【摘要】：現(xiàn)如今我國(guó)正處在社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期,經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展,城市化、工業(yè)化水平不斷提高,與此同時(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和環(huán)境保護(hù)彼此間的矛盾也越來越尖銳。另一方面,公民意識(shí)不斷覺醒、環(huán)保意識(shí)不斷提高,使得環(huán)境問題得到前所未有的重視。近些年因環(huán)境問題引發(fā)的群體性事件日益增多,致使環(huán)境污染問題不僅影響生態(tài)文明,還嚴(yán)重威脅社會(huì)穩(wěn)定、阻礙社會(huì)發(fā)展。本文在明確環(huán)境群體性事件的概念界定和充分了解掌握輿情基本理論的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)參與人數(shù)(百人以上)、輿情熱度(新聞報(bào)道數(shù)量、評(píng)論數(shù)量、轉(zhuǎn)載量等)選取整理了 2005年至2016年上半年因環(huán)境問題誘發(fā)的較為典型的較大規(guī)模群體性事件。通過對(duì)樣本的梳理歸類,總結(jié)歸納出該類型事件在輿情傳播上的特點(diǎn):傳播主體及內(nèi)容的多元化、傳播前期的隱蔽性與可控性、傳播過程中的形態(tài)突變性、情緒化與群體極化性。以具體案例分析輿情構(gòu)成要素及生成演化的過程,在此基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)現(xiàn)環(huán)境群體性事件輿情應(yīng)對(duì)中存在著政府事前疏于監(jiān)管,事后信息發(fā)布不及時(shí),缺乏危機(jī)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn);傳統(tǒng)媒體引導(dǎo)力不足,缺乏有效交流平臺(tái),輿情引導(dǎo)方式單一;公眾環(huán)保知識(shí)匱乏的問題,有針對(duì)性地提出應(yīng)對(duì)策略和可行性建議,最終為促進(jìn)環(huán)境保護(hù)、化解矛盾提供巨大的幫助和啟示。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is in the period of social transformation, with the rapid development of economy, urbanization and the increasing level of industrialization. At the same time, the contradiction between economic development and environmental protection is becoming more and more acute. On the other hand, the awareness of citizens and environmental protection is constantly raised, which makes environmental problems receive unprecedented attention. In recent years, the group events caused by environmental problems are increasing day by day. As a result, environmental pollution not only affects ecological civilization, but also seriously threatens social stability and hinders social development. Based on a clear definition of the concept of environmental mass events and a full understanding of the basic theory of public opinion, according to the number of participants (more than 100 people, public opinion heat (number of news reports, number of comments), The typical mass events caused by environmental problems from 2005 to the first half of 2016 were selected. Through combing and classifying the samples, this paper summarizes the characteristics of this type of events in the dissemination of public opinion: the diversity of the subject and content of communication, the concealment and controllability in the early stage of communication, and the form mutation in the process of communication. Emotional and group polarization. On the basis of analyzing the elements of public opinion and the process of formation and evolution with specific cases, it is found that in the public opinion response to environmental mass events, the government neglects the supervision beforehand, the information release after the event is not timely, and the crisis management experience is lacking. The traditional media have insufficient guiding power, lack of effective communication platform, single mode of guiding public opinion; the problem of the lack of public environmental protection knowledge, targeted to put forward countermeasures and feasible suggestions, in order to promote environmental protection, Resolving contradictions provides great help and inspiration.
