【摘要】：目的:整理《千金方》養(yǎng)生方藥,探究藥性規(guī)律、藥組規(guī)律、組方配伍規(guī)律,補充中醫(yī)藥養(yǎng)生研究領(lǐng)域的不足,在此基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)《千金方》養(yǎng)生學(xué)術(shù)思想,為現(xiàn)代人身體健康提供中醫(yī)藥指導(dǎo)。方法:文獻學(xué)與統(tǒng)計學(xué)方法相結(jié)合。按照《千金方》卷目分類精神,分類整理養(yǎng)生方藥,利用頻數(shù)表的方法總結(jié)藥性規(guī)律、常用藥物和劑量,利用關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則的方法挖掘常用藥物組合,探究其配伍規(guī)律。結(jié)果:第一,建立了《千金方》養(yǎng)生方劑和藥物數(shù)據(jù)庫,包括方劑185首,中藥名稱187種,共出現(xiàn)1325味次。第二,不同人群養(yǎng)生方方藥規(guī)律有所區(qū)別。婦人養(yǎng)生補氣養(yǎng)血藥類應(yīng)用最多,藥性以甘辛溫為主;小兒養(yǎng)生清熱藥類應(yīng)用最多,用藥以苦甘為多;老人養(yǎng)生以補陰、補陽、補氣藥類應(yīng)用為主,甘、苦、平用藥頻率最高;男子養(yǎng)生補陽藥類應(yīng)用頻率明顯高于其它藥類,用藥以甘、辛溫為主;此外婦人、老人養(yǎng)生常用食療法。結(jié)論:第一,孫思邈注重分類養(yǎng)生,婦人、小兒、老人、男子養(yǎng)生側(cè)重點不同。第二,孫思邈重視辨證養(yǎng)生,講求治養(yǎng)結(jié)合,養(yǎng)生方以養(yǎng)氣、血、陰、陽為主,兼顧祛邪。第三,《千金方》養(yǎng)生用藥力求平緩,善用甘辛、溫平類藥物。第四,調(diào)脾胃與養(yǎng)精氣藥合用,形成了"調(diào)后天,養(yǎng)先天"的養(yǎng)生學(xué)術(shù)思想。
[Abstract]:Objective: to sort out the "Qianjin prescription" and "Qianjin prescription", to explore the law of medicine, the law of drug group and the law of compatibility of prescription, to supplement the deficiency in the research field of traditional Chinese medicine, and to sum up the academic thought of "Qianjin prescription". To provide Chinese medicine guidance for the health of modern people. Methods: to combine bibliography with statistical methods. According to the classification spirit of "Qianjin Fang", the medicine for keeping in good health was sorted out, and the law of medicinal properties, common drugs and dosage were summarized by the method of frequency table, and the combination of commonly used drugs was excavated by association rule, and its compatibility law was explored. Results: firstly, the database of Qianjin recipe and medicine were established, including 185 prescriptions and 187 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines, which appeared 1325 times. Second, there are differences in the law of prescriptions and prescriptions among different groups of people. The medicine of nourishing health and nourishing qi and nourishing blood was mostly used by women, the main drug was Ganxingwen; the medicine of keeping in good health and clearing heat in children was the most used, and the medicine used was bitter and sweet, while the old people's health was mainly used to supplement Yin, Yang and Qi, and the frequency of medicine was the highest in sweet, bitter and even medicine. The application frequency of male health and nourishing yang drugs was obviously higher than that of other drugs, and the main drugs were Gan and Xin Wen; in addition, women, the elderly were commonly used for food therapy. Conclusion: first, Sun Simiao pays attention to the classification of health preservation, women, children, the elderly, men with different emphasis. Second, Sun Simiao attached importance to syndrome differentiation and combined treatment and nourishment, nourishing qi, blood, Yin, Yang mainly, taking into account evil. Third, "Qianjin prescription" health medication strive to smooth, the use of Ganxin, warm-level drugs. Fourthly, the combination of spleen and stomach and vital qi medicine forms the academic thought of regulating the acquired and nourishing the congenital.
