光場成像技術(shù)研究及其在激光參數(shù)測量中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:與傳統(tǒng)成像相比,光場成像技術(shù)可實現(xiàn)空間四維光場信息的采集,通過光場重構(gòu)算法可獲取空間三維信息。目前國內(nèi)的研究主要集中在非聚焦型光場成像及三維視點重構(gòu)領(lǐng)域,對于聚焦型光場成像的理論研究工作還處于初步階段,需要更加深入的研究。本文主要圍繞聚焦型光場成像系統(tǒng)的工作原理、重構(gòu)算法設(shè)計、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計及光場成像技術(shù)在激光參數(shù)測量中的應(yīng)用四個問題展開研究,主要內(nèi)容如下:1、根據(jù)光場成像理論,建立了不同采樣模式下光場傳輸、記錄及重構(gòu)的數(shù)學(xué)模型。根據(jù)微透鏡陣列的光場采樣規(guī)律,提出了聚焦型光場成像的點擴散函數(shù)加權(quán)重構(gòu)算法,該算法解決了分塊重構(gòu)算法重構(gòu)圖像中離焦區(qū)域中重構(gòu)邊界的階梯效應(yīng)。針對點擴散加權(quán)重構(gòu),本文設(shè)計了一種運算量少、重構(gòu)精度高的權(quán)重函數(shù)。將該權(quán)重函數(shù)與本文提出的點擴散函數(shù)重構(gòu)算法相結(jié)合,完成高精度光場圖像重構(gòu)算法設(shè)計及驗證。2、利用光場成像系統(tǒng)具有記錄物體視差的特性,建立了一種根據(jù)目標(biāo)在上下左右四個方向的視差來計算目標(biāo)深度圖的方法。以目標(biāo)在深度圖中的深度作為對焦搜索初始值,設(shè)計了一種快速對焦搜索算法——兩步法(即:先根據(jù)深度圖確定初始搜索位置,再根據(jù)對焦搜索算法搜索對焦位置),該算法可實現(xiàn)指定目標(biāo)的快速對焦,且具有良好的抗噪特性。展開本文兩步法光場對焦與普通對焦搜索之間的對比實驗,驗證了該方法的搜索準(zhǔn)確性及省時特性。3、根據(jù)聚焦型光場成像光學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)與光場重構(gòu)參數(shù)之間的數(shù)學(xué)關(guān)系,設(shè)計了聚焦型光場成像系統(tǒng)并開展了系統(tǒng)仿真驗證,完成了聚焦型光場成像系統(tǒng)整機搭建,完成了微透鏡與探測器傾斜量的標(biāo)定工作。開展了聚焦型光場成像系統(tǒng)的成像實驗及實驗數(shù)據(jù)分析,實驗結(jié)果驗證了本文設(shè)計理論的準(zhǔn)確性及可靠性。4、總結(jié)目前激光參數(shù)測量領(lǐng)域的問題,提出了基于雙楔板陣列的激光動態(tài)焦斑測試系統(tǒng),完成單脈沖激光遠(yuǎn)場光斑漂移測量。開展了基于聚焦型光場成像技術(shù)的激光參數(shù)量測量實驗,實現(xiàn)了基于光場技術(shù)的遠(yuǎn)場焦斑位置測量及三維重構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:Compared with the traditional imaging, the optical field imaging technology can realize the acquisition of spatial four-dimensional light field information, and the three-dimensional spatial information can be obtained by the light field reconstruction algorithm. At present, the domestic research is mainly focused on the field of unfocused light field imaging and 3D view reconstruction. The theoretical research of focused light field imaging is still in the initial stage, and needs more in-depth research. This paper mainly focuses on the working principle, reconstruction algorithm design, structure design and the application of light field imaging technology in laser parameter measurement. The main contents are as follows: 1, according to the theory of light field imaging, A mathematical model of light field transmission, recording and reconstruction in different sampling modes is established. According to the law of light field sampling of microlens array, a point diffusion function weighted reconstruction algorithm for focused light field imaging is proposed. The algorithm solves the step effect of reconstruction boundary in defocus region of image reconstruction by block reconstruction algorithm. For point diffusion weighted reconstruction, this paper designs a weight function with less computation and higher reconstruction precision. The weight function is combined with the point diffusion function reconstruction algorithm proposed in this paper to complete the design and verification of the high precision light field image reconstruction algorithm. The optical field imaging system has the property of recording the parallax of the object. A method to calculate the depth map of the target is established according to the parallax of the target in four directions. Taking the depth of the target in the depth map as the initial value of the focal search, a fast focusing search algorithm, a two-step method, is designed (that is, the initial search position is first determined according to the depth map). Then the focus location is searched according to the focusing search algorithm. The algorithm can realize the fast focusing of the specified target and has good anti-noise characteristic. In this paper, the contrast experiment between the two step method and ordinary focus search is carried out, and the accuracy and time-saving characteristic of the method are verified. 3. According to the mathematical relationship between the optical structure parameters of focused light field imaging and the parameters of light field reconstruction, The focused light field imaging system is designed and the system simulation is carried out. The whole machine of the focused light field imaging system is built and the calibration of the tilt between the microlens and the detector is completed. The imaging experiments and experimental data analysis of focused light field imaging system are carried out. The experimental results verify the accuracy and reliability of the design theory in this paper. The problems in the field of laser parameter measurement are summarized. A laser dynamic focal spot measurement system based on double wedge array is proposed to measure the far field spot drift of monopulse laser. The experiment of laser parameter measurement based on focused light field imaging technology is carried out. The far-field focal spot position measurement and 3D reconstruction are realized based on light field technology.
