【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)基礎(chǔ)教育出版以教材和教輔為主要產(chǎn)品。隨著時(shí)代的快速發(fā)展、基礎(chǔ)教育信息化的逐漸深入,基礎(chǔ)教育出版也在尋求和數(shù)字出版的融合發(fā)展。MOOC(大規(guī)模開(kāi)放性課程)被認(rèn)為是"印刷術(shù)發(fā)明以來(lái)教育最大的革新",它既是一種新型的教育技術(shù),同時(shí)也是一種在線教育形式。MOOC在高等教育領(lǐng)域引發(fā)了全球的學(xué)習(xí)熱潮,各類(lèi)MOOC平臺(tái)先后建立,成為一場(chǎng)席卷全球的教育革命。緊接著,以翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂為教學(xué)形式的基礎(chǔ)教育MOOC逐步興起,美國(guó)可汗學(xué)院(Khan Academy)成為基礎(chǔ)教育MOOC的主要代表。我國(guó)基礎(chǔ)教育MOOC的發(fā)展緊跟其后,教育部門(mén)、出版機(jī)構(gòu)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司等紛紛加入基礎(chǔ)教育MOOC大營(yíng)。本文以基礎(chǔ)教育出版為主要研究對(duì)象,從出版機(jī)構(gòu)的視角,以基礎(chǔ)教育MOOC為切入點(diǎn),概述了國(guó)內(nèi)外基礎(chǔ)教育MOOC的發(fā)展特色,分析了我國(guó)基礎(chǔ)教育MOOC目前的不足之處,結(jié)合"泰微課"項(xiàng)目的實(shí)踐案例分析,提出我國(guó)基礎(chǔ)教育出版和基礎(chǔ)教育MOOC融合發(fā)展的對(duì)策,以期更好地促進(jìn)我國(guó)基礎(chǔ)教育出版的發(fā)展。本文使用了文獻(xiàn)分析法、對(duì)比研究法和案例分析法等多種研究方法進(jìn)行分析和論證,全文共分為五個(gè)部分。第一,在"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+教育" "智慧教育" "融合發(fā)展"等理念不斷深入的背景下,研究基礎(chǔ)教育出版和基礎(chǔ)教育MOOC的融合發(fā)展不僅具有理論意義,更對(duì)數(shù)字教育出版有實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)意義。通過(guò)總結(jié)國(guó)外MOOC的一些研究現(xiàn)狀,分析國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)MOOC和出版的研究現(xiàn)狀,明確本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容,并闡述本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二,概述了國(guó)內(nèi)外基礎(chǔ)教育MOOC的發(fā)展特色。對(duì)國(guó)外基礎(chǔ)教育MOOC的發(fā)展特色,從學(xué)校和出版商兩個(gè)角度進(jìn)行概述;對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)基礎(chǔ)教育MOOC的發(fā)展特色,具體從教育行業(yè)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司、出版機(jī)構(gòu)三個(gè)角度進(jìn)行概述。第三,分析我國(guó)基礎(chǔ)教育MOOC的不足之處。頂層設(shè)計(jì)方面的不足包括政策落地不具體、資源配置不合理、理論指導(dǎo)不完善、版權(quán)保護(hù)不健全;內(nèi)容建設(shè)方面的不足包括內(nèi)容質(zhì)量差異大、資源利用效率低;運(yùn)作模式方面的不足包括營(yíng)利模式不清晰、服務(wù)體系不健全、銷(xiāo)售渠道不暢通;用戶推進(jìn)方面的不足包括教育實(shí)踐難推進(jìn)、學(xué)生使用不順利。第四,基礎(chǔ)教育MOOC實(shí)踐探索案例分析。"泰微課"項(xiàng)目作為基礎(chǔ)教育出版和基礎(chǔ)教育MOOC融合的產(chǎn)物,具有一定的典型性和代表性。在內(nèi)容建設(shè)方面,具體分析了規(guī)模和范圍、設(shè)計(jì)和體例、微課的使用、用戶體驗(yàn)對(duì)比。在運(yùn)營(yíng)模式方面,通過(guò)定價(jià)對(duì)比和政策扶持具體分析了發(fā)行策略,通過(guò)活動(dòng)宣傳和教學(xué)研討具體分析了營(yíng)銷(xiāo)策略。并總結(jié)了該項(xiàng)目的局限性。第五,提出基礎(chǔ)教育出版和基礎(chǔ)教育MOOC融合發(fā)展的對(duì)策。基于基礎(chǔ)教育MOOC,筆者提出了出版機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)該聯(lián)動(dòng)政府爭(zhēng)取政策和資金的扶持、聯(lián)合教育行業(yè)保障內(nèi)容質(zhì)量、與平臺(tái)服務(wù)商合作拓寬合作模式,而出版機(jī)構(gòu)自身,也要健全基礎(chǔ)教育MOOC平臺(tái)的運(yùn)作模式,并加強(qiáng)人才培養(yǎng)。本文結(jié)合我國(guó)基礎(chǔ)教育出版的現(xiàn)狀,以基礎(chǔ)教育MOOC為切入點(diǎn),客觀分析了我國(guó)基礎(chǔ)教育MOOC發(fā)展的不足之處,以出版機(jī)構(gòu)為主要發(fā)力點(diǎn)提出了基礎(chǔ)教育出版和基礎(chǔ)教育MOOC的融合發(fā)展策略。在信息化快速發(fā)展的今天,基礎(chǔ)教育出版與基礎(chǔ)教育MOOC的融合,不僅符合教育現(xiàn)代化的發(fā)展需要,也符合出版轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的要求,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)雙贏的效果。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the times, the gradual deepening of the information of basic education, the integration of basic education and the integration of digital publishing.MOOC (the large-scale open course) is considered to be "the biggest innovation of the invention of printing", which is a new type of teaching. Education technology, but also an online education form.MOOC has triggered a global learning upsurge in the field of higher education. All kinds of MOOC platforms have been established and become an educational revolution that is sweeping the world. Then, the basic education MOOC is gradually rising and the American Khan College (Khan Academy) has become a basic education MOOC. The development of basic education MOOC in our country follows the following. The education department, the publishing organization, the Internet Co and so on join in the basic education MOOC. This article takes the basic education publishing as the main research object. From the perspective of the publishing institution and the basic education MOOC, this paper outlines the development characteristics of the basic education MOOC at home and abroad, and points out the characteristics of the development of the basic education at home and abroad. This paper analyzes the shortcomings of China's basic education MOOC, and combined with the case analysis of the "Thai micro class" project, puts forward the Countermeasures of the integration of basic education publishing and basic education MOOC in our country, in order to better promote the development of the basic education in China. This paper uses the method of literature analysis, the comparative study method and the case analysis method, and so on. The methods of analysis and argumentation, the thesis is divided into five parts. First, in the "Internet plus education" and "wisdom education" and "integrated development" concept in-depth background, not only has theoretical significance of fusion development research in basic education and basic education publishing MOOC, more of the digital education publishing has practical significance through summarizing the foreign M. Some research status of OOC, the research status of MOOC and publishing in China, the content of this paper, and the innovation point of this article. Second, the development characteristics of MOOC in basic education at home and abroad are summarized. The development features of foreign basic education MOOC are summarized from the angles of the schools and publishers, and the domestic basic education MOOC is given. Development characteristics, specifically from the education industry, Internet Co, publishing institutions three perspectives. Third, analysis of the shortcomings of the basic education MOOC in China. The shortcomings of the top level design include not specific policy landing, unreasonable allocation of resources, imperfect theoretical guidance, imperfect protection of version rights, and lack of content construction including content. The quality difference is big, the utilization efficiency of resources is low, the insufficiency of the operation mode includes the profit model is not clear, the service system is not perfect, the marketing channel is not smooth; the deficiency of the user promotion includes the difficulty of promoting the education practice, the students' use is not smooth. Fourth, the basic education MOOC practice exploration case analysis. "Thai micro lesson" as the basic education The product of MOOC integration of publishing and basic education has a certain typical and representativeness. In the aspect of content construction, it analyzes the scale and scope, design and style, the use of micro class and the comparison of user experience. In the operation mode, it analyzes the distribution strategy through pricing comparison and policy support, through activities publicity and teaching discussion. This paper analyzes the marketing strategy in detail and summarizes the limitations of the project. Fifth, put forward the Countermeasures for the integration of basic education publishing and basic education MOOC. Based on the basic education MOOC, the author proposes that the publisher should support the government for the support of the policy and funds, the quality of the joint education industry guarantee content, and the cooperation with the platform service provider. The mode of wide cooperation, and the publisher itself, should also improve the operation mode of the MOOC platform of basic education and strengthen the training of talents. This article, based on the current situation of the basic education publishing in our country and taking the basic education MOOC as the breakthrough point, objectively analyses the shortage of the development of the basic education of our country, and puts forward the basic teaching with the publishing organization as the main force point. In the rapid development of information technology, the integration of basic education publishing and basic education MOOC not only conforms to the needs of the development of education modernization, but also meets the requirements of the transformation and upgrading of the publication, and can achieve a win-win result in the rapid development of information technology.
