隨著劉慈欣和郝景芳的科幻小說(shuō)在國(guó)際上先后獲得雨果獎(jiǎng),中國(guó)的科幻小說(shuō)也逐漸在國(guó)際上進(jìn)入大眾的視野,但是人們對(duì)中國(guó)科幻小說(shuō)英譯的關(guān)注度仍然相對(duì)較低。本文是一篇翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告,翻譯的原文選自今何在所著的科幻小說(shuō)《未來(lái):人類(lèi)的征途》第一至二章內(nèi)容。本文主要講述了超級(jí)計(jì)算機(jī)的發(fā)明給世界帶來(lái)的新變化。為使更多的優(yōu)秀中國(guó)科幻作品走向世界,同時(shí)希望為日后中國(guó)科幻作品英譯研究提供一個(gè)參考,譯者做出這次漢譯英的嘗試。根據(jù)這本科幻小說(shuō)的文本特點(diǎn)以及今何在獨(dú)特的寫(xiě)作特點(diǎn),譯者在本報(bào)告中主要論述了具體的翻譯實(shí)例的分析以及所采取的翻譯方法。譯者從所選書(shū)中科幻術(shù)語(yǔ)和相關(guān)表達(dá)、人物心理活動(dòng)描寫(xiě)、比喻和人機(jī)對(duì)話這四個(gè)主要的文本特點(diǎn)來(lái)分析所使用的翻譯方法。在翻譯科幻小說(shuō)的術(shù)語(yǔ)和相關(guān)表達(dá)時(shí),采用腳注和既定翻譯,以確保目標(biāo)讀者對(duì)譯文的理解。在對(duì)人物的心理描寫(xiě)進(jìn)行翻譯時(shí),采用合譯與拆譯,使得人物的心理活動(dòng)描述更加生動(dòng),豐富多彩。在翻譯比喻時(shí),使用注釋和改譯來(lái)詮釋中英文之間喻體選擇的差異。在翻譯人機(jī)對(duì)話時(shí),采用了順序翻譯和逆序翻譯來(lái)重現(xiàn)作者的科幻思維。通過(guò)本次的翻譯實(shí)踐,針對(duì)于科幻小說(shuō)的特點(diǎn)以及原文本自身特點(diǎn),譯者不僅在實(shí)踐中總結(jié)...
