基于MVC的P2P網(wǎng)絡(luò)借貸系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:近年來,由于實體經(jīng)濟的下滑使得人們從銀行借貸變得很不容易,尤其是對于需要貸款的中小型企業(yè)和個人,傳統(tǒng)的借貸方式已經(jīng)無法滿足他們的需求。隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)第三方支付的飛速發(fā)展,P2P網(wǎng)絡(luò)借貸作為互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的重要手段之一應(yīng)運而生。本文闡述的百事貸系統(tǒng)就是眾多P2P網(wǎng)絡(luò)借貸系統(tǒng)之一。本系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的主要目的是為需要借款的企業(yè)和個人提供一個借款平臺,同時為大量民間富裕資金提供一個合適的投資平臺。百事貸系統(tǒng)基于MVC模式進行設(shè)計,采用B/S架構(gòu),使用Apache Tomcat作為服務(wù)器,Java作為開發(fā)語言,MySQL作為數(shù)據(jù)庫,數(shù)據(jù)持久層框架選用Mybatis。本人在系統(tǒng)中主要負(fù)責(zé)系統(tǒng)部分功能模塊的實現(xiàn),包括用戶借款模塊、用戶貸款模塊、賬戶信息模塊、借貸管理模塊、后臺交易結(jié)算模塊和系統(tǒng)管理模塊。其中用戶借款模塊負(fù)責(zé)用戶的個人用戶借款和企業(yè)用戶借款功能;用戶貸款模塊負(fù)責(zé)用戶的項目投資和債權(quán)購買功能;賬戶信息模塊負(fù)責(zé)用戶的基本信息查詢、銀行卡綁定、百寶箱等功能;借貸管理模塊負(fù)責(zé)管理員對前臺用戶實名認(rèn)證、手機認(rèn)證、郵箱認(rèn)證、基本信息認(rèn)證、企業(yè)擔(dān)保信息認(rèn)證以及用戶借貸申請信息的審核;后臺交易結(jié)算模塊為管理員提供了在用戶進行還款、債權(quán)購買、項目投資等操作時資金變更情況的管理;系統(tǒng)管理模塊負(fù)責(zé)對管理員權(quán)限的增加、修改、刪除和查詢以及后臺各種參數(shù)的管理,包括借款利率、逾期還款利率、積分參數(shù)等。最后,本人還對項目進行測試,做出總結(jié)和展望。百事貸系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)出售給多家公司,包括國美金融在內(nèi)的理財公司都已正式上線運營。系統(tǒng)滿足了廣大個人用戶和中小企業(yè)的借款需求,與此同時,借款人的還款業(yè)務(wù)和投資人的收益也在正常進行,整個借貸流程順利完成。百事貸系統(tǒng)還會根據(jù)系統(tǒng)需要和用戶需求不斷升級,努力為借貸雙方提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the decline of the real economy makes it difficult for people to borrow from banks. Especially for small and medium-sized enterprises and individuals who need loans, the traditional way of lending has been unable to meet their needs. With the rapid development of third-party payment on the Internet, P2P network lending as an important means of Internet finance came into being. Pepsi loan system described in this paper is one of many P2P network lending systems. The main purpose of this system is to provide a borrowing platform for enterprises and individuals who need to borrow money, and a suitable investment platform for a large number of private wealthy funds. PepsiCo loan system is designed on the basis of MVC pattern, using B / S architecture, Apache Tomcat as server and Apache as database, and data persistence layer framework as Mybatis. I am mainly responsible for the implementation of some functional modules in the system, including user loan module, account information module, loan management module, background transaction settlement module and system management module. The user loan module is responsible for the individual user borrowing and the enterprise user borrowing function; the user loan module is responsible for the user's project investment and creditor's rights purchase function; the account information module is responsible for the user's basic information query, the bank card binding, The loan management module is responsible for the administrator's verification of the real name authentication, mobile phone authentication, email authentication, basic information authentication, enterprise guarantee information authentication and user loan application information. The back-end transaction settlement module provides the administrator with the management of the change of funds during the operation of the user's repayment, purchase of creditor's rights, project investment, etc. The system management module is responsible for the increase and modification of the administrator's authority. Delete and query as well as backstage management of various parameters, including loan rates, overdue repayment rates, integral parameters, etc. Finally, I also test the project, make a summary and prospects. PepsiCo loan system has been sold to a number of companies, including Gome Financial, including wealth management companies are officially operational. The system meets the borrowing needs of the vast number of individual users and small and medium-sized enterprises. At the same time, the repayment business of the borrower and the income of the investors are also carried out normally, and the whole lending process is completed smoothly. PepsiCo's loan system will also be upgraded to meet the needs of the system and users, and strive to provide quality services to both lenders and borrowers.
