安徽省高校圖書(shū)館微信平臺(tái)使用調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來(lái),科學(xué)技術(shù)不斷突飛猛進(jìn)地發(fā)展,尤其近些年來(lái),科技發(fā)展已經(jīng)滲透到了普通人生活的方方面面,與此同時(shí),隨著教育水平的不斷提高,國(guó)民的基本素養(yǎng)也在不斷提升,在這個(gè)信息大爆炸的時(shí)代,信息的傳遞變得越來(lái)越迅速。這在很大程度上推動(dòng)了圖書(shū)館轉(zhuǎn)變,不論是從圖書(shū)館的角色定位,還是其服務(wù)理念,又或者針對(duì)其業(yè)務(wù)重點(diǎn)都在與時(shí)俱進(jìn)地發(fā)展和更新。在這樣的環(huán)境形勢(shì)下,圖書(shū)館應(yīng)當(dāng)積極轉(zhuǎn)變其服務(wù)理念,逐步將陳舊的"以書(shū)為本"觀念轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)?以人為本"。而作為學(xué)術(shù)研究,圖書(shū)館借用新媒體來(lái)服務(wù)廣大師生乃至社會(huì)群眾,用戶的體驗(yàn)情況重要性凸顯,因而高校圖書(shū)館新媒體服務(wù)越來(lái)越受到學(xué)者們的關(guān)注。而同時(shí)微信憑借其龐大的QQ群體用戶,以其成本低廉、方便快捷、互動(dòng)性強(qiáng)、受眾易接受等眾多優(yōu)點(diǎn),迅速占領(lǐng)亞洲區(qū)域的即時(shí)通訊市場(chǎng)。微信和微信平臺(tái)充分考慮用戶的使用習(xí)慣,其功能不斷更新迭代,服務(wù)內(nèi)容越來(lái)越精細(xì),這促使了微信用戶數(shù)量的飛速增長(zhǎng),因此也受到越來(lái)越多的人關(guān)注。高校圖書(shū)館與時(shí)俱進(jìn),在傳統(tǒng)服務(wù)方式的基礎(chǔ)上利用微信在服務(wù)領(lǐng)域的方便和優(yōu)點(diǎn),紛紛開(kāi)通圖書(shū)館微信服務(wù)。高校圖書(shū)館微信為廣大高校師生獲取圖書(shū)館館藏資源提供了一個(gè)高效便捷的途徑,為在校師生提供了個(gè)性化服務(wù)的重要渠道。為了重新審視圖書(shū)館微信服務(wù)質(zhì)量與其投入所帶來(lái)的效益,并為圖書(shū)館微信平臺(tái)建設(shè)如何吸收更多用戶群體提供科學(xué)決策依據(jù),對(duì)其微信平臺(tái)的使用和服務(wù)情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查是高校圖書(shū)館微信未來(lái)發(fā)展所必不可少的研究?jī)?nèi)容。本文共分為七個(gè)部分:第一部分論述了研究背景及意義,國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,并且介紹了研究?jī)?nèi)容和方法等;第二部分簡(jiǎn)要介紹了論文相關(guān)理論概念,并分析了高校圖書(shū)館微信平臺(tái)的特點(diǎn);第三部分講述了安徽省高校圖書(shū)館微信平臺(tái)的使用現(xiàn)狀,主要包括平臺(tái)的開(kāi)通與使用情況,平臺(tái)的宣傳與推廣情況以及服務(wù)內(nèi)容的相關(guān)設(shè)置情況三個(gè)方面;第四部分對(duì)安徽省內(nèi)三所高校圖書(shū)館(中國(guó)科學(xué)技術(shù)圖書(shū)館、安徽大學(xué)圖書(shū)館、安徽農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)圖書(shū)館)微信平臺(tái)的服務(wù)內(nèi)容做出具體分析,通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)卷,選取這三所學(xué)校圖書(shū)館微信用戶作為樣本,分析三所高校圖書(shū)館微信用戶在使用過(guò)程中的體驗(yàn)情況;第五部分根據(jù)上文內(nèi)容,并依據(jù)問(wèn)卷結(jié)果總結(jié)出安徽省內(nèi)高校圖書(shū)館微信公眾平臺(tái)存在的不足,分析了其中的原因;第六部分針對(duì)問(wèn)題和不足提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策;第七部分主要是對(duì)本研究的總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:Since entering the 21st century, science and technology have been developing by leaps and bounds, especially in recent years, the development of science and technology has permeated every aspect of ordinary people's life, at the same time, with the continuous improvement of educational level, National basic literacy is also improving, in this era of information explosion, the transmission of information has become more and more rapid. To a great extent, it promotes the transformation of the library, whether from the role orientation of the library, its service concept, or in view of its business emphases, it is developing and renewing with the times. Under such circumstances, libraries should actively change their service concept and gradually change the old concept of "book-based" into "people-oriented". As academic research, libraries borrow new media to serve teachers and students and even the masses of society, and the experience of users is of great importance. Therefore, the new media services of university libraries are paid more and more attention by scholars. At the same time, with its huge QQ users, WeChat quickly occupied the instant messaging market in Asia because of its low cost, convenience, strong interaction, easy acceptance and so on. WeChat and WeChat platforms take full account of users' usage habits, their functions are constantly updated and iterated, and the content of the services becomes more and more sophisticated, which promotes the rapid growth of the number of users of WeChat, and thus attracts more and more attention. The university library keeps pace with the times. On the basis of the traditional service mode, using the convenience and advantage of WeChat in the service field, it opens the library WeChat service one after another. University library WeChat provides an efficient and convenient way for teachers and students to obtain library collection resources and provides an important channel for individualized service for teachers and students. In order to re-examine the service quality of the library WeChat and the benefit brought by its input, and provide scientific decision basis for the construction of the library WeChat platform how to absorb more user groups. It is necessary to investigate the use and service of WeChat platform in the future development of university library WeChat. This paper is divided into seven parts: the first part discusses the research background and significance, domestic and foreign research status, and introduces the research content and methods. The third part describes the current situation of the use of the WeChat platform in Anhui Province, including the opening and use of the platform. The promotion and promotion of the platform and the service content related to the establishment of three aspects. The fourth part of the three university libraries in Anhui Province (China Science and Technology Library, Anhui University Library, Anhui University Library), The service content of the WeChat platform of Anhui Agricultural University Library is analyzed concretely. Through designing questionnaire, the users of WeChat in the three university libraries are selected as samples to analyze the experience of the users in the process of using WeChat in the three university libraries. The fifth part according to the above content and the questionnaire result summarizes the Anhui university library WeChat public platform existence insufficiency, has analyzed the reason among them, the sixth part proposed the corresponding countermeasure to the question and the insufficiency; The seventh part is the summary of this study.
