電動(dòng)汽車充電站監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)與研究

【摘要】:隨著能源短缺和環(huán)境污染的日益嚴(yán)重,國(guó)家開始加大對(duì)能源環(huán)境的治理,電動(dòng)汽車逐漸進(jìn)入人們的視野。作為電動(dòng)汽車的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,充電站的建設(shè)已經(jīng)迫在眉睫,因此與之配套的充電站監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)與研究有著重要的意義。本文基于.NET平臺(tái),通過對(duì)電動(dòng)汽車充電站的整體結(jié)構(gòu)的研究,開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)了一套監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)電動(dòng)汽車充電站的整體監(jiān)控。首先,對(duì)充電站監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行需求分析并設(shè)計(jì)了它的整體結(jié)構(gòu),系統(tǒng)主要分為充電監(jiān)控和配電監(jiān)控兩大部分。充電監(jiān)控負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)充電樁、充電機(jī)、消費(fèi)金額、電池電量和BMS參數(shù)的采集與監(jiān)控;配電監(jiān)控負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)高壓室、變壓室和低壓室儀表的數(shù)據(jù)采集與分析。其次,根據(jù)需求對(duì)硬件進(jìn)行了選型與分析。針對(duì)系統(tǒng)需求和硬件接口對(duì)CAN以太網(wǎng)轉(zhuǎn)換器、配電室儀表、多串口卡進(jìn)行選型。給出了直流充電樁、交流充電樁和充電樁控制器的硬件組成。再次,根據(jù)硬件的選型對(duì)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的通信進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。根據(jù)硬件接口,設(shè)計(jì)了充電站的整體通信方案,制定了充電通信規(guī)約,并根據(jù)通信規(guī)約進(jìn)行了通信實(shí)現(xiàn)。詳細(xì)研究了充電流程,實(shí)現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)器的數(shù)據(jù)備份。最后,對(duì)充電站監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的軟件進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。設(shè)計(jì)了監(jiān)控軟件的總體框架,主要包括數(shù)據(jù)顯示模塊、通信模塊和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)模塊三大部分。開發(fā)了充電站監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)采集、計(jì)費(fèi)處理、監(jiān)控分析等功能,并對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化處理。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly serious energy shortage and environmental pollution, the country began to strengthen the treatment of the energy environment, and electric vehicles gradually entered the people's field of vision. As the infrastructure of electric vehicle, the construction of charging station is urgent, so it is of great significance to develop and research the monitoring system of charging station. Based on. Net platform, through the research of the whole structure of electric vehicle charging station, this paper develops and designs a set of monitoring system to realize the whole monitoring of electric vehicle charging station. First of all, the requirements of the charging station monitoring system are analyzed and its overall structure is designed. The system is divided into charge monitoring and distribution monitoring. Charge monitoring is responsible for collection and monitoring of charging pile, charger, consumption amount, battery power and BMS parameters, and distribution monitoring is responsible for data acquisition and analysis of high-voltage chamber, transformer room and low-voltage chamber instrument. Secondly, according to the requirements of the hardware selection and analysis. Can Ethernet converter, switchroom instrument and multi-serial card are selected according to the system requirement and hardware interface. The hardware components of DC charging pile, AC charging pile and charging pile controller are given. Thirdly, the communication of the monitoring system is designed and implemented according to the hardware selection. According to the hardware interface, the whole communication scheme of the charging station is designed, the charging communication protocol is established, and the communication is realized according to the communication protocol. The charging process is studied in detail, and the data backup of the data server is realized. Finally, the software of the charging station monitoring system is designed and implemented. The overall framework of monitoring software is designed, including data display module, communication module and database module. The monitoring system of charging station is developed, which realizes the functions of data acquisition, billing, monitoring and analysis, and optimizes the processing of database.
