【摘要】:生豬養(yǎng)殖業(yè)作為農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)中的重要分支,其發(fā)展過(guò)程必須要考慮到充分合理地利用經(jīng)濟(jì)資源和自然資源,更要考慮到生態(tài)環(huán)境的保護(hù)。在該行業(yè)向規(guī);⒓s化方向發(fā)展的過(guò)程中,由于對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)利益的最大化追求,從養(yǎng)殖項(xiàng)目的初期規(guī)劃就省略了節(jié)能環(huán)保技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,再加上多數(shù)大中型生豬養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)位于城市郊區(qū)等有著大量需求的人群聚集區(qū)域,對(duì)畜禽糞便的粗略處理嚴(yán)重威脅著項(xiàng)目所在地的生態(tài)環(huán)境,更危害居民的身體健康。這些亟待解決的資源浪費(fèi)問(wèn)題和環(huán)境污染問(wèn)題嚴(yán)重制約了生豬養(yǎng)殖業(yè)的發(fā)展,甚至成為我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和發(fā)展的瓶頸。針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題,論文以中糧廣水生豬養(yǎng)殖項(xiàng)目為研究分析對(duì)象,從市場(chǎng)供求的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)出發(fā),結(jié)合該項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)、運(yùn)營(yíng)和管理等階段,引入并落實(shí)節(jié)能環(huán)保的理念和技術(shù),深入分析了養(yǎng)殖棟舍的節(jié)能環(huán)保建材、項(xiàng)目運(yùn)營(yíng)的水電供應(yīng)、畜禽糞便資源化利用等方面的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益。論文的主要工作如下:1、調(diào)研國(guó)內(nèi)外豬肉產(chǎn)品的供應(yīng)現(xiàn)狀,調(diào)研內(nèi)容包括豬肉產(chǎn)量、生豬存欄數(shù)量、民間資本在生豬養(yǎng)殖行業(yè)中的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)水平以及該行業(yè)的發(fā)展規(guī)模;在對(duì)調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)分析和總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外市場(chǎng)的供應(yīng)和需求作出預(yù)測(cè),提出建設(shè)規(guī)范化、集約化養(yǎng)殖項(xiàng)目的必要性和實(shí)用性,明確項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過(guò)程中融入節(jié)能環(huán)保技術(shù)的重要性。2、以中糧廣水生豬養(yǎng)殖項(xiàng)目為研究分析對(duì)象,從養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)選址建設(shè)條件、養(yǎng)殖房舍的基本要求、配套設(shè)備、棟舍設(shè)計(jì)、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)施工等詳細(xì)具體的工程技術(shù)要求中總結(jié)出可以應(yīng)用節(jié)能環(huán)保技術(shù)的要點(diǎn)。3、以畜禽糞便無(wú)害化處理、資源化利用的農(nóng)業(yè)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展要求為依據(jù),明確該項(xiàng)目的環(huán)保工程建設(shè)目標(biāo),分析項(xiàng)目建設(shè)內(nèi)容中的能耗情況,總結(jié)出主要能耗形式,給出有針對(duì)性的節(jié)能降耗措施。4、由該項(xiàng)目的主要經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)指標(biāo)和資金投入估算其社會(huì)效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,以能耗情況為側(cè)重點(diǎn)分析該項(xiàng)目在應(yīng)用節(jié)能環(huán)保技術(shù)方面的資金投入,進(jìn)一步作出財(cái)務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)和效益分析。5、運(yùn)用SAP對(duì)項(xiàng)目的初期計(jì)劃、概預(yù)算、建設(shè)進(jìn)度和資金利用等階段進(jìn)行全程跟進(jìn),保證工程項(xiàng)目施工的進(jìn)度和質(zhì)量,從信息管理、進(jìn)度控制和資金管理等方面為節(jié)能環(huán)保技術(shù)的落實(shí)提供數(shù)據(jù)支持。
[Abstract]:Pig breeding as an important branch of agricultural economic structure, its development process must consider the full and reasonable use of economic resources and natural resources, but also consider the protection of the ecological environment. In the process of intensive development, because of the maximization of economic benefits, the application of energy-saving and environmental protection technology has been omitted from the initial planning of the breeding project. Coupled with the fact that most large and medium-sized pig farms are located in crowded areas with large demand such as in the suburbs of the city, the rough disposal of livestock and poultry dung is a serious threat to the ecological environment of the project site. More harm to the health of residents. These urgent problems of waste of resources and environmental pollution seriously restricted the development of pig breeding. Even become the bottleneck of the adjustment and development of agricultural economic structure in China. In view of the above problems, this paper takes the Cofco wide water pig breeding project as the research object, starting from the market supply and demand status and development trend. Combined with the construction, operation and management of the project, the concept and technology of energy saving and environmental protection are introduced and implemented, and the energy-saving and environmental protection building materials of the breeding house and the hydropower supply of the project operation are analyzed in depth. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1. The main work of this paper is to investigate the current situation of pork product supply at home and abroad, including pork output and pig stock. The competition level of folk capital in pig breeding industry and the development scale of this industry; On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the investigation data, this paper forecasts the supply and demand of domestic and foreign markets, and puts forward the necessity and practicability of the construction of standardized and intensive aquaculture projects. Make clear the importance of energy saving and environmental protection technology in the construction process of the project. Take the Cofco wide water pig breeding project as the research and analysis object, from the breeding farm location construction conditions, the basic requirements of breeding premises, supporting equipment. In the detailed engineering technical requirements of building house design, steel structure construction and so on, the key points of energy saving and environmental protection technology can be summarized, and the livestock and poultry dung can be treated without harm. Based on the requirements of the development of agricultural recycling economy, this paper clarifies the environmental protection project construction objectives of the project, analyzes the energy consumption in the construction content of the project, and summarizes the main energy consumption forms. The measures of saving energy and reducing consumption are given, and the social and economic benefits are estimated from the main economic and technical indexes and investment of the project. Focusing on the energy consumption situation, this paper analyzes the investment of the project in the application of energy-saving and environmental protection technology, and further makes financial evaluation and benefit analysis .5. using SAP to the initial plan of the project, budget estimates. The construction progress and fund utilization are followed up in the whole process to ensure the progress and quality of the construction of the project, and to provide data support for the implementation of energy-saving and environmental protection technology from the aspects of information management, schedule control and fund management.
