【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)進(jìn)步和發(fā)展,沖突理論在很多領(lǐng)域被引用,圖書(shū)館領(lǐng)域也受到?jīng)_突理論的影響。圖書(shū)館館員和讀者在圖書(shū)館服務(wù)工作中的關(guān)系本來(lái)就是不可分割相互依存的,但是在現(xiàn)實(shí)中讀者與館員的服務(wù)工作又是錯(cuò)綜復(fù)雜的,很難避免一些矛盾沖突的發(fā)生。本文主要研究河南省高校圖書(shū)館的館員與讀者之間的沖突,文章分為六個(gè)部分。第一部分概述了國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)圖書(shū)館館員-讀者沖突的研究現(xiàn)狀,指出了本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容、研究方法和創(chuàng)新之處。第二部分界定了館員-讀者沖突的內(nèi)涵,闡述了沖突五階段理論,同時(shí)對(duì)館員-讀者沖突所帶來(lái)的積極效用和消極影響作了對(duì)比分析。第三部分對(duì)河南省部分高校的館員和讀者做問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,并對(duì)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷的質(zhì)量做信度和效度檢測(cè),對(duì)問(wèn)卷結(jié)果進(jìn)行樣本背景分析、描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、因子統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、相關(guān)性分析和單因素方差分析。第四部分對(duì)引起館員-讀者沖突的因素做了詳細(xì)的探討,圖書(shū)館規(guī)章制度,館員的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)和讀者的個(gè)人認(rèn)知等多方面原因都是容易引起館員和讀者之間沖突的因素。第五部分提出了緩解河南省高校圖書(shū)館館員-讀者沖突的對(duì)策。即提高館員的綜合素質(zhì),增加讀者對(duì)本圖書(shū)館管理制度的培訓(xùn)宣傳,完善圖書(shū)館的資源配置,提高資源利用率和改善圖書(shū)館環(huán)境,增進(jìn)讀者與館員的溝通交流和相互理解等。第六部分對(duì)全文的研究工作做了總結(jié),并對(duì)今后的研究做了展望。
[Abstract]:With the progress and development of society, conflict theory is quoted in many fields, and library field is also influenced by conflict theory. The relationship between librarians and readers in library service work is inextricably interdependent, but in reality the service work between readers and librarians is intricate and it is difficult to avoid some contradictions and conflicts. This paper mainly studies the conflict between librarians and readers in Henan University Library, which is divided into six parts. The first part summarizes the current research situation of librarian-reader conflict by scholars at home and abroad, and points out the research contents, research methods and innovations of this paper. The second part defines the connotation of librarian-reader conflict, expounds the five-stage theory of conflict, and makes a contrastive analysis of the positive and negative effects of librarian-reader conflict. The third part makes a questionnaire survey to the librarians and readers of some universities in Henan Province, and tests the reliability and validity of the questionnaire quality, carries on the sample background analysis, the descriptive statistical analysis, the factor statistical analysis to the questionnaire results. Correlation analysis and one-way variance analysis. The fourth part makes a detailed discussion on the factors that cause the librarian-reader conflict. The library rules and regulations, the librarians' professional accomplishment and the readers' personal cognition are the factors that easily cause the conflicts between the librarians and the readers. The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures to alleviate the conflicts between librarians and readers in university libraries in Henan province. That is, to improve the comprehensive quality of librarians, to increase readers' training and publicity on the management system of the library, to improve the allocation of resources, to improve the utilization of resources and improve the environment of the library, and to enhance the communication and mutual understanding between the readers and the librarians, and so on. In the sixth part, the research work is summarized and the future research is prospected.
