習(xí)近平新聞宣傳思想研究

【摘要】：習(xí)近平新聞宣傳思想是對馬克思主義新聞觀的繼承與發(fā)展,歸屬于馬克思主義新聞傳播理論的研究范疇,本論文運(yùn)用馬克思主義基本原理對其進(jìn)行展開分析。當(dāng)前,隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的迅猛發(fā)展,新的科學(xué)技術(shù)在新聞宣傳領(lǐng)域得到了深入而廣泛地應(yīng)用,進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大了新聞媒體的涉獵領(lǐng)域、拓展了新聞傳播的渠道、加速了新聞傳播的速度、提升了新聞傳播的效果,但是,在新聞宣傳工作革新?lián)Q面的時(shí)代背景下,新聞宣傳工作也不斷暴露出諸多問題,例如:執(zhí)政黨對意識形態(tài)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)的問題、新聞宣傳工作的具體理論問題、新聞傳播在黨性和人民性之間始終維持統(tǒng)一的問題、新聞宣傳工作的導(dǎo)向問題、新聞媒體人員的素質(zhì)教育與隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的問題等等。為了更好地應(yīng)對時(shí)代對新聞宣傳工作所提出的現(xiàn)實(shí)考驗(yàn),人民群眾需要執(zhí)政黨勇敢地面對問題,積極地迎接挑戰(zhàn),嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)靥岢隹茖W(xué)有效并實(shí)際可行的應(yīng)對方法。習(xí)近平同志自擔(dān)任黨的總書記以來,高度注重意識形態(tài)工作,憑借著自身長期在黨政工作中所積累的寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及指導(dǎo)新聞工作的理論勇氣,利用新聞傳播的新技術(shù),針對時(shí)代和社會實(shí)踐對新聞宣傳工作提出的具體要求,從人民群眾切身需求的角度出發(fā),就我國的意識形態(tài)工作和新聞宣傳事業(yè)組織了許多集體學(xué)習(xí)、召開了多次教育性座談會、發(fā)表了一系列重要的講話,提出了進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化深化改革、擴(kuò)大國家話語權(quán)、重視新聞輿論導(dǎo)向的時(shí)代任務(wù)。本論文是在學(xué)習(xí)研究習(xí)近平總書記在各個座談會上發(fā)表的系列重要講話的基礎(chǔ)上,采取歸納概括的方法,運(yùn)用馬克思主義基本原理就有關(guān)我黨新聞宣傳事業(yè)的論斷進(jìn)行分析整合,梳理出“習(xí)近平新聞宣傳思想”。在本論文中,習(xí)近平新聞宣傳思想并不僅指習(xí)近平總書記個人有關(guān)新聞宣傳工作的思想觀念,還包含了以習(xí)近平為代表的黨中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體的共同智慧。通過對習(xí)近平新聞宣傳思想的總結(jié)概括,從而探究其對當(dāng)下的新聞宣傳工作的現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義。習(xí)近平新聞宣傳思想形成于新媒體高度發(fā)展的時(shí)代背景下,認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)、深刻領(lǐng)會、切實(shí)落實(shí)好其中的思想精髓,對于統(tǒng)一新聞工作者的思想認(rèn)識、凝聚社會群眾的集體力量、把握我國新聞宣傳事業(yè)的發(fā)展大勢、明確國家新聞事業(yè)今后的發(fā)展方向、開創(chuàng)新聞宣傳事業(yè)的嶄新局面、取得重要戰(zhàn)略機(jī)遇期的發(fā)展優(yōu)勢、保證新聞工作的有效進(jìn)行具有重要意義,最終增強(qiáng)執(zhí)政黨對新聞宣傳工作的全面領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力。
[Abstract]:Xi Jinping's news propaganda thought is the inheritance and development of Marxist news view, which belongs to the research category of Marxist news communication theory. This paper uses the basic principles of Marxism to analyze it. At present, with the rapid development of our country's economic construction, new science and technology have been deeply and extensively applied in the field of news propaganda, which has further expanded the field of dabbling in the news media and expanded the channels of news dissemination. It speeds up the speed of news dissemination and improves the effect of news dissemination. However, under the background of the era of news propaganda work being reformed and changed, the news propaganda work has also exposed many problems. For example, the issue of the ruling party's leadership over ideology, the specific theoretical problems of the work of news propaganda, the question of maintaining unity between the Party's character and the people's character of the news communication, and the question of the direction of the news and propaganda work, News media personnel quality education and team building problems and so on. In order to better deal with the practical test put forward by the times to the news and propaganda work, the people need the ruling party to face the problem bravely, to meet the challenge actively, and to put forward scientific, effective and practical countermeasures. Since he became general secretary of the Party, Comrade Xi Jinping has attached great importance to ideological work, relying on his valuable experience accumulated in the party and government work and his theoretical courage in guiding the work of the press, and using the new technology of news dissemination. In view of the specific requirements put forward by the times and social practices for the work of news and propaganda, and from the point of view of the immediate needs of the masses of the people, many collective studies have been organized on the ideological work and the cause of journalism and propaganda in our country. Many educational symposia were held, a series of important speeches were delivered, and an epochal task of further strengthening and deepening reform, expanding the right of the state to speak, and attaching importance to the guidance of news and public opinion was put forward. This paper is based on the study of a series of important speeches made by General Secretary Xi Jinping at various symposiums, and adopts an inductive and general approach. By applying the basic principles of Marxism, this paper analyzes and integrates the theories about our Party's journalism and propaganda, and combs out Xi Jinping's thought of news propaganda. In this paper, Xi Jinping's propaganda ideas not only refer to the ideas of General Secretary Xi Jinping's personal propaganda work, but also contain the common wisdom of the leading group of the Party Central Committee represented by Xi Jinping. By summing up Xi Jinping's propaganda thoughts, this paper probes into its practical guiding significance to the current news propaganda work. Xi Jinping's journalism and propaganda thought was formed in the background of the era when the new media was highly developed. He conscientiously studied, deeply understood, effectively implemented the essence of the thought, unified the ideological understanding of journalists, and condensed the collective strength of the masses of society. To grasp the general trend of the development of China's journalism and propaganda, to make clear the direction of the future development of the country's journalism, to create a new situation for the cause of journalism and propaganda, and to obtain the development advantages of the period of important strategic opportunities. It is of great significance to ensure the effective conduct of news work, and finally strengthen the overall leadership of the ruling party in the work of news propaganda.
