【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的騰飛,承載著我國知識創(chuàng)新、科技創(chuàng)新、人才創(chuàng)新的高校科研機(jī)構(gòu)也得到了飛速的發(fā)展。高�？蒲袡C(jī)構(gòu)與高校、企業(yè)一起構(gòu)成了我國創(chuàng)新體系的中堅(jiān)力量。開展高�？蒲袡C(jī)構(gòu)的學(xué)術(shù)影響力評價(jià),有利于提升科研機(jī)構(gòu)的競爭力,促進(jìn)高校科研機(jī)構(gòu)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。目前,國內(nèi)外評價(jià)機(jī)構(gòu)對大學(xué)的綜合排名研究較熱,而專門針對高校科研機(jī)構(gòu)學(xué)術(shù)影響力的評價(jià)還十分薄弱,特別是針對經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域的高�？蒲袡C(jī)構(gòu)學(xué)術(shù)影響力評價(jià)尚未有報(bào)道�？蒲谐晒a(chǎn)出情況是高校科研機(jī)構(gòu)評價(jià)的依據(jù)。期刊論文是高校科研機(jī)構(gòu)科研產(chǎn)出的最主要的形式,高�？蒲袡C(jī)構(gòu)所發(fā)表的期刊論文數(shù)量的多少和質(zhì)量的高低,直接決定著高校科研機(jī)構(gòu)學(xué)術(shù)影響力的水平。因此,本文將通過對科研機(jī)構(gòu)十年間發(fā)表的期刊論文的綜合評價(jià)來反映高校科研機(jī)構(gòu)的學(xué)術(shù)影響力水平。經(jīng)過大量的文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研,采用定性和定量相結(jié)合的科學(xué)方法,確定指標(biāo)設(shè)置原則,篩選出高校經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域科研機(jī)構(gòu)論文產(chǎn)出的影響因素,建立基于論文產(chǎn)出的高校科研機(jī)構(gòu)學(xué)術(shù)影響力的評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并構(gòu)建高�？蒲袡C(jī)構(gòu)學(xué)術(shù)影響力評價(jià)模型。以國內(nèi)十所高校經(jīng)濟(jì)類科研機(jī)構(gòu)為例,進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,根據(jù)指標(biāo)之間的對比分析,探討高�？蒲袡C(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)展存在的問題,并從多方面提出提高高校科研機(jī)構(gòu)學(xué)術(shù)影響力的一些對策與建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the scientific research institutions of colleges and universities that carry the knowledge innovation, scientific and technological innovation and talent innovation have also been developing rapidly. Institutions of higher learning and universities and enterprises together constitute the backbone of our innovation system. The evaluation of academic influence of scientific research institutions in colleges and universities is conducive to enhancing the competitiveness of scientific research institutions and promoting the sustainable development of scientific research institutions in colleges and universities. At present, the comprehensive ranking of universities is hot in domestic and foreign evaluation institutions, but the evaluation for academic influence of scientific research institutions in colleges and universities is still very weak, especially in the economic field of academic impact evaluation of scientific research institutions has not been reported. The output of scientific research results is the basis for the evaluation of scientific research institutions in colleges and universities. Periodical papers are the most important form of scientific research output in colleges and universities. The quantity and quality of journal papers published by scientific research institutions in colleges and universities directly determine the level of academic influence of scientific research institutions in colleges and universities. Therefore, this paper will reflect the academic influence level of scientific research institutions through the comprehensive evaluation of the periodical papers published by scientific research institutions in the past ten years. Through a great deal of literature investigation, adopting the scientific method of combining qualitative and quantitative methods, and determining the principle of setting the index, the influencing factors of the paper output of the scientific research institutions in the economic field of colleges and universities are screened out. The evaluation index system of academic influence of scientific research institutions in colleges and universities is established based on the output of papers, and the evaluation model of academic influence of scientific research institutions in colleges and universities is constructed. Taking the economic scientific research institutions of ten universities in China as an example, this paper makes an empirical analysis and discusses the problems existing in the development of scientific research institutions in colleges and universities according to the comparative analysis among the indicators. Some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the academic influence of scientific research institutions in colleges and universities are put forward from many aspects.
