作為教師離職強有力的預測因素,教師離職意愿給教師的教學行為、學生的學業(yè)成就、教師隊伍的穩(wěn)定乃至整個教育事業(yè)發(fā)展都帶來了一些消極的影響。隨著教育研究的不斷深入,教師離職意愿引起了國際上的持續(xù)關注。在過去的二十幾年里,國際上對語言教師的流失或離職意愿與影響因素已有大量研究。但是,在國內(nèi),針對英語教師離職意愿尤其是中學新手英語教師離職意愿的研究仍十分匱乏。本研究以云南省的中學新手英語教師為對象,旨在調(diào)查他們的離職意愿、離職意愿的影響因素,以及離職意愿與人口學因素（如編制狀況、教齡與學校類型）之間的關系。研究采用了量化與質(zhì)性相結合的方法,首先對219名中學新手英語教師填寫的網(wǎng)絡問卷進行回收,以收集定量分析的數(shù)據(jù)。然后對其中8名教師進行了半結構式訪談,以收集定性分析的語料。最后運用統(tǒng)計軟件SPSS 22.0對問卷數(shù)據(jù)進行了探索性因子分析、描述性統(tǒng)計分析、相關性分析以及逐步多元回歸分析,并輔以對訪談語料的分析,得出研究結果。調(diào)查結果表明:（1）在云南地區(qū),中學新手英語教師的離職意愿總體處于中等水平,具體表現(xiàn)為:離職的可能性＞想離職的頻率＞后悔進入教行;（2）不同編制情況和教齡的新手英語教師在離職意...
