機(jī)車雨刮器LLC軟開關(guān)電源的研究

【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)代交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)的發(fā)展以及鐵路電氣化的大量普及,電力機(jī)車的應(yīng)用越來越廣泛。機(jī)車雨刮器是電力機(jī)車一個(gè)重要組成部件,直接影響司機(jī)前方的視野,目前雨刮器普遍存在故障率高、不穩(wěn)定的問題,將給機(jī)車運(yùn)行造成安全隱患。傳統(tǒng)的機(jī)車雨刮器采用的電機(jī)是兩臺100W的110V非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)直流電機(jī),所以雨刮器電機(jī)的成本比較高。本文所研究設(shè)計(jì)的軟開關(guān)電源適配給采用兩臺24V普通直流電機(jī)的機(jī)車雨刮器,這樣極大的降低了雨刮器電機(jī)的成本,具有極高的研究價(jià)值及意義。電源采用了LLC諧振軟開關(guān)的結(jié)構(gòu)用以提高電源效率,輸出級采用了同步整流技術(shù),較之傳統(tǒng)的肖特基二極管(SBD)或快恢復(fù)二極管(FRD)整流,采用同步整流技術(shù)的開關(guān)電源的開關(guān)損耗極低,大大提高了整機(jī)的效率。同時(shí),機(jī)車雨刮器的維護(hù)也是機(jī)車維護(hù)的重點(diǎn),本文所設(shè)計(jì)的電源體積小易于實(shí)現(xiàn)模塊化,電源具有自我保護(hù)功能、安全系數(shù)高、安裝更換方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。文章對設(shè)計(jì)的雨刮器電源拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)的原理進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析,尤其對LLC諧振變換器主電路部分和驅(qū)動(dòng)電路部分進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),對電源的主要參數(shù),如變壓器、諧振腔、采樣電路等參數(shù)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的計(jì)算,從而使樣機(jī)各項(xiàng)參數(shù)達(dá)到最優(yōu),應(yīng)用Altium Designer Winter 09進(jìn)行樣機(jī)原理圖和PCB的設(shè)計(jì),然后調(diào)試樣機(jī),最后對樣機(jī)進(jìn)行波形測試,從測試波形和數(shù)據(jù)可知,樣機(jī)開關(guān)損耗低,效率高,性能指標(biāo)達(dá)到預(yù)期效果。結(jié)合以上的工作,本文設(shè)計(jì)的基于TEA1716的DC110/DC24V的200W軟開關(guān)電源,輸出級采用TEA1995控制的全波同步整流電路,電源具有明顯的優(yōu)越性,有著良好的市場應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern transportation and the popularization of railway electrification, electric locomotives are used more and more widely. Locomotive wiper is an important component of electric locomotives, which directly affects the sight of the driver. At present, the wiper has the problems of high failure rate and instability, which will cause hidden trouble to the locomotive operation. The traditional locomotive wiper adopts two 100W 110V nonstandard DC motors, so the cost of wiper motor is high. The soft switching power supply designed in this paper is suitable for locomotive wiper with two 24V ordinary DC motors, which greatly reduces the cost of wiper motor and has high research value and significance. The power supply adopts the structure of LLC resonant soft switch to improve the efficiency of power supply, the output stage adopts synchronous rectifier technology, compared with the traditional Schottky diode (SBD) or fast recovery diode (FRD) rectifier, The switching loss of the switching power supply using synchronous rectifier technology is very low, which greatly improves the efficiency of the whole machine. At the same time, the maintenance of locomotive wiper is also the focus of locomotive maintenance. The power supply designed in this paper is easy to realize modularization in small volume, with the advantages of self-protection, high safety factor, convenient installation and replacement, and so on. In this paper, the principle of the topology of the wiper power supply is analyzed in detail, especially the main circuit and driving circuit of the LLC resonant converter are optimized, and the main parameters of the power supply, such as transformer, resonator, are optimized. The sampling circuit and other parameters are calculated in detail, so that the parameters of the prototype are optimized. The prototype schematic diagram and PCB are designed by using Altium Designer Winter 09, then the prototype is debugged, and the waveform of the prototype is tested. From the test waveform and data, it can be seen that the switch loss of the prototype is low, the efficiency is high, and the performance index reaches the expected effect. Combined with the above work, the 200W soft switching power supply based on DC110/DC24V based on TEA1716 is designed in this paper. The output stage adopts the full wave synchronous rectifier circuit controlled by TEA1995. The power supply has obvious advantages and has a good market application prospect.
