【摘要】：PVC引發(fā)劑的品質(zhì)作為控制氯乙烯聚合速率的主要因素,直接決定了PVC產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的高低。在生產(chǎn)PVC引發(fā)劑的控制過程中,對于溫度控制要求格外嚴格,而在生產(chǎn)過程的不同階段,各種物料相互作用后使得反應釜溫度控制變得異常困難、復雜。針對此類情況,本文設計了一套PVC引發(fā)劑生產(chǎn)集散控制系統(tǒng),并且運用相關(guān)底層算法,實現(xiàn)了生產(chǎn)過程的自動化。首先,介紹了PVC引發(fā)劑的生產(chǎn)工藝流程、橡膠金屬膠黏劑反應流程以及安全生產(chǎn)聯(lián)鎖控制的控制要求。設計了整套DCS系統(tǒng)總體結(jié)構(gòu),并將其分為管理信息層、操作層和冗余控制層三個部分進行一一介紹。。其次,對于PVC引發(fā)劑生產(chǎn)控制系統(tǒng)進行硬件設計,主要包括了DCS產(chǎn)品廠家及型號介紹、主控制卡的通訊、各類卡件的功能及其選型、工作站選擇,并以浙大中控ECS-100為平臺對各類卡件的安放進行布局。在充分考慮維持控制系統(tǒng)的安全性和穩(wěn)定性,對該控制系統(tǒng)進行了配電冗余設計和網(wǎng)絡冗余設計,以預防突發(fā)狀況發(fā)生帶來的嚴重后果。然后,對于整套DCS系統(tǒng)進行組態(tài)設計。包括主控制卡設計、工程師站與操作員站配置、I/O卡件配置、流程圖繪制等。基于浙大中控組態(tài)軟件AdvanTrol-Pro2.65完成PVC引發(fā)劑的監(jiān)控界面設計,對生產(chǎn)過程的各個信號點進行實時有效的監(jiān)測,實現(xiàn)操作人員對整個過程的操控,方便其進行手、自動的切換。為實現(xiàn)引發(fā)劑生產(chǎn)的自動化,需要依據(jù)需求設計相關(guān)底層算法。在此過程控制中,運用了常規(guī)控制策略,如:單回路控制策略,串級回路控制策略、比例控制策略和分程控制策略等。針對橡膠金屬膠黏劑生產(chǎn)反應溫度控制滯后性強,難以控制的問題,提出采用一種先進控制算法——預測函數(shù)控制,來實現(xiàn)對引發(fā)劑生產(chǎn)的精確控制。最后,在完成PVC引發(fā)劑生產(chǎn)控制系統(tǒng)整體設計與實施后,對整套系統(tǒng)進行運行調(diào)試。說明了運行調(diào)試階段的方案與步驟,給出了PVC引發(fā)劑生產(chǎn)控制系統(tǒng)運行調(diào)試的流程圖監(jiān)控截圖,并分析了相關(guān)溫度曲線得出結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:The quality of PVC initiator, as the main factor to control the polymerization rate of vinyl chloride, directly determines the quality of PVC products. In the process of producing PVC initiator, the temperature control requirement is very strict, but in different stages of production, the reaction kettle temperature control becomes very difficult and complex after the interaction of various materials. In this paper, a PVC initiator production distributed control system is designed, and the automation of the production process is realized by using the related bottom algorithm. Firstly, the production process of PVC initiator, the reaction process of rubber and metal adhesives and the control requirements of safety production interlocking are introduced. The overall structure of the whole DCS system is designed, which is divided into three parts: management information layer, operation layer and redundant control layer. Secondly, the hardware design of PVC initiator production control system includes the introduction of DCS product manufacturer and model, the communication of main control card, the function and selection of various card parts, and the selection of workstation. And with Zhejiang University ECS-100 as the platform for all kinds of card placement layout. Considering the security and stability of the control system, the design of distribution redundancy and network redundancy is carried out in order to prevent the serious consequences of the sudden situation. Then, the configuration design of the whole DCS system is carried out. Including master control card design, engineer station and operator station configuration, I / O card configuration, flowchart drawing, etc. Based on the configuration software AdvanTrol-Pro2.65 of Zhejiang University, the monitoring interface of PVC initiator is designed, and the signal points in the production process are monitored in real time and effectively, so that the operator can control the whole process and make it easy to carry out. Automatic switching. In order to automate the production of initiator, we need to design the underlying algorithm according to the requirement. In the process control, conventional control strategies are used, such as single loop control strategy, cascade loop control strategy, proportional control strategy and fractional control strategy. In order to solve the problem that the reaction temperature of rubber metal adhesive has strong hysteresis and is difficult to control, an advanced control algorithm-Predictive function Control is proposed to realize the accurate control of the production of the initiator. Finally, after the PVC initiator production control system is designed and implemented, the whole system is run and debugged. In this paper, the scheme and steps of running and debugging are explained, the monitoring screenshots of flow chart of operation and debugging of PVC initiator production control system are given, and the relevant temperature curves are analyzed to draw a conclusion.
