【摘要】:南瓜(Cucurbita moschata)是葫蘆科重要的蔬菜作物之一,具有豐富的營(yíng)養(yǎng)和保健功能,近年來發(fā)展非常迅速。但是,適應(yīng)不同市場(chǎng)需求南瓜品種選育的滯后與南瓜產(chǎn)業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)出極不相適應(yīng)的態(tài)勢(shì),這嚴(yán)重阻礙了我國(guó)南瓜產(chǎn)業(yè)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,因此,選育高產(chǎn)、優(yōu)質(zhì)、適應(yīng)不同市場(chǎng)需求的南瓜新品種具有重要意義。1、分別以從國(guó)外引進(jìn)的南瓜品種中自交分離獲得的自交系JP-1為父本,HP-35為母本,配置F1代雜交組合,成功選育出優(yōu)質(zhì)、豐產(chǎn)印度南瓜新品種“紅栗2號(hào)”。2、紅栗2號(hào)成功地克服了目前我國(guó)主栽紅皮印度南瓜品種中存在的一些缺陷,綜合性狀非常優(yōu)良。該品種全生育期110 d,春季栽培果實(shí)發(fā)育期約45 d;果實(shí)高扁圓形,果皮紅色,果肉橙紅色,肉厚約3.8cm,質(zhì)粉味甜。平均單果質(zhì)量2.7 kg,667m2產(chǎn)量3000kg左右。坐果性好,生長(zhǎng)勢(shì)強(qiáng),耐低溫、高溫,抗病性強(qiáng)適應(yīng)性廣。適宜全國(guó)各地栽培。3、不同栽培方式對(duì)紅栗2號(hào)南瓜品質(zhì)的影響存在顯著差異,當(dāng)采用爬地雙蔓整枝的方式種植時(shí),紅栗2號(hào)南瓜的綜合品質(zhì)最優(yōu)。4、通過對(duì)良種進(jìn)行配套良法種植研究,總結(jié)出了一套紅栗2號(hào)南瓜的高產(chǎn)優(yōu)質(zhì)栽培技術(shù)規(guī)程。5、通過對(duì)紅栗2號(hào)南瓜制種經(jīng)驗(yàn)的總結(jié),歸納出了一套紅栗2號(hào)南瓜親本自交系繁殖和健康種子制種技術(shù)規(guī)程。
[Abstract]:Cucurbita moschata (Cucurbita moschata) is one of the most important vegetable crops in Cucuraceae. The lagged breeding of pumpkin varieties to meet the different market needs and the rapid development of pumpkin industry show a very unsuitable situation, which seriously hinders the further development of pumpkin industry in China, therefore, breeding high yield, good quality. The new pumpkin varieties adapted to different market demands have important significance. The inbred line JP-1 obtained from the imported pumpkin varieties was used as the male parent HP-35 as the female parent respectively. The hybrid combination of F1 generation was used to select the high quality and high yield Indian pumpkin variety "Hongli 2" and "Hongli 2", which successfully overcome some defects existing in the main red skin Indian pumpkin varieties in our country at present. The comprehensive character is very good. The whole growth period of this variety is 110 days, and the development period of spring cultivated fruit is about 45 days. The fruit was high oblate, red pericarp, orange-red pulp, thick flesh about 3.8 cm, fine powder and sweet taste. The average weight of single fruit was 2.7 kg / kg ~ 667m ~ 2, the yield was about 3000kg / kg, and the fruit setting was good. Strong growth potential, low temperature tolerance, high temperature, wide adaptability to disease resistance, suitable for cultivation around the country. Different cultivation methods have significant differences on the quality of red chestnut 2 pumpkin. When the double vine was planted by climbing the ground, the comprehensive quality of Hongli 2 pumpkin was the best. 4. In this paper, a set of high yield and high quality cultivation technique of Hongli 2 pumpkin was summarized, and the experience of seed production of red chestnut 2 pumpkin was summarized. A set of technical rules for breeding and healthy seed production of red chestnut 2 pumpkin parent inbred line was summarized.
