【摘要】：目的:比較腰三針溫針和腰三針電針治療腰椎間盤突出癥的臨床療效。方法:本研究將符合納入標準的60例腰椎間盤突出癥病人按照簡單隨機、單盲法分為治療組30例,對照組30例。經(jīng)過4周治療,通過JOA下腰痛量表、簡式Mcqill疼痛量表、Oswestry功能障礙指數(shù)評估治療效果,及兩組患者療效差異。結果:治療前,兩組患者性別、年齡、病位、病程、中醫(yī)證候分型、JOA下腰痛量表、簡式Mcqill疼痛量表、Oswestry功能障礙指數(shù)評分組間比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);治療后,兩組患者JOA下腰痛量表、簡式Mcqill疼痛量表、Oswestry功能障礙指數(shù)評分組內(nèi)比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),提示兩種治療方法均能明顯改善腰椎間盤突出癥的臨床癥狀、體征及日常活動能力;而治療后的三種量化評分組間比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);治療組總有效率為93.3%,對照組總有效率為86.7%。結論:腰三針溫針和腰三針電針均改善腰椎間盤突出癥的腰腿痛程度、臨床體征、日常生活工作能力、腰部活動能力,而且兩種治療方法的療效相當。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the clinical effect of lumbar three-needle warm acupuncture and lumbar three-needle electroacupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods: 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). After 4 weeks of treatment, the treatment effect was evaluated by JOA low back pain scale and simple Mcqill pain scale and Oswestry dysfunction index, as well as the difference of curative effect between the two groups. Results: before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of sex, age, disease position, course of disease, TCM syndromes classification, JOA low back pain scale, simple Mcqill pain scale and Oswestry dysfunction index score (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment. There were significant differences between the two groups in JOA low back pain scale and simple Mcqill pain scale and Oswestry dysfunction index score, indicating that the two treatment methods can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of lumbar disc herniation. There was no significant difference between the three quantitative scores after treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3g and the total effective rate of the control group was 86.70.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%, while that of the control group was 86.7%. Conclusion: both warmed lumbar acupuncture and three-needle electroacupuncture can improve the degree of lumbago and leg pain, clinical signs, daily living ability and waist activity ability of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, and the curative effect of the two treatment methods is similar.
