【摘要】:互聯(lián)網(wǎng)傳播的蓬勃發(fā)展對(duì)傳統(tǒng)報(bào)業(yè)造成了巨大的沖擊,廣告業(yè)績(jī)與發(fā)行量持續(xù)下滑,維持運(yùn)營(yíng)數(shù)百年的產(chǎn)業(yè)模式岌岌可危,不斷有媒體破產(chǎn)或停止印刷紙質(zhì)版的消息傳出;但另一方面,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)也為傳統(tǒng)報(bào)業(yè)迎來(lái)絕處拐點(diǎn)的新生機(jī)提供了驅(qū)動(dòng)力,很多人在網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒介的數(shù)字化傳播方式中看到了報(bào)業(yè)的重生機(jī)遇,向數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)今紙媒行業(yè)的行動(dòng)自覺(jué)。《紐約時(shí)報(bào)》作為資歷深厚的老牌傳統(tǒng)媒體,是報(bào)業(yè)進(jìn)行數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型的先行者,二十余年的轉(zhuǎn)型歷程積累了豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn),具有一定的代表性。特別是2014年以來(lái),《紐約時(shí)報(bào)》加大轉(zhuǎn)型力度,全面建立"數(shù)字優(yōu)先"的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃并進(jìn)行了一系列創(chuàng)新改革,其數(shù)字訂戶數(shù)量和數(shù)字營(yíng)收大幅增長(zhǎng),數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型取得了階段性成果。因此本文以《紐約時(shí)報(bào)》為研究對(duì)象,主要采用文獻(xiàn)研究法和個(gè)案研究法,通過(guò)對(duì)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的收集、整理與分析,梳理出《紐約時(shí)報(bào)》二十余年來(lái)進(jìn)行數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型的探索軌跡,從編輯機(jī)制、驅(qū)動(dòng)技術(shù)和新聞產(chǎn)品三個(gè)方面來(lái)具體分析,并結(jié)合時(shí)報(bào)轉(zhuǎn)型經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)我國(guó)報(bào)業(yè)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型提出建議。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),《紐約時(shí)報(bào)》的數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型打破了封閉生產(chǎn)、人才單一、傳者中心的舊慣習(xí),打通了工作空間、生產(chǎn)流程、職能部門(mén)之間橫亙的圍墻,進(jìn)而消除了編輯室內(nèi)部文化和心理認(rèn)同上的隱形藩籬;《紐約時(shí)報(bào)》的新聞編輯室內(nèi)正在掀起一股前所未有的技術(shù)風(fēng)潮,新技術(shù)和新工具在其數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型過(guò)程中發(fā)揮了重大作用,未來(lái)的新聞業(yè)將向更加智能化的方向發(fā)展;在新聞產(chǎn)品的創(chuàng)新開(kāi)發(fā)方面,《紐約時(shí)報(bào)》注重將更多技術(shù)因素融入其中,實(shí)現(xiàn)內(nèi)容的數(shù)字化生產(chǎn)與傳播。"新聞"不再是只提供即時(shí)消息的報(bào)道,而變成集信息服務(wù)與感官體驗(yàn)于一體的數(shù)字化產(chǎn)品。《紐約時(shí)報(bào)》的數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型取得了相當(dāng)多值得肯定的成果,為今后繼續(xù)向縱深方向推進(jìn)轉(zhuǎn)型奠定了基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合《紐約時(shí)報(bào)》的轉(zhuǎn)型經(jīng)驗(yàn)與教訓(xùn),本研究從制定發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃、打造優(yōu)質(zhì)內(nèi)容產(chǎn)品、引入數(shù)字化生產(chǎn)理念和培養(yǎng)數(shù)字化人才隊(duì)伍等四個(gè)方面對(duì)我國(guó)報(bào)業(yè)的數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型提出建議,以更好地應(yīng)對(duì)傳媒行業(yè)變革。
[Abstract]:The vigorous development of Internet communication has caused a huge impact on the traditional newspaper industry, the advertising performance and circulation volume continue to decline, the industrial model of maintaining operation for hundreds of years is at risk, and the news that the media went bankrupt or stopped printing paper version is coming out. But on the other hand, the Internet has also provided a driving force for the traditional newspaper industry to usher in the new vitality of the turning point. Many people have seen the rebirth opportunity of the newspaper industry in the digital communication mode of the network media. The "New York Times", as a veteran traditional media with profound qualifications, is a pioneer in the digital transformation of the newspaper industry, and has accumulated rich experience and lessons in the course of its transformation for more than 20 years. It has certain representativeness. In particular, since 2014, the New York Times has stepped up its transformation efforts, fully established the "Digital first" strategic plan and carried out a series of innovative reforms, with its number of digital subscribers and digital revenues growing dramatically. Digital transformation has achieved periodic results. Therefore, this article takes the New York Times as the research object, mainly adopts the literature research method and the case study method, through the collection, the arrangement and the analysis to the related literature, combs the "New York Times" more than 20 years to carry on the digitization transformation exploration track. This paper analyzes the three aspects of editing mechanism, driving technology and news products, and puts forward some suggestions on the digitization transformation of Chinese newspaper industry based on the experience of times transformation. The study found that the digital transformation of the New York Times broke through the old habits of closed production, single talent, and center of transmitters, opening the walls between work spaces, production processes, and functional departments. In turn, it removed the hidden barriers of cultural and psychological identity in the newsroom; the New York Times's news editing room was setting off an unprecedented technological wave, and new technologies and tools played a major role in its digitization transformation. "the news industry in the future will develop in a more intelligent direction. In terms of innovative development of news products, the New York Times will focus on integrating more technical factors into it to achieve digital production and dissemination of content." News "is no longer just an instant messaging report, but a digital product that integrates information services and sensory experiences. The digital transformation of the New York Times has produced a lot of positive results." This study lays a foundation for the further development of the transition in the future. Combined with the experience and lessons of the New York Times, this study aims to develop a strategic plan for the development of high-quality content products. This paper introduces the concept of digital production and the cultivation of digital talents and puts forward some suggestions for the digital transformation of the newspaper industry in China in order to better cope with the reform of the media industry.
