基于Android的氣田遠(yuǎn)程數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)測平臺軟件系統(tǒng)設(shè)計

【摘要】:為提高天然氣田工作環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)的監(jiān)測效率,達(dá)到隨時隨地監(jiān)測的目的,推動氣田監(jiān)測智能化、移動化發(fā)展,文章設(shè)計了基于Android的氣田遠(yuǎn)程數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)測平臺軟件系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)安裝在工作人員的智能設(shè)備上,不僅可以實現(xiàn)桌面客戶端中數(shù)據(jù)查詢、展示等功能,結(jié)合移動設(shè)備特點(diǎn)還實現(xiàn)了較好的告警推送功能,滿足氣田移動監(jiān)測服務(wù)的需求。本文來源于中石油創(chuàng)新基金項目(2014D-5006-0603),設(shè)計使用Android客戶端遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測氣田工作環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)。本文采用Android客戶端、Web服務(wù)器和后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫三層架構(gòu),完成了基于Android的氣田遠(yuǎn)程數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)測平臺軟件系統(tǒng)的從后臺到Android前端的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)。客戶端與服務(wù)器連接成功后,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)對氣田中各個氣井內(nèi)溫度、油壓、套壓、瞬時流量的實時數(shù)據(jù)查詢,并以可讀性強(qiáng)的儀表盤形式顯示;歷史數(shù)據(jù)查詢功能可選擇氣井、氣井參數(shù)和時間段,查詢結(jié)果以折線圖和圖表形式顯示,實現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)的可視化,清晰的反映出數(shù)據(jù)的變化趨勢,且能夠?qū)崟r接收服務(wù)器告警信息推送并進(jìn)行簡單處理,確保了對氣田環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)的實時監(jiān)測。為使系統(tǒng)更加安全可靠,本文采用基于MVC的分層架構(gòu)對Web服務(wù)器端進(jìn)行設(shè)計,客戶端與后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫不直接進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)交互,而是利用控制器與Web服務(wù)器相關(guān)組件交互后再由Web服務(wù)器和后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫交互。本文最后對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行測試,驗證了客戶端可行性和運(yùn)行的穩(wěn)定性,實現(xiàn)了氣田生產(chǎn)環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測和應(yīng)用的移動化。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the monitoring efficiency of the working environment data of natural gas field, to achieve the purpose of monitoring at any time and anywhere, and to promote the intelligent and mobile development of gas field monitoring, a software system of gas field remote data monitoring platform based on Android is designed in this paper. The system can not only realize the functions of data query and display in the desktop client, but also realize the function of warning and pushing according to the characteristics of mobile device, and meet the needs of mobile monitoring service in gas field. This paper is based on Sinopec Innovation Fund project (2014D-5006-0603C), which is designed to use Android client to remotely monitor the working environment data of gas field. In this paper, the design and implementation of the software system from backstage to Android front end of gas field remote data monitoring platform based on Android is completed by using Android client web server and backstage database. After the client and the server are connected successfully, the real-time data query of temperature, oil pressure, casing pressure and instantaneous flow rate in each gas well in the gas field can be realized, and displayed in the form of instrument panel with strong readability. The gas well parameters and time periods, the query results are shown in the form of broken line diagram and chart, the visualization of the data is realized, the change trend of the data is clearly reflected, and the alarm information of the server can be received in real time and processed simply. The real-time monitoring of gas field environment data is ensured. In order to make the system more secure and reliable, this paper adopts the layered architecture based on MVC to design the Web server. The client and the background database do not directly interact with each other. Instead, the controller is used to interact with the components related to the Web server and then the Web server and the background database. Finally, the system is tested, which verifies the feasibility and stability of the client, and realizes the remote monitoring of the gas field production environment data and the application of the mobile application.
