九江職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院教科研管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著國家對職業(yè)教育支持的力度加大,在職業(yè)教育信息化方面開展了新的探索,九江職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院在2012年被列為教育信息化試點(diǎn)單位。在持續(xù)進(jìn)行教育信息化建設(shè)的同時,秉承學(xué)院大平臺微應(yīng)用的建設(shè)思路,逐步將信息化建設(shè)向各管理細(xì)節(jié)全面鋪開,在教育教學(xué)管理領(lǐng)域當(dāng)中,在圍繞教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)為核心的平臺上,構(gòu)建其他科研、學(xué)習(xí)有關(guān)的管理系統(tǒng),進(jìn)一步發(fā)揮信息管理的作用,有效提升管理水平,促進(jìn)學(xué)院教學(xué)科研水平更上新的臺階。隨著學(xué)院教科研政策和制度性引導(dǎo),學(xué)院教師形成了良好的科研氛圍,學(xué)院科研水平快速提升,形成了一批高水平、有特色的教改成果和科研成果。學(xué)院為了擺脫傳統(tǒng)的手工整理和收集教科研材料的現(xiàn)狀,研究和開發(fā)一套面向職業(yè)院校的信息化教科研管理系統(tǒng)顯得尤為重要。通過系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā),可以使得教科研信息更加通暢,教科研項(xiàng)目管理管控的更為精細(xì),同時也有助于教研成果的公平、公開評選,對優(yōu)秀的教科研成果也可以通過平臺起到良好的推廣和應(yīng)用。傳統(tǒng)的手工管理方式不僅落后與時代,同時也難以使得教科研成果的轉(zhuǎn)化和應(yīng)用,使得許多教科研成果脫離教學(xué)實(shí)踐,沒有實(shí)現(xiàn)其應(yīng)有的價值。因此,根據(jù)學(xué)院制定的教科研管理?xiàng)l例、教科研成果鑒定條例、優(yōu)秀教科研成果推廣應(yīng)用條例等一系列制度的要求,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)一套符合本校實(shí)際情況的教科研管理系統(tǒng)。首先,對學(xué)院現(xiàn)有的教科研工作背景進(jìn)行了分析;其次,根據(jù)實(shí)際的教科研工作在項(xiàng)目管理、成果管理、科研經(jīng)費(fèi)管理等幾個主要管理方面進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)流程的分析和研究,梳理各角色崗位的工作步驟和流程;再次,通過設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)各功能模塊,包括機(jī)構(gòu)人員信息管理、課題項(xiàng)目管理、教科研成果管理、教科研經(jīng)費(fèi)管理、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、系統(tǒng)維護(hù)管理等若干管理模塊;最后,對設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)的系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并展望了下一步工作。通過本研究,分析和開發(fā)了面向職業(yè)院校的教科研管理系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了教研項(xiàng)目成果和經(jīng)費(fèi)的管理,同時還實(shí)現(xiàn)了優(yōu)秀成果的信息共享,為提高學(xué)院教科研水平提供了實(shí)踐平臺,有效促進(jìn)了學(xué)院教科研水平的提升。
[Abstract]:With the increase of national support for vocational education, a new exploration has been carried out in the field of vocational education informatization. Jiujiang Vocational and Technical College was listed as the pilot unit of educational informatization in 2012. While continuing to carry out the construction of educational informatization, we will gradually spread the information construction to all management details, in the field of education and teaching management, with the idea of building a large platform and micro-application of the college. On the platform of educational administration management system, we should construct other scientific research, study related management system, further play the role of information management, effectively improve the management level, and promote the level of teaching and scientific research to a new level. With the scientific research policy and institutional guidance, the teachers of the college have formed a good atmosphere for scientific research, the level of scientific research of the college has been rapidly improved, and a number of high level and characteristic achievements of teaching reform and scientific research have been formed. In order to get rid of the status quo of traditional manual collation and collection of scientific research materials, it is particularly important to research and develop a set of information scientific research management system for vocational colleges. Through the design and development of the system, we can make scientific research information more smooth, scientific research project management and control more sophisticated, but also contribute to the fairness of teaching and research results, open selection, The excellent scientific research results can also be promoted and applied through the platform. The traditional manual management not only lags behind the times, but also makes it difficult to transform and apply the scientific research achievements, which makes many scientific research achievements deviate from the teaching practice and fail to realize its due value. Therefore, according to the requirements of a series of systems, such as the regulations on the administration of scientific research, the regulations on the appraisal of scientific research results, and the regulations on the promotion and application of excellent scientific research results, a set of scientific research management system in accordance with the actual situation of our school is designed and realized. First of all, it analyzes the background of the existing scientific research work in the college; secondly, according to the actual scientific research work in the project management, results management, scientific research funds management and other aspects of business process analysis and research, Thirdly, through the design and implementation of various functional modules of the system, including agency information management, project management, scientific research results management, scientific research funding management, data statistical analysis, Finally, the design and development of the system are summarized, and the next work is prospected. Through this research, the author analyzes and develops the scientific research management system for vocational colleges, realizes the management of teaching and research project results and funds, at the same time realizes the information sharing of outstanding achievements, which provides a practical platform for improving the level of scientific research in colleges and universities. Effectively promote the level of scientific research in colleges and universities.
