長鏈非編碼RNA-FENDRR對(duì)肝細(xì)胞癌的影響

研究背景:肝細(xì)胞癌(HCC)是最常見的原發(fā)性肝臟惡性腫瘤,預(yù)后不良,目前是癌癥相關(guān)死亡率的最常見原因之一。其發(fā)病率在全球范圍內(nèi)不斷增加,包括在較發(fā)達(dá)國家。大多數(shù)HCC病因通過肝臟炎癥和纖維化的發(fā)展介導(dǎo)肝損傷,最終導(dǎo)致肝硬化的肝臟結(jié)構(gòu)紊亂。并且在肝硬化背景中出現(xiàn)的這些發(fā)育不良病灶(<1mm)或發(fā)育異常的結(jié)節(jié)(DNs)(≥1mm)被認(rèn)為是癌前病變。HCC還表現(xiàn)出不同的形態(tài)學(xué)亞型,包括具有肝細(xì)胞和膽管癌(4-5%),擬核心肝細(xì)胞癌,透明細(xì)胞HCC,纖維板層HCC,粒細(xì)胞集落刺激因子HCC和主要中性粒細(xì)胞浸潤物,富含淋巴細(xì)胞的HCC的聯(lián)合特征的雙表型HCC,粘液樣HCC,肉瘤樣HCC,肝硬化HCC和脂肪肝HCC。特定基因中的復(fù)發(fā)性體細(xì)胞突變被公認(rèn)為致癌作用的潛在驅(qū)動(dòng)因素,肝癌的潛在病因似乎也會(huì)影響特定突變的發(fā)生。對(duì)肝細(xì)胞癌的發(fā)病及調(diào)控作用的因子有很多,包括編碼及非編碼RNA。其中,長非編碼RNA(lncRNAs)是一種超過200個(gè)核苷酸的基因,其差異表達(dá)會(huì)影響細(xì)胞生長和分化,并在染色質(zhì)組織和調(diào)控中發(fā)揮作用顯著。最近在高通量測序和微陣列的幫助下鑒定了許多l(xiāng)ncRNA。其中大多數(shù)在HCC,乳...
