【摘要】：黨中央始終把發(fā)展現(xiàn)代化畜牧業(yè)作為新牧區(qū)建設(shè)的首要任務(wù),畜牧業(yè)發(fā)展在內(nèi)蒙古經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中占有一定比重,作為內(nèi)蒙古最重要的第一黨媒《內(nèi)蒙古日?qǐng)?bào)》(漢文版)在宣傳報(bào)道方面具有引領(lǐng)指導(dǎo)的重要作用。本論文將"新聞框架理論"引入到對(duì)"畜牧業(yè)"報(bào)道的研究中,以新聞框架理論為理論視角,對(duì)《內(nèi)蒙古日?qǐng)?bào)》(漢文版)2012——2016年新牧區(qū)建設(shè)發(fā)展的這五年"畜牧業(yè)"報(bào)道進(jìn)行了個(gè)案研究和內(nèi)容分析,目的在于總結(jié)《內(nèi)蒙古日?qǐng)?bào)》(漢文版)對(duì)"畜牧業(yè)"報(bào)道的導(dǎo)向和存在問(wèn)題,研究《內(nèi)蒙古日?qǐng)?bào)》(漢文版)報(bào)道的潛在規(guī)律和優(yōu)勢(shì)優(yōu)點(diǎn)。近幾年來(lái),中央每年的1號(hào)文件中都用了很大篇幅提到現(xiàn)代化畜牧業(yè)的發(fā)展,特別在新牧區(qū)建設(shè),家庭牧場(chǎng)建設(shè)、畜牧科研方面出臺(tái)了很多政策。畜牧業(yè)報(bào)道工作在推進(jìn)傳統(tǒng)畜牧業(yè)向現(xiàn)代畜牧業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型中發(fā)揮著重要的作用,畜牧業(yè)報(bào)道在推進(jìn)以布局區(qū)域化、養(yǎng)殖規(guī)�；�、生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、經(jīng)營(yíng)產(chǎn)業(yè)化、服務(wù)社會(huì)化為特征的現(xiàn)代畜牧業(yè)過(guò)程中,為實(shí)現(xiàn)管理科學(xué)、資源節(jié)約、環(huán)境友好、效益顯著,發(fā)揮著重要的助推作用。做好、做強(qiáng)畜牧業(yè)報(bào)道已成為促進(jìn)畜牧業(yè)發(fā)展的重要環(huán)節(jié)。
[Abstract]:The CPC Central Committee has always taken the development of modern animal husbandry as the primary task in the construction of new pastoral areas, and the development of animal husbandry occupies a certain proportion in the economic development of Inner Mongolia. As the most important first party medium in Inner Mongolia, Inner Mongolia Daily (in Chinese) plays an important role in guiding the propaganda and reporting. In this paper, "News Framework Theory" is introduced into the study of "Animal Husbandry" report, with the news framework theory as the theoretical perspective. A case study and content analysis of the "animal husbandry" report on the construction and development of the new pastoral area from 2012-2016 in the "Inner Mongolia Daily" (Chinese version) was carried out. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the orientation and existing problems of Inner Mongolia Daily (Chinese version) to the report of Animal Husbandry, and to study the potential rules and advantages of the report of Inner Mongolia Daily (Chinese version). In recent years, the first document of the Central Committee every year has devoted a lot of space to the development of modern animal husbandry, especially in the construction of new pastoral areas, the construction of family pastures, and the introduction of many policies in the field of animal husbandry scientific research. Animal husbandry reporting is playing an important role in promoting the transition from traditional animal husbandry to modern animal husbandry. Animal husbandry reporting is promoting regionalization of distribution, scale of aquaculture, standardization of production and industrialization of management. In the process of modern animal husbandry characterized by socialization of service, it plays an important role in promoting management science, resource saving, environmental friendliness and remarkable benefit. Good, strong animal husbandry report has become an important link to promote the development of animal husbandry.
