【摘要】:隨著國民經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷發(fā)展和科學(xué)技術(shù)的日新月異,21世紀(jì)我國電力系統(tǒng)的電網(wǎng)特性、負(fù)荷構(gòu)成和調(diào)控技術(shù)正在發(fā)生巨大的變化,各類電能質(zhì)量問題層出不窮。國家智能電網(wǎng)戰(zhàn)略在此背景下應(yīng)運而生,而在智能電網(wǎng)體系里,家庭用戶端用電信息及電能質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)的采集是最基礎(chǔ)的環(huán)節(jié)。傳統(tǒng)的電能質(zhì)量分析儀器有價格昂貴,精度低下,不夠便攜等缺點,且大多數(shù)監(jiān)測儀器無法檢測暫態(tài)擾動現(xiàn)象或檢測效果低下。因此,在保證測量精度的基礎(chǔ)上研究出一種便攜化、低成本、全指標(biāo)、高智能的電能質(zhì)量監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)具有重要的意義。本課題是基于上述背景,介紹了電能質(zhì)量穩(wěn)態(tài)參數(shù)的測量結(jié)構(gòu)及分析方法,改進(jìn)了對電網(wǎng)頻率的測量,并對在IEC 61000-4-30:2015標(biāo)準(zhǔn)上新出現(xiàn)的但國標(biāo)中沒有定義的快速電壓變動RVC現(xiàn)象及其測量方法做了簡介,詳述了 ClassA、S及B類測量集合(累積時間)間隔同步的方法及諧波聚集算法。隨后,在暫態(tài)電能質(zhì)量擾動現(xiàn)象的檢測分析中介紹了 HHT算法并對其提出改進(jìn),避免了端點效應(yīng)的同時還保證了測量的準(zhǔn)確度,最后對典型的擾動現(xiàn)象建立模型并仿真驗證其有效性。接著構(gòu)建了以DSP28335為主控芯片的軟硬件設(shè)計方案,確定了軟硬件實施流程架構(gòu)。硬件設(shè)計包括電源模塊、信號采集模塊、主控模塊、存儲模塊,電路設(shè)計兼顧抗干擾設(shè)計,同時針對變采樣率方案的設(shè)計了抗混疊濾波器。軟件設(shè)計包括DSP主程序,頻率測量、A/D采樣及DMA傳輸、復(fù)序列的FFT數(shù)據(jù)處理程序及功率計算程序,并對暫態(tài)擾動現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行定位記錄。同時,嵌入藍(lán)牙模塊通過通信程序與手機(jī)端進(jìn)行通訊,實現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程了解用電設(shè)備的電能質(zhì)量。最后通過對某逆變器輸出電壓的數(shù)據(jù)分析測試了儀器性能,發(fā)現(xiàn)了實際應(yīng)用過程中存在的采樣率和抗混疊濾波器的匹配問題,通過對另一個電弧爐測試案例的數(shù)據(jù)分析,驗證了本監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)達(dá)到了最初制定的便攜化、低成本、全指標(biāo)、高智能要求,但監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)仍有一定的改進(jìn)空間。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the national economy and the rapid development of science and technology, the power network characteristics of China's power system in the 21st century, load composition and control technology is undergoing tremendous changes, various kinds of power quality problems emerge in endlessly. The national smart grid strategy emerges as the times require in this context, and in the smart grid system, the acquisition of household consumer power information and power quality data is the most basic link. The traditional power quality analysis instruments have the disadvantages of high price, low precision and not portable enough, and most of the monitoring instruments can not detect the transient disturbance phenomenon or the detection effect is low. Therefore, it is of great significance to develop a portable, low cost, full index and high intelligence power quality monitoring system based on the measurement accuracy. Based on the above background, this paper introduces the measurement structure and analysis method of power quality steady-state parameters, and improves the measurement of power network frequency. The RVC phenomenon of fast voltage change and its measuring method which appeared in IEC 61000-4-30: 2015 standard but not defined in national standard are introduced in this paper. The method of synchronizing the interval between ClassANs and class B measurement sets and the algorithm of harmonic aggregation are described in detail. Then, the HHT algorithm is introduced and improved in the detection and analysis of transient power quality disturbances, which avoids the endpoint effect and ensures the accuracy of measurement. Finally, the model of the typical disturbance phenomenon is established and its effectiveness is verified by simulation. Then, the hardware and software design scheme based on DSP 28335 is constructed, and the hardware and software implementation flow structure is determined. Hardware design includes power supply module, signal acquisition module, main control module, storage module, circuit design and anti-jamming design. At the same time, anti-aliasing filter is designed for variable sampling rate scheme. The software design includes the main program of DSP, sampling and DMA transmission of A / D frequency measurement system, FFT data processing program and power calculation program of complex sequence, and recording of transient disturbance phenomenon. At the same time, the embedded Bluetooth module communicates with the mobile phone through the communication program to realize the remote understanding of the power quality of the electric equipment. Finally, the instrument performance is tested by analyzing the output voltage data of a certain inverter, and the problems of sampling rate and anti-aliasing filter matching in practical application are found, and the data of another arc furnace test case are analyzed. It is verified that the monitoring system has achieved the requirements of portability, low cost, full index and high intelligence, but there is still some room for improvement.
