【摘要】：海洋漁業(yè)是一個(gè)高危高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的產(chǎn)業(yè),而福建省又是臺(tái)風(fēng)多發(fā)的省份,一次臺(tái)風(fēng)災(zāi)害,很可能造成很多漁民家庭一夜返貧。福建省又是海洋漁業(yè)大省,擁有漁業(yè)船舶6萬(wàn)多艘,傳統(tǒng)漁民91萬(wàn)多人。多年來(lái),廣大漁民群眾迫切希望能夠有相關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu),有效形式,為福建省漁民的生活生產(chǎn)、生命健康等提供相應(yīng)的、應(yīng)有的保障。漁民參加漁業(yè)互助保險(xiǎn),可以有效地讓漁民在遭受到因自然、意外事故等造成的傷害后,得到一定的賠償,能夠更好地幫助漁民恢復(fù)日常的生產(chǎn)作業(yè)。同時(shí)它對(duì)進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)福建省漁民漁業(yè)互助保險(xiǎn)制度建設(shè)體系的完善,構(gòu)建和諧漁區(qū),和諧漁業(yè),推動(dòng)福建省海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)的健康穩(wěn)步發(fā)展也起到非常重要的作用。本文以福建省漁業(yè)互助保險(xiǎn)漁民參與意愿為研究?jī)?nèi)容,首先介紹了福建省漁民漁業(yè)互助保險(xiǎn)參與意愿的研究背景和研究意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究?jī)?nèi)容和思路。同時(shí)對(duì)漁業(yè)保險(xiǎn)的特殊性進(jìn)行具體的、詳細(xì)的分析,介紹漁民的日常生產(chǎn)和生活與傳統(tǒng)的農(nóng)民的差別,分析漁業(yè)保險(xiǎn)與商業(yè)保險(xiǎn)、社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)存在的不同之處。其次闡述了福建省漁業(yè)互助保險(xiǎn)的實(shí)踐及存在的問(wèn)題。主要對(duì)福建省漁業(yè)互助保險(xiǎn)漁民參與意愿進(jìn)行了深入的調(diào)查與分析。通過(guò)下基層,進(jìn)行走訪(fǎng)調(diào)研,向當(dāng)?shù)貪O民、漁業(yè)工作者發(fā)放問(wèn)卷,了解漁民對(duì)漁業(yè)互助保險(xiǎn)的參與意愿,收集相關(guān)問(wèn)卷資料,之后再通過(guò)對(duì)收集到的問(wèn)卷資料進(jìn)行具體統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,確定影響漁民對(duì)漁業(yè)互助保險(xiǎn)參與意愿的主要因素,站在漁民的角度,對(duì)提高福建省漁業(yè)互助保險(xiǎn)漁民參與意愿提出了相關(guān)的意見(jiàn)和建議,讓更多的漁民愿意參加漁業(yè)互助保險(xiǎn)。漁民是一個(gè)弱勢(shì)群體,他們急需要得到相關(guān)保障,需要社會(huì)給予關(guān)注。本論文通過(guò)對(duì)福建省漁民漁業(yè)互助保險(xiǎn)參與意愿的研究和分析,希望能夠引起更多對(duì)漁民人身、財(cái)產(chǎn)保障問(wèn)題的關(guān)注,能夠讓更多的漁民認(rèn)識(shí)漁業(yè)互助保險(xiǎn),認(rèn)識(shí)到參加漁業(yè)互助保險(xiǎn)的好處,提高漁民對(duì)漁業(yè)互助保險(xiǎn)的參與意愿,從而進(jìn)一步為構(gòu)建和諧漁區(qū),和諧漁業(yè),和諧社會(huì)作出一些貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Marine fishery is a high-risk and high-risk industry, and Fujian Province is a province prone to typhoons, a typhoon disaster, it is likely to cause many fishermen's families to return to poverty overnight. Fujian Province is also a major province of marine fisheries. There are more than 60,000 fishing vessels and more than 910,000 traditional fishermen. For many years, the majority of fishermen are eager to have relevant organizations and effective forms to produce for the livelihood of fishermen in Fujian Province. Life and health to provide corresponding, due protection. Fishermen to participate in fisheries mutual insurance, can effectively let fishermen suffer injuries caused by nature, accidents and so on, get a certain amount of compensation. At the same time, it can further promote the construction of fishery mutual insurance system in Fujian Province, and build a harmonious fishing area, harmonious fisheries. Promoting the healthy and steady development of Fujian marine economy also plays a very important role. Firstly, this paper introduces the research background and significance of the participation intention of fishery mutual insurance of fishermen in Fujian Province, the research status at home and abroad, the research contents and ideas. At the same time, the particularity of fishery insurance is analyzed in detail. This paper introduces the difference between the daily production and life of fishermen and the traditional farmers, and analyzes the fishery insurance and commercial insurance. Secondly, the paper expounds the practice and existing problems of fishery mutual insurance in Fujian province. It mainly makes a deep investigation and analysis on the participation intention of fishery mutual insurance fishermen in Fujian province. Layer. Visit and research, to local fishermen, fishery workers to issue a questionnaire to understand the willingness of fishermen to participate in fisheries mutual insurance, collect relevant questionnaire information. After that, through the specific statistical analysis of the questionnaire data collected, determine the main factors that affect the willingness of fishermen to participate in fishery mutual insurance, stand in the perspective of fishermen. To improve the willingness of fishery mutual insurance fishermen in Fujian Province put forward relevant opinions and suggestions, so that more fishermen are willing to participate in fishery mutual insurance. Fishermen are a vulnerable group, they urgently need to get relevant protection. Through the study and analysis of the participation intention of fishery mutual insurance of fishermen in Fujian province, we hope to arouse more attention to the fishermen 'personal and property security. It can make more fishermen understand fishery mutual insurance, realize the benefits of participating in fishery mutual insurance, enhance fishermen 'willingness to participate in fishery mutual insurance, and further construct harmonious fishing area and harmonious fishery. A harmonious society makes some contributions.
