基于SharePoint的數(shù)字化城市管理系統(tǒng)的研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著城市化進(jìn)程的發(fā)展,城市規(guī)模在不斷擴(kuò)大,對(duì)城市管理水平的要求越來(lái)越高,數(shù)字化城市管理系統(tǒng)已在全國(guó)一百多個(gè)城市試點(diǎn)建設(shè),是現(xiàn)代化城市管理的必然趨勢(shì)。本文利用微軟企業(yè)協(xié)同管理平臺(tái)Share Point2010及Share Point相關(guān)技術(shù),包括Share Point頁(yè)面布局頁(yè)開(kāi)發(fā)、Share Point母版頁(yè)編寫、門戶網(wǎng)站管理、工作流及相關(guān)配置,同時(shí)結(jié)合SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、.NET相關(guān)技術(shù)、Web Service技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)等。形成一套信息化的建設(shè)要求標(biāo)準(zhǔn),建立一系列高效的業(yè)務(wù)流程管理平臺(tái)系統(tǒng),使各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)產(chǎn)生的業(yè)務(wù)信息安全傳遞,實(shí)現(xiàn)相關(guān)部門的有關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)、資源共享交互的“協(xié)作橋梁”。本文首先通過(guò)某城市著手建設(shè)的數(shù)字化城市管理系統(tǒng)實(shí)際情況出發(fā),在調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,以兩個(gè)“主軸”為核心,以系統(tǒng)的基本功能需求和業(yè)務(wù)流程為主線,對(duì)系統(tǒng)的功能做出分析確認(rèn),將系統(tǒng)的基本功能模塊分為:數(shù)據(jù)采集、監(jiān)督受理、協(xié)同工作、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)督辦、基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)、應(yīng)用維護(hù)及綜合評(píng)價(jià)等七大基礎(chǔ)功能子系統(tǒng),以提供城市管理需要并滿足業(yè)務(wù)流程變化的及時(shí)應(yīng)對(duì)。其次運(yùn)用Share Point相關(guān)技術(shù)、Web Service、工作流、.NET相關(guān)等技術(shù),針對(duì)系統(tǒng)的各個(gè)子系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的功能設(shè)計(jì),模塊的接口設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)流程與服務(wù)的轉(zhuǎn)化、服務(wù)與服務(wù)之間的交互,同時(shí)采用流程、時(shí)序圖、數(shù)據(jù)表等清楚的規(guī)劃與表達(dá),為系統(tǒng)的合理、高效提供基礎(chǔ)保障與完善系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。然后使用SQL Server設(shè)計(jì)傳統(tǒng)的關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)表和Share Point列表來(lái)分別對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)所需數(shù)據(jù)和系統(tǒng)基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行存儲(chǔ),確保數(shù)據(jù)的安全與獨(dú)立。最后結(jié)合數(shù)字化城市管理系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)流程實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)采集、監(jiān)督受理,協(xié)同工作等主要子系統(tǒng)功能,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了合理的測(cè)試與分析,測(cè)試表明,本文數(shù)字化城市管理系統(tǒng)基本滿足某市的日常管理所需。本文在實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)字化城市管理系統(tǒng)之后,以城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施日常管理應(yīng)用和城市突發(fā)事件應(yīng)用業(yè)務(wù)流程開(kāi)展了實(shí)地驗(yàn)證,并取得了良好的應(yīng)用效果。使人為或自然災(zāi)害所導(dǎo)致的城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施受影響或破壞,對(duì)其進(jìn)行高效的處理,在城市市容和人們生活環(huán)境提高方面有著重大的意義,同時(shí)極大地發(fā)揮出數(shù)字化城市管理系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Finally, combined with the business process of the digital urban management system, the main subsystem functions such as data acquisition, supervision and acceptance, collaborative work and so on are realized, and the reasonable test and analysis are carried out, and the test shows that, In this paper, the digital urban management system basically meets the daily management needs of a city. After realizing the digital urban management system, this paper has carried on the field verification with the urban infrastructure daily management application and the urban emergency application business process, and has obtained the good application effect. It is of great significance to affect or destroy the urban infrastructure caused by man-made or natural disasters and to deal with it efficiently in terms of the appearance of the city and the improvement of people's living environment, At the same time, it gives full play to the application value of digital urban management system.
