【摘要】:大數(shù)據(jù)環(huán)境發(fā)展的今天,隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息日益豐富,網(wǎng)民數(shù)量的激增,各種網(wǎng)站、網(wǎng)頁(yè)的信息量與日俱增。由此,信息爆炸、信息不對(duì)稱(chēng)、數(shù)字鴻溝、信息污染、信息安全等信息失衡問(wèn)題愈演愈烈,信息生態(tài)失衡對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)造成隱性影響的同時(shí)降低了網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)行效率。黨的十八大報(bào)告首次把生態(tài)文明建設(shè)提升至與經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化、社會(huì)四大建設(shè)并列的高度,表明生態(tài)文明建設(shè)已經(jīng)融入中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義的“五位一體”的總布局中!靶畔⑸鷳B(tài)平衡”成為了解決網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)發(fā)展問(wèn)題的關(guān)鍵詞。在相關(guān)科學(xué)研究領(lǐng)域中,專(zhuān)家學(xué)者們始終在積極地尋找網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)構(gòu)建的生態(tài)化發(fā)展路徑,探尋提升網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)運(yùn)行效率的有效方法。然而,現(xiàn)有研究成果多以信息生態(tài)系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建理論研究為出發(fā)點(diǎn),集中在特定領(lǐng)域的信息生態(tài)系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)上,對(duì)通用性網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)的研究少之又少,在系統(tǒng)的理論分析和實(shí)證研究上存在薄弱之處。帶著對(duì)通用性網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)深層次構(gòu)建機(jī)理和運(yùn)行效率提升的思考,本文以生態(tài)學(xué)、信息生態(tài)學(xué)、系統(tǒng)科學(xué)、計(jì)算機(jī)相關(guān)理論等跨學(xué)科的綜合方法為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)構(gòu)建的因子分析、架構(gòu)構(gòu)建機(jī)理、理論模型及技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)等方面進(jìn)行深入研究。在此基礎(chǔ)上分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)運(yùn)行效率的影響因素,深入分析影響因素的作用關(guān)系,構(gòu)建信息生態(tài)視角下的運(yùn)行效率評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系和評(píng)價(jià)模型,并以吉大燕子為評(píng)測(cè)對(duì)象進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,證明模型的可操作性。本文作為吉林大學(xué)管理學(xué)院負(fù)責(zé)的我國(guó)社會(huì)科學(xué)基金重大項(xiàng)目“網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息生態(tài)鏈形成機(jī)理與演進(jìn)規(guī)律研究”的子課題,在選題上具有創(chuàng)新性,研究方法上具有創(chuàng)新性,彌補(bǔ)了學(xué)科研究領(lǐng)域中的薄弱之處。同時(shí),本文研究有利于解決網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)現(xiàn)有的信息生態(tài)失衡問(wèn)題,合理構(gòu)建具有生態(tài)特性的網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)架構(gòu),幫助網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)運(yùn)營(yíng)者了解網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)的運(yùn)行效率的現(xiàn)實(shí)表現(xiàn)和制約因素。本文主要研究?jī)?nèi)容包括:第一、對(duì)現(xiàn)有的系統(tǒng)學(xué)、生態(tài)學(xué)、信息生態(tài)及網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行綜述,在此基礎(chǔ)上,歸納本文的研究要素。對(duì)信息生態(tài)系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建、評(píng)價(jià)、信息生態(tài)失衡等相關(guān)話題,國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者開(kāi)展了大量的研究,本文追蹤并詳細(xì)論述既有相關(guān)研究成果,學(xué)習(xí)既有研究成果的精髓,作為本文研究的理論起點(diǎn)。第二、對(duì)現(xiàn)有網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)構(gòu)建與運(yùn)行中出現(xiàn)的信息生態(tài)失衡現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行解析。詳細(xì)分析了現(xiàn)有網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)運(yùn)行中呈現(xiàn)的信息超載、信息壟斷、信息侵犯及信息污染為主要表現(xiàn)的信息生態(tài)失衡現(xiàn)象及社會(huì)危害。從信息生態(tài)系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成的信息環(huán)境、信息人、信息資源和信息技術(shù)四個(gè)維度討論現(xiàn)有網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)信息生態(tài)失衡的成因,作為本文研究的現(xiàn)實(shí)起點(diǎn)。第三、在借鑒目前理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)的信息人生態(tài)因子、信息資源生態(tài)因子、信息環(huán)境生態(tài)因子和信息技術(shù)生態(tài)因子的構(gòu)成和特性進(jìn)行深入分析。將信息人生態(tài)因子從自然屬性維度劃分為信息人自然個(gè)體和信息人功能個(gè)體,從信息角色的維度劃分為信息生產(chǎn)者、信息傳遞者、信息消費(fèi)者和信息分解者。將信息環(huán)境劃分為描述網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)硬件環(huán)境,以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)內(nèi)外部信息生態(tài)環(huán)境。進(jìn)而詳細(xì)剖析了信息生態(tài)因子間相互作用的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)機(jī)理、互利共生機(jī)理和協(xié)同進(jìn)化機(jī)理。第四、在信息生態(tài)視角下網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)構(gòu)建系統(tǒng)性原則的指導(dǎo)上,分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)構(gòu)建的系統(tǒng)平衡目標(biāo)。進(jìn)而在生態(tài)學(xué)理論推導(dǎo)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)信息生態(tài)視角下網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)空間結(jié)構(gòu)、營(yíng)養(yǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)及組織結(jié)構(gòu)的構(gòu)建機(jī)理進(jìn)行梳理,將網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)的層次、信息流轉(zhuǎn)鏈路和功能單元的組合進(jìn)行生態(tài)化的規(guī)劃。構(gòu)建信息生態(tài)視角下網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)的宏觀和微觀模型,描述了網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)的生態(tài)化特征、功能和動(dòng)態(tài)構(gòu)建的過(guò)程。借助大數(shù)據(jù)信息技術(shù)對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)的實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行支撐,描述了Hadoop技術(shù)框架下的網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)生態(tài)化過(guò)程機(jī)理。第五、在前文研究的基礎(chǔ)上,開(kāi)展信息生態(tài)視角下網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)運(yùn)行效率的相關(guān)研究。闡述了運(yùn)行效率評(píng)價(jià)的特征、目的和原則。從構(gòu)成和作用方式的角度剖析信息環(huán)境、信息資源、信息人、信息技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)信息生態(tài)健康度對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)運(yùn)行效率的影響。進(jìn)而設(shè)計(jì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)運(yùn)行效率評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的結(jié)構(gòu),構(gòu)建由目標(biāo)層、五類(lèi)準(zhǔn)則層和13個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)、32個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)、133個(gè)三級(jí)指標(biāo)構(gòu)成的指標(biāo)層。對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的釋義和測(cè)度方法進(jìn)行定義和劃定。第六、為了支撐信息生態(tài)視角下網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)運(yùn)行效率評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,將評(píng)價(jià)過(guò)程劃分為三個(gè)階段,采用相應(yīng)的模型完成評(píng)價(jià)運(yùn)算,首先是用熵權(quán)模型對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行賦權(quán),其次采用PLWAA算子模型和信息功能生態(tài)位測(cè)度模型對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行測(cè)度,最后根據(jù)權(quán)重和測(cè)度結(jié)果采用信息生態(tài)位適宜度-灰色關(guān)聯(lián)模型對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)按體系結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行集結(jié),并最終輸出信息生態(tài)視角下網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)運(yùn)行效率的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果。以“吉大燕子”網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)為測(cè)評(píng)對(duì)象,對(duì)信息生態(tài)視角下網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)的運(yùn)行效率評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系和評(píng)價(jià)模型進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。第七、在前文研究的基礎(chǔ)上,以信息生態(tài)理論為基礎(chǔ),按抽象層、對(duì)接層、具象層和支撐層四個(gè)維度,分別對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)的系統(tǒng)平衡、平臺(tái)運(yùn)行、信息生態(tài)因子和信息服務(wù)的組合給出了優(yōu)化對(duì)策,以提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)的結(jié)構(gòu)的自平衡能力和網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)運(yùn)行效率。對(duì)于信息生態(tài)視角下網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)構(gòu)建與運(yùn)行效率評(píng)價(jià)的研究從本質(zhì)上提升了網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)的性能和信息流轉(zhuǎn)的效率,促進(jìn)了網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)信息生態(tài)因子的趨平衡態(tài)演化,切實(shí)有效地解決網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)信息生態(tài)失衡問(wèn)題。為指導(dǎo)網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供了客觀的依據(jù)和科學(xué)的工具。
[Abstract]:With the development of large data environment, with the increasing number of Internet information and the increase of the number of Internet users, the amount of information in various websites and web pages is increasing. Therefore, information imbalance, such as information explosion, information asymmetry, digital divide, information pollution, information security and so on, has become more and more serious, and the unbalance of information ecology has caused the recessive influence on the network platform. For the first time, the eighteen major reports of the party have promoted the construction of ecological civilization to the same height as economic, political, cultural and social construction, indicating that the construction of ecological civilization has been integrated into the general layout of the "five in one" of socialism with Chinese characteristics. "Information ecological balance" has become an understanding of the network platform. In the field of scientific research, experts and scholars have been actively looking for the ecological development path of network platform construction and exploring effective methods to improve the efficiency of the network platform. However, the existing research results focus on information ecological system construction theory as a starting point and focus on information in specific fields. In the evaluation of ecosystem, there are few studies on the general network platform, and there are weak points in the theoretical analysis and Empirical Study of the system. With the thinking of the deep construction mechanism and efficiency of the general network platform, this paper combines the ecology, the information ecology, the system science, the computer related theory and so on. On the basis of the method, the factor analysis, the construction mechanism, the theoretical model and the technical realization of the network platform are deeply studied. On this basis, the influencing factors of the operating efficiency of the network platform are analyzed, the influence factors are deeply analyzed, and the evaluation index system and evaluation of the efficiency of the information ecology are constructed and evaluated. As a sub subject of "Research on the formation mechanism of network information ecological chain and the law of evolution of the network information chain", which is the major project of the social science fund of our country, which is in charge of the school of management of Jilin University, it is innovative and the research method is innovative. It makes up the weakness in the field of subject research. At the same time, this paper is helpful to solve the existing information ecological imbalance problem of the network platform, construct the network platform structure with ecological characteristics, and help the network platform operators understand the realistic performance and constraints of the operating efficiency of the network platform. The main contents of this paper are the content of this paper. The first is to summarize the relevant literature of the existing systems science, ecology, information ecology and network platform. On this basis, we summarize the research elements of this paper. The domestic and foreign scholars have carried out a lot of research on the information ecosystem construction, evaluation, information ecological imbalance and other related topics. This paper traced and discussed the related research in detail. The result is to learn the essence of the research results as the theoretical starting point of this paper. Second, analyze the imbalance of information ecology in the construction and operation of the existing network platform, and analyze in detail the information overload, information monopoly, information invasion and information pollution as the main information students in the operation of the existing network platform. From the information environment, information people, information resources and information technology four dimensions to discuss the causes of the existing network platform information ecological imbalance, as the realistic starting point of this study. Third, on the basis of the present theoretical research, the information ecological factors of the network platform The composition and characteristics of the ecological factors of interest resources, the ecological factors of information environment and the ecological factors of information technology are deeply analyzed. From the natural attribute dimensions, the information human ecological factors are divided into the information human nature individual and the information person functional individual, and the information producers, information transmitters, information consumers and information are divided from the dimension of information role. The decomposer divides the information environment into a network platform hardware environment that describes the real foundation of the network platform, as well as the internal and external information ecological environment of the network platform. Then the competitive mechanism of the interaction between the information ecological factors, the mechanism of mutualism and the mechanism of co evolution are analyzed in detail. The characteristics, purposes and principles of the operational efficiency evaluation are expounded. The influence of the information environment, information resources, information technology and the ecological health of the network platform on the operating efficiency of the network platform is analyzed from the angle of composition and action. Then the structure of the evaluation index system of network platform operation efficiency is designed, and the target layer is constructed from target layer, five class criterion layer and 13 first level index, 32 two level index and 133 three level index. The interpretation and measurement method of evaluation index are defined and delimited. The operation efficiency of network platform under the perspective of information ecology is supported. The evaluation index system is divided into three stages, and the evaluation operation is completed by the corresponding model. First, the entropy weight model is used to empower the evaluation index system. Secondly, the PLWAA operator model and the information function niche measure model are used to measure the evaluation index. Finally, the information ecology is adopted according to the weight and the measure results. The evaluation index is aggregated by the grey relational model, and the evaluation results of the operating efficiency of the network platform are finally output from the perspective of the information ecology. The evaluation target system and the evaluation model of the operation efficiency of the network platform under the information ecology perspective are studied. Seventh, on the basis of the previous research, based on the information ecology theory, according to the four dimensions of the abstract layer, the docking layer, the concrete layer and the support layer, the optimization strategy is given to the system balance, platform operation, the information ecological factor and the information service of the network platform, in order to improve the self balancing ability and network of the network platform structure. On the basis of information ecology, the research of network platform construction and efficiency evaluation has greatly improved the performance of the network platform and the efficiency of information circulation, promoted the equilibrium evolution of the information ecological factors of the network platform, effectively and effectively solved the problem of information ecological imbalance of the network platform. Taiwan's sustainable development provides objective basis and scientific tools.
