葡萄施肥機(jī)性能檢測系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:在葡萄種植過程中,施肥作業(yè)是極其重要的環(huán)節(jié)且繁重,大面積的葡萄施肥已實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)械化,施肥機(jī)械性能直接影響葡萄的產(chǎn)量與質(zhì)量,因此葡萄施肥機(jī)性能檢測已成為評價施肥機(jī)作業(yè)性能的重要一環(huán),也將影響后期施肥機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)與改進(jìn)。為了解決目前國內(nèi)施肥機(jī)排肥性能檢測設(shè)備存在操作復(fù)雜、檢測不準(zhǔn)確等問題,針對寧夏地區(qū)大量使用的葡萄有機(jī)肥單行施肥機(jī),本文設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于PLC精準(zhǔn)控制的葡萄施肥機(jī)性能檢測系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)準(zhǔn)確地檢測葡萄施肥機(jī)的排肥量、穩(wěn)定性、均勻性和斷條率。首先,采用SolidWorks設(shè)計(jì)了葡萄施肥機(jī)性能檢測系統(tǒng)機(jī)械部分以及ANSYS對整體性能檢測系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行有限元分析,縮短了機(jī)具的設(shè)計(jì)時間;其次,使用AutoCAD Electrical軟件設(shè)計(jì)了性能檢測系統(tǒng)控制部分;然后,利用GX works編程軟件編寫了 PLC的梯形圖運(yùn)行語言;最后,運(yùn)用組態(tài)王(King View)與PLC建立了串口通訊,完成了整個性能檢測系統(tǒng)的實(shí)時監(jiān)控。本文主要的研究工作如下:(1)結(jié)合拖拉機(jī)田間作業(yè)輸出轉(zhuǎn)速,設(shè)計(jì)了硬件部分的施肥機(jī)支架、輸送帶的帶型、輸送帶支架和稱重裝置,確立了性能檢測系統(tǒng)機(jī)械部分的構(gòu)架和傳動流程。(2)在硬件的設(shè)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)上,通過上位機(jī)軟件編寫了 PLC控制梯形圖和繪制組態(tài)監(jiān)控畫面。結(jié)合控制部分,完成了機(jī)械部分的操作。(3)通過以上設(shè)計(jì),確立整體試驗(yàn)測試方案。葡萄施肥機(jī)性能檢測系統(tǒng)可準(zhǔn)確測出葡萄施肥機(jī)的排肥量、穩(wěn)定性、均勻性和斷條率是否達(dá)到國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。(4)設(shè)計(jì)了一種運(yùn)行可靠、測量準(zhǔn)確、智能高效的新型葡萄施肥機(jī)性能檢測系統(tǒng),用于葡萄有機(jī)肥單行施肥機(jī)性能的檢測,滿足葡萄施肥機(jī)性能檢測的農(nóng)業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)?刂谱冾l電機(jī)輸出轉(zhuǎn)速和輸送帶帶速,可模擬不同型號施肥機(jī)的實(shí)際工況,提高葡萄施肥機(jī)的排肥量、穩(wěn)定性、均勻性和斷條率等性能指標(biāo)的精度和效率。
[Abstract]:In the process of grape planting, fertilization is an extremely important link and heavy, the large area of grape fertilization has been mechanized, the mechanical properties of fertilizer directly affect the yield and quality of grapes. Therefore, the performance testing of grape fertilization machine has become an important part of the evaluation of the performance of the fertilization machine. It will also affect the design and improvement of the later fertilization machine. In order to solve the problems of complex operation and inaccurate detection of fertilizer discharge performance testing equipment of domestic fertilization machine at present. Aiming at the grape organic fertilizer single-line fertilization machine which is widely used in Ningxia area, this paper designs a kind of performance testing system of grape fertilization machine based on PLC precision control, which can accurately detect the amount of grape fertilization machine. Stability, uniformity and breaking rate. Firstly, the mechanical part of the performance testing system of grape fertilization machine was designed by SolidWorks and the finite element analysis of the whole performance test system was carried out by ANSYS. The design time of machine and tools is shortened; Secondly, the control part of the performance testing system is designed by using AutoCAD Electrical software. Then, the trapezoidal diagram running language of PLC is written by using GX works programming software. Finally, the serial communication between KingView and PLC is established. The main research work in this paper is as follows: 1) combined with the output speed of tractor field operation, the hardware part of the fertilizer machine support, belt type of conveyor belt is designed. Conveyor belt support and weighing device, the mechanical part of the performance detection system frame and transmission flow. 2) on the basis of hardware design. The PLC control trapezoid diagram and drawing configuration monitoring picture are compiled by the upper computer software. Combined with the control part, the operation of the mechanical part is completed. Establish the whole test and test scheme. The performance test system of grape fertiliser can accurately measure the fertilizer discharge quantity, stability, uniformity and broken strip rate of grape fertilization machine to meet the national standard. 4) designed a reliable operation. Accurate measurement, intelligent and efficient performance testing system of a new type of grape fertilization machine, used for the performance testing of grape organic fertilizer single-line fertilization machine. The output speed of frequency conversion motor and the speed of conveyer belt can be controlled to simulate the actual working conditions of different types of fertilizing machine and to improve the quantity and stability of the fertiliser of grape. Accuracy and efficiency of performance indicators such as uniformity and broken bar rate.
