【摘要】：隨著計(jì)算機(jī)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展,信息化辦公已經(jīng)普及,在流程較長或角色較多的業(yè)務(wù)流程管理系統(tǒng)中,催辦功能就變的尤為重要。催辦即當(dāng)某一用戶在截止日期前仍未完成某項(xiàng)工作時(shí),系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)發(fā)送消息提醒的功能。雖然催辦工作十分的重要,但卻沒有得到人們足夠的重視,因某一環(huán)節(jié)的工作拖延造成后續(xù)工作無法開展而導(dǎo)致整個(gè)流程無法順利流轉(zhuǎn)的情況比比皆是。此外,催辦的形式大多單一,無法根據(jù)流程中各環(huán)節(jié)不同的緊急程度或時(shí)限要求采用多元化的催辦,即不同緊急程度的活動(dòng)采用不同頻率和不同方式的催辦。為了解決以上問題,本文進(jìn)行了多元化催辦的相關(guān)研究。多元化催辦中的多元化指的是催辦類型的多元化以及催辦實(shí)現(xiàn)方式的多元化。本文將多元化催辦融入業(yè)務(wù)流程管理中,提出了多元化催辦的模型、催辦算法,并給出了多元化催辦的三種具體實(shí)現(xiàn)方式：系統(tǒng)短消息、電子郵件和短信。當(dāng)然,催辦的實(shí)現(xiàn)方式并非固定為這三種,既可以根據(jù)實(shí)際需要增加新的催辦實(shí)現(xiàn)方式,也可以刪除某種不適用的催辦實(shí)現(xiàn)方式,這就是催辦實(shí)現(xiàn)方式的多元化。催辦模型以及催辦類型的定義采用了XML描述,當(dāng)業(yè)務(wù)流程發(fā)生變化、活動(dòng)的時(shí)限要求發(fā)生變化或者需要對(duì)催辦類型做出修改時(shí),都不需要改動(dòng)代碼,通過修改XML文件即可實(shí)現(xiàn)。另外,催辦類型以及催辦類型中每次催辦的時(shí)間間隔、催辦方式都可以根據(jù)需要自定義,實(shí)現(xiàn)了多元化催辦的定制。本文將多元化催辦應(yīng)用于中國海洋大學(xué)重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目設(shè)備申購系統(tǒng)的項(xiàng)目審核流程中,保證了項(xiàng)目審核流程的順利流轉(zhuǎn),明顯的提高了工作效率。
[Abstract]:With the development of computer and Internet, the information office has been popularized. In the business process management system with longer process or more role, the function of pushing office becomes more important. Reminder is the function that the system automatically sends message reminders when a user has not finished a certain work before the deadline. Although the push work is very important, it has not been paid enough attention, because of the delay of a link, the follow-up work can not be carried out and the whole process can not flow smoothly. In addition, the form of reminders is mostly single, which can not be based on the different emergency degree or time limit requirement of each link in the process, that is to say, different frequency and different ways can be used in the activities of different emergency degree. In order to solve the above problem, this paper carries on the related research of the diversification. The pluralization of the push-by-office refers to the diversification of the type of reminder and the diversification of the mode of implementation of the reminder. In this paper, we put forward the model, algorithm and three specific ways of implementation: system short message, email and short message. Of course, the implementation of the reminder is not fixed for these three types, either according to the actual need to add a new way of implementation, but also to delete some non-applicable way of implementation of the reminder, this is the diversity of the way of implementation. XML is used to describe the model and the definition of the type of reminders. When the business process changes, the time-limit requirements of the activities change or the type of reminders need to be modified, the code can be implemented by modifying the XML file. In addition, the time interval of each time and the way of reminders can be customized according to the needs of the type of reminders and each time in the type of reminders, which can realize the customization of multiple reminders. In this paper, the application of multiple reminders to the project audit process of the equipment requisition system of China Ocean University ensures the smooth flow of the project audit process and obviously improves the working efficiency.
