河南省高校圖書(shū)館館員和讀者沖突研究
[Abstract]:With the progress and development of society, conflict theory is quoted in many fields, and library field is also influenced by conflict theory. The relationship between librarians and readers in library service work is inextricably interdependent, but in reality the service work between readers and librarians is intricate and it is difficult to avoid some contradictions and conflicts. This paper mainly studies the conflict between librarians and readers in Henan University Library, which is divided into six parts. The first part summarizes the current research situation of librarian-reader conflict by scholars at home and abroad, and points out the research contents, research methods and innovations of this paper. The second part defines the connotation of librarian-reader conflict, expounds the five-stage theory of conflict, and makes a contrastive analysis of the positive and negative effects of librarian-reader conflict. The third part makes a questionnaire survey to the librarians and readers of some universities in Henan Province, and tests the reliability and validity of the questionnaire quality, carries on the sample background analysis, the descriptive statistical analysis, the factor statistical analysis to the questionnaire results. Correlation analysis and one-way variance analysis. The fourth part makes a detailed discussion on the factors that cause the librarian-reader conflict. The library rules and regulations, the librarians' professional accomplishment and the readers' personal cognition are the factors that easily cause the conflicts between the librarians and the readers. The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures to alleviate the conflicts between librarians and readers in university libraries in Henan province. That is, to improve the comprehensive quality of librarians, to increase readers' training and publicity on the management system of the library, to improve the allocation of resources, to improve the utilization of resources and improve the environment of the library, and to enhance the communication and mutual understanding between the readers and the librarians, and so on. In the sixth part, the research work is summarized and the future research is prospected.
