【摘要】：二十一世紀以來,人口老齡化問題已經(jīng)成為全球關(guān)注的焦點之一。面對中國老年人口數(shù)量不斷攀升、老齡化急劇加深以及其對經(jīng)濟社會影響日益增大的嚴峻態(tài)勢,2013年黨的十八屆三中全會明確提出要積極應(yīng)對人口老齡化問題,加快建設(shè)和發(fā)展社會養(yǎng)老服務(wù)體系及老年服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè),這表明中國高度重視老年群體的精神文化生活及老齡文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展。媒體作為社會發(fā)展的重要環(huán)節(jié),肩負著文化傳承的重任,老年媒體作為以老年群體為服務(wù)對象的主要媒介,未來的發(fā)展充滿了機遇與挑戰(zhàn)。伴隨著新媒體技術(shù)的發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體迅速普及,老年網(wǎng)站也應(yīng)運而建,為老年群體適應(yīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)時代作出貢獻,更好的為老年群體服務(wù)。然而,目前中國的老年網(wǎng)站尚不能完全滿足老年群體與時俱進的精神文化需求:一方面是老年群體不斷提高的信息需求,另一方面則是當前中國各類型老年網(wǎng)站發(fā)展不均衡、發(fā)展趨勢并不明朗。針對這一現(xiàn)狀,學(xué)界和業(yè)界都需要予以關(guān)注和思考。本研究首先分析了中澳老年網(wǎng)站的發(fā)展過程,總結(jié)出中澳老年網(wǎng)站的特點,并分別選取了中澳具有代表性的老年網(wǎng)站,中澳政府網(wǎng)站全國老齡工作委員會和Aging and Aged Care、中澳傳統(tǒng)媒體的新媒體網(wǎng)站楓網(wǎng)和The Senior、中澳民營網(wǎng)站夕陽晚情和Your Life Choices、中澳專業(yè)網(wǎng)站的中國離退休人才網(wǎng)和Older Workers進行比較分析,從老年網(wǎng)站的頁面設(shè)置、網(wǎng)站無障礙建設(shè)、網(wǎng)站更新速度及線上線下互動等方面進行對比研究,探索中澳老年網(wǎng)站之間存在的差異。澳大利亞作為人口老齡化開始較早且社會福利較為健全的國家,其老年網(wǎng)站的建設(shè)較為完備。通過對中澳老年網(wǎng)站的對比,可以發(fā)現(xiàn)中國的老年網(wǎng)站服務(wù)意識較弱,網(wǎng)站的模式同質(zhì)化較高,各類網(wǎng)站間的優(yōu)勢不明顯。結(jié)合老年群體所特有的生理及心理特點,提出中國老年網(wǎng)站的發(fā)展策略:中國老年網(wǎng)站的發(fā)展應(yīng)該立足于國際形勢和本國實情,重新審時度勢,針對本國老年群體的特點,進一步提升人文關(guān)懷,提高網(wǎng)站服務(wù)質(zhì)量,加強網(wǎng)站內(nèi)部管理,優(yōu)化用戶體驗,不斷拓展線上線下交流。
[Abstract]:Since 21 century, the problem of population aging has become one of the focus of global attention. In the face of the increasing number of the elderly population in China, the sharp deepening of the aging population and its increasing economic and social impact, the third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee in 2013 explicitly proposed to actively deal with the problem of population aging. Accelerating the construction and development of the social old-age service system and the elderly service industry shows that China attaches great importance to the spiritual and cultural life of the elderly and the development of the cultural industry for the aged. As an important link of social development, the media shoulders the important task of cultural inheritance. As the main medium of serving the elderly group, the future development of the media is full of opportunities and challenges. With the development of the new media technology, the network media is popularized rapidly, and the website for the elderly should also be built to make contributions for the elderly groups to adapt to the network age, and better serve for the elderly groups. However, at present, the elderly websites in China can not fully meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly groups to keep pace with the times: on the one hand, the information needs of the elderly groups are constantly improving; on the other hand, the development of various types of websites for the elderly in China is not balanced. The trend is unclear. In view of this present situation, the academic circles and the industry all need to pay attention to and ponder. This study first analyzes the development process of China-Australia elderly website, summarizes the characteristics of China-Australia geriatric website, and selects the representative Chinese and Australian geriatric websites. The Chinese and Australian government websites, the National working Committee on Aging, the new media websites of Aging and Aged Care, China and Australia, and The Senior, the Chinese retired Talent Network and Older Workers of the Chinese and Australian private websites and the Your Life Choices, China-Australia professional website, are compared and analyzed. This paper makes a comparative study on the page setting of the elderly website, the construction of the website without obstacles, the update speed of the website and the interaction between the online and offline websites, and explores the differences between the Chinese and Australian websites for the elderly. Australia, as a country with a relatively early aging population and relatively sound social welfare, has a relatively complete website for the elderly. Through the comparison of Chinese and Australian elderly websites, we can find that the service consciousness of Chinese elderly websites is weak, the mode of websites is homogenized, and the advantages of all kinds of websites are not obvious. Combined with the special physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly population, this paper puts forward the development strategy of the Chinese elderly website: the development of the Chinese geriatric website should be based on the international situation and the actual situation of our country, reassess the situation, and aim at the characteristics of the old age group in our country. Further enhance humanistic care, improve the quality of website services, strengthen the internal management of the site, optimize user experience, and constantly expand online and offline communication.
