gè)體占優(yōu)。三疣梭子蟹體重(W)-甲寬(L)關(guān)系分別為:W = 0.06438L2.9111,W♀=0.0704L28772,W♂= 0.05923L2.9421;運(yùn)用FISATⅡ軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理,得出生長參數(shù),建立von-Bertalanffy生長方程,三疣梭子蟹的v-B生長方程分別為:Lt=21(1-e-0.83-t+0.373))(總),Lt=21(1-e-0.72(t+0.449))(雄性),Lt=21(1-e-0.97(t+0.304))(雌性)。運(yùn)用 LFDA 5.0(Length Frequency Data Available)軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析,得出季節(jié)性生長參數(shù),三疣梭子蟹的v-B季節(jié)性生長方程分別為:Lt=18.68[1-e[-1.55(t+0.07)-1.023/2πsin(2π(t+0.38))+1.023/2πsin(0.62π)](總),Lt=17.62[1-e[-1.19(t+0.75)-1.0472/2πsin(2π(t-0.01)+1.0472/2πsin(-1.52π)]](雄性),Lt = 17.65[1-e[-1.69(t+0.12)-1.7407/2πsin(2π(t+0.42))+1.7407/2πsin(0.6π)]](雌性)。結(jié)合岱山養(yǎng)殖場的觀測數(shù)據(jù)和歷史研究資料,進(jìn)一步研究了三疣梭子蟹的階梯性生長特性,建立了階梯性生長方程,三疣梭子蟹的階梯性生長方程為:Lt(L,min-Li,max)RAND+Li,max當(dāng)t∈(ti,min,ti,max)RAND～N(0.5,0.29)。通過單因素方差分析發(fā)現(xiàn),三疣梭子蟹的V-B生長方程、v-B季節(jié)性生長方程和階梯性生長方程之間具有顯著性差異(P0.05)。與以往的研究結(jié)果相比,三疣梭子蟹的參數(shù)α、b值偏大,b值更接近于3。季節(jié)性生長方程中參數(shù)K1,表明三疣梭子蟹的生長速度加快。同時(shí),三疣梭子蟹的生長季節(jié)差異和雌雄生長差異明顯,這可能受海域環(huán)境的變化、增殖放流、休漁制度以及雌雄性成熟早晚差異等多方面因素影響。今后在生物學(xué)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,需進(jìn)一步開展對三疣梭子蟹資源的評估工作,為其資源的有效管理提供科學(xué)建議。
[Abstract]:Portunus trituberculatus, one of the important marine fishing species in Zhejiang Province, plays an important role in protein supply and marine fishing industry. In recent years, researches on the growth of Portunus trituberculatus have been reduced, especially on its discontinuous growth characteristics. According to the data from May 2015 to May 2016 in Yueqing Sea area, The biological characteristics and seasonal variation of Portunus trituberculi in Zhoushan fishing ground and outside fishing ground were studied. The results showed that 769 samples of Portunus trituberculatus were collected. The distribution range of armour width is 4cm ~ 20.2cm, the average value is 12.5cm, the body weight range is 4.04g ~ 357.96g, the average is 116g, the ratio of female to male is 1: 0.77, and the female is dominant.
