【摘要】：研究背景:心臟為臟腑之君,身體精華、魂、命之主位。三因中隆位于心臟,此性質(zhì)的紊亂引起心隆病。心隆病是臨床上發(fā)病率較高的一類疾病,它在心臟病治療中占據(jù)著重要的地位。心隆病的診治理論主要講述于四部醫(yī)典。四部醫(yī)典是秘訣性很強的一部巨著,其心隆病的疾病分類暗示于此巨著中。后續(xù)的藏醫(yī)學(xué)大師在繼承和研究藏醫(yī)學(xué)過程中,對治療疾病為主要目的,對心隆病的診斷和分類未進(jìn)行闡述,將心悸病和瘋病等名由心隆病來代替。因此,在臨床上一批醫(yī)務(wù)工作者對心隆病的認(rèn)識不清,也未行研究。研究目的:正確地認(rèn)識心隆病是治療心臟疾病的關(guān)鍵所在。按隆、赤巴、培根、血、蟲、黃水等病根把心臟病分為六類疾病。隆性心臟病等同與心隆病,出現(xiàn)與心臟各類疾病。因癥狀的相符,在臨床上其他心臟疾病按心隆病進(jìn)行治療,使延緩治愈或加重心臟疾病。在臨床治療中研究心隆病是迫在眉睫的一項任務(wù)。在研究中對心隆病的病根和病因、癥狀表現(xiàn)、發(fā)病機(jī)制及治療方法進(jìn)行探索,并心隆病與情緒、心電圖之關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究。研究方法:此研究主要以文獻(xiàn)研究與調(diào)查研究。在文獻(xiàn)研究中對藏醫(yī)古籍經(jīng)典文獻(xiàn)、現(xiàn)代藏醫(yī)文獻(xiàn)、期刊、現(xiàn)代心臟病學(xué)、解剖學(xué)等相關(guān)著作為依據(jù),對心隆病的病因、癥狀、治療思維進(jìn)行分析。其次,調(diào)查研究方面進(jìn)行病歷分析。從青海省藏醫(yī)院收集了213個病歷,從病歷分析了解病人的基本情況和生命特征,心臟疾病的并發(fā)癥和心電圖變化等。按搜集資料的性質(zhì)使用定量分析法,首先收集的資料放入2007Microsoft Excel,在LBM SPSS 17.0用X2檢驗、T檢驗來分析資料。研究結(jié)果:此研究結(jié)果為9方面闡述:1.“心隆病”一詞系藏醫(yī)古代之名詞,具有悠久的歷史。2.在藏醫(yī)幾本古籍中對心隆病的病根認(rèn)識,與四部醫(yī)典的講述產(chǎn)生一定的差異,但從病根的部位和治療思維的推移,可斷定四部醫(yī)典講述的思維是無誤的。3.心隆病的癥狀是由三因特性的病變引起的。4.心隆病的病因以隆性疾病和心臟疾病的病因外,與社會生活壓力和海拔都有一定的關(guān)聯(lián)。5.心隆病的診斷以四部醫(yī)典和古籍文獻(xiàn)、現(xiàn)代藏醫(yī)著作為依據(jù),講述自己的見解。6.心隆病的癥狀表現(xiàn)以,古籍文獻(xiàn)中隆性疾病的癥狀及病歷調(diào)查中實現(xiàn)的癥狀相互比較,講述自己的觀點。7.心隆病與心情的變化具有重要的關(guān)聯(lián),因外邪作用和心情的變化引起心臟疾病勻?qū)儆谛穆〔　?.在心隆病治療中收集64種配方和14種常用配方進(jìn)行分析,并對藏藥安神丸的配方與使用進(jìn)行了闡述。9.病歷分析中心隆病的癥狀與疾病、心電圖與疾病的關(guān)系講述自己的觀點。研究結(jié)論:研究結(jié)論從六方面闡述:1.心隆病是隆的五大分類之一“恰協(xié)隆”的病變引起的疾病。2.四部醫(yī)典中記載的顫抖、胸悶等屬于主要癥壯。3.心隆病為隆性疾病之總稱,分為心悸病、隆塞等。4.情緒類疾病勻?qū)儆谛穆〔　?.藥物治療中沉香、肉豆蔻、丁香、阿魏等勻?qū)儆谥魉?安神丸為治療心隆病特效藥物之一。6.心電圖中心律不齊并非為心隆病,心動過緩并非為心圖病。
[Abstract]:Research background: the heart is the king of the viscera, the essence of the body, the soul and the main position of the life. Three because the middle lung is located in the heart, the disorder of this nature causes the heart disease. The heart lung disease is a kind of disease with high incidence in the clinic. It occupies an important position in the treatment of heart disease. The theory of diagnosis and treatment of the heart lung disease is mainly about the four medical codes. The four medical codes are the secret. In the process of inheriting and studying Tibetan medicine, the later Tibetan medicine master, in the process of inheriting and studying Tibetan medicine, has not expounded the diagnosis and classification of heart lung disease, and replaced the name of heart palpitations and madness by heart lung disease. Therefore, a batch of medical work has been done in the clinic. A correct understanding of the heart disease is the key to the treatment of heart disease. The root causes of heart disease are divided into six types of diseases, such as long, Chek, Bacon, blood, insect, yellow water and other diseases. It is an urgent task to study the heart lung disease in the clinical treatment. In the study, the root and cause of the disease, the symptoms, the pathogenesis and the treatment methods are explored in the study, and the relationship between the heart lung disease and the emotion and electrocardiogram is studied. This study is mainly based on literature research and investigation. In the literature research, the classical literature of ancient Tibetan medicine, modern Tibetan medical literature, periodicals, modern cardiology, anatomy and other related works are based on the analysis of the etiology, symptoms, and treatment thinking of the disease. Secondly, the medical records are analyzed in the investigation and research. Collected from the Qinghai Tibetan Hospital. 213 medical records, from the case history analysis to understand the basic situation and life characteristics of the patient, the complications of heart disease and the changes of electrocardiogram. According to the nature of the collected data, the quantitative analysis method is used. The data collected first are put into 2007Microsoft Excel, the X2 test and T test are used to analyze the data in LBM SPSS. The result of the study is that the results of this study are 9 aspects. 1.
