【摘要】：隨著食品工業(yè)的高速發(fā)展和人們的食品安全意識(shí)提高,國(guó)內(nèi)食品安全問(wèn)題越來(lái)越多的受到大眾重視。在過(guò)去若干年中,食品工業(yè)高速發(fā)展的同時(shí),食品安全事故時(shí)有發(fā)生,在社會(huì)上造成了較大的不良后果。但傳統(tǒng)人工抽查工作方式的效率低下,且食品安全機(jī)制不健全,處罰力度較低,使得國(guó)內(nèi)食品安全問(wèn)題有日趨嚴(yán)重的態(tài)勢(shì)。不少村鎮(zhèn)甚至成為不安全食品的生產(chǎn)加工中心,廣大群眾對(duì)食品安全問(wèn)題的擔(dān)憂(yōu)日益顯現(xiàn)。加強(qiáng)食品生產(chǎn)的安全監(jiān)管,保證流入市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行貿(mào)易和銷(xiāo)售的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品和食品都符合食品安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對(duì)各地市的食品安全監(jiān)控與檢測(cè)能力提出了更高的要求。本研究首先分析了九江市食品安全檢測(cè)與監(jiān)控管理的業(yè)務(wù)開(kāi)展情況以及當(dāng)前研究的背景,同時(shí)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外食品安全檢測(cè)及監(jiān)控信息管理系統(tǒng)的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析。根據(jù)當(dāng)前九江市食品藥品監(jiān)督管理局的實(shí)際情況,梳理了食品檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)中心的工作業(yè)務(wù)流程,對(duì)主要面臨解決的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析,闡述了設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)信息管理系統(tǒng)的必要性及其重要意義。其次,確定了九江市食品安全檢查監(jiān)控信息系統(tǒng)的研究目標(biāo),對(duì)系統(tǒng)涉及的主要業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析,繪制了業(yè)務(wù)流程。再次,通過(guò)面向?qū)ο蟮能浖O(shè)計(jì)方法,運(yùn)用UML對(duì)九江市食品安全檢測(cè)主要業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行描述,通過(guò)將系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析,構(gòu)建了系統(tǒng)字模塊,包括協(xié)議信息管理、送檢樣本管理、食品檢測(cè)管理、檢測(cè)審核管理、報(bào)告信息管理、收費(fèi)統(tǒng)計(jì)管理、基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)管理等若干核心子模塊,在詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)的過(guò)程中,通過(guò)用例分析和類(lèi)圖進(jìn)行了子模塊的詳細(xì)數(shù)據(jù)流設(shè)計(jì)。最后,對(duì)系統(tǒng)的關(guān)聯(lián)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),給出了各子模塊關(guān)聯(lián)的數(shù)據(jù)表,分析了實(shí)體屬性間關(guān)系。通過(guò)對(duì)九江市食品檢測(cè)管理信息系統(tǒng)的分析和研究,初步構(gòu)建了系統(tǒng)的基本框架,為進(jìn)一步實(shí)現(xiàn)并部署系統(tǒng)奠定了基礎(chǔ),為進(jìn)一步實(shí)現(xiàn)食品安全質(zhì)量的檢測(cè)和管控提供了新的實(shí)踐方法。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of food industry and the improvement of people's awareness of food safety, more and more attention has been paid to food safety in China. In the past few years, with the rapid development of food industry, food safety accidents have occurred from time to time, which has caused great adverse consequences in the society. However, the efficiency of the traditional manual random check is low, the food safety mechanism is not perfect and the punishment is low, which makes the domestic food safety problem become more and more serious. Many villages and towns even become the production and processing center of unsafe food. The safety supervision of food production should be strengthened to ensure that the agricultural products and food entering the market for trade and sale are in line with the food safety standards, and put forward higher requirements for the ability of food safety monitoring and detection in various cities. This paper firstly analyzes the business development of food safety inspection and monitoring management in Jiujiang city and the background of current research. At the same time, the research status of food safety detection and monitoring information management system at home and abroad is compared and analyzed. According to the current situation of the Food and Drug Administration of Jiujiang City, this paper combs the work flow of the Food Inspection and Inspection Center, and analyzes the main problems to be solved. This paper expounds the necessity and significance of designing and implementing information management system. Secondly, the research goal of the food safety inspection and monitoring information system in Jiujiang city is determined, the main business process involved in the system is analyzed in detail, and the business process is drawn. Thirdly, through the object-oriented software design method, using UML to describe the main business process of food safety inspection in Jiujiang City, through the detailed analysis of the system, the system word module, including protocol information management, is constructed. In the process of detailed design and implementation, several core sub-modules, such as sample management, food inspection management, inspection audit management, report information management, charge statistics management, basic data management, etc. The detailed data flow design of the sub-module is carried out by use case analysis and class diagram. Finally, the relational database of the system is designed in detail, the data table associated with each sub-module is given, and the relationship between the attributes of entities is analyzed. Based on the analysis and research of Jiujiang food inspection management information system, the basic framework of the system is preliminarily constructed, which lays a foundation for the further realization and deployment of the system. It provides a new practical method for the detection and control of food safety and quality.
