焊接機器人在汽車座椅骨架生產(chǎn)中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:自工業(yè)機器人誕生以來,其發(fā)展經(jīng)歷了漫長的過程,近年來隨著計算技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,工業(yè)機器人技術(shù)及其應(yīng)用范圍都得到很大的突破,如在航天航空領(lǐng)域、食品化工領(lǐng)域、汽車制造等領(lǐng)域焊接機器人的使用也逐漸增多,F(xiàn)在,汽車座椅零部件生產(chǎn)行業(yè)正大力引入機器人技術(shù)直接參與到汽車座椅骨架焊接生產(chǎn)過程。焊接機器人在汽車座椅生產(chǎn)中的應(yīng)用研究意義日益凸顯。本課題對汽車座椅骨架組件焊接生產(chǎn)中得到廣泛應(yīng)用的焊接機器人的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)、基本工藝及示教方法進行了具體研究。先綜合分析了本課題國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,主要包括焊接技術(shù)、焊機機器人、汽車座椅骨架焊接技術(shù)等方面國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀。其次,明確闡述了焊接技術(shù)原理及汽車座椅骨架焊接基本工藝;對工業(yè)機器人的基本結(jié)構(gòu)、控制原理、信息交互技術(shù)、汽車座椅固件焊接總體流程及基本工藝等多方面進行了分析。再次,對機器人焊接方法、焊接技術(shù)指標、焊接機器人結(jié)構(gòu)組成、汽車座椅骨架焊接機器人應(yīng)用等進行了深入研究。再次,對汽車座椅骨架機器人焊接技術(shù)進行了具體分析研究,包括對焊接機器人工作站、焊接機器人機械本體結(jié)構(gòu)、OTC焊接機器人示教方法進行了具體研究。最后,通過對焊接機器人在汽車座椅骨架生產(chǎn)中的具體應(yīng)用案例的分析,研究了焊接機器人工作站的組成、搭建、工作原理、工作特點、示教方法,并以汽車座椅骨架機器人焊接案例為對象,著重分析研究了專用焊具開發(fā)、調(diào)試、焊接加工工藝與示教方法等技術(shù)。焊接機器人技術(shù)以及CO2氣體保護弧焊在汽車座椅骨架生產(chǎn)過程中的使用,極大地減輕了工人的勞動強度,降低了焊接廢氣對工人健康的不利影響,提高了批量生產(chǎn)零件的總體質(zhì)量,降低了生產(chǎn)加工成本,提升了企業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率,具有重大的理論與現(xiàn)實意義。本課題研究的主要目的在于通過對現(xiàn)有焊接機器人在汽車座椅骨架生產(chǎn)中具體應(yīng)用情況的分析,找出焊接機器人在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中的優(yōu)勢,并對焊接機器人的示教方法進行研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)焊接機器人在生產(chǎn)過程中常見的故障,通過優(yōu)化參數(shù)以到達優(yōu)化運動路徑、提升生產(chǎn)效率的目標,為后續(xù)生產(chǎn)、加工提供有力的參考。
[Abstract]:Since the birth of industrial robot, its development has gone through a long process. In recent years, with the rapid development of computing technology, industrial robot technology and its application scope have been a great breakthrough, such as in the field of aerospace, food and chemical industry. The use of welding robots in automobile manufacturing and other fields is also increasing. At present, the automobile seat parts industry is introducing robot technology directly to the production process of automobile seat frame welding. The application of welding robot in automobile seat production is becoming more and more important. In this paper, the key technology, basic technology and teaching method of welding robot, which is widely used in the welding production of automobile seat skeleton component, are studied in detail. Firstly, the research status of this subject at home and abroad is analyzed, including welding technology, welding robot, automobile seat frame welding technology and so on. Secondly, the principle of welding technology and the basic technology of automobile seat frame welding are expounded, and the basic structure, control principle and information exchange technology of industrial robot are discussed. The general process and basic process of automobile seat firmware welding are analyzed. Thirdly, the welding method, the welding technology index, the structure of the welding robot and the application of the automobile seat frame welding robot are deeply studied. Thirdly, the welding technology of automobile seat skeleton robot is analyzed, including welding robot workstation, welding robot mechanical structure and OTC welding robot teaching method. Finally, through the analysis of the specific application cases of welding robot in the production of automobile seat skeleton, the composition, construction, working principle, working characteristics and teaching method of the welding robot workstation are studied. Taking the welding case of automobile seat skeleton robot as an example, the development, debugging, welding processing technology and teaching method of special welding tools are analyzed and studied. The application of welding robot technology and CO2 gas shielded arc welding in the production of automobile seat frame greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers and the adverse effects of welding exhaust gas on workers' health. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to improve the overall quality of the parts in batch production, reduce the production cost and improve the production efficiency of enterprises. The main purpose of this research is to find out the advantages of welding robot in industrial production by analyzing the concrete application of existing welding robot in automobile seat skeleton production, and to study the teaching method of welding robot. The common faults of welding robot are found in the process of production. By optimizing the parameters to reach the goal of optimizing the motion path and improving the production efficiency, this paper provides a powerful reference for the subsequent production and processing.
