【摘要】:智能型住宅小區(qū)的產生,能夠為小區(qū)居民建造1個安適、便利、有效且安全的居住環(huán)境,另外對于物業(yè)經管企業(yè)指出了較高的條件。由于信息化的水平不斷提升,客戶對于智能型住宅小區(qū)物業(yè)經管體系的條件日漸升高,特別是對于各類子體系間的信息分享指出較高的條件。這篇文章探究的智能型住宅小區(qū)經管體系的服務器端采用Spring MVC架構,基于XMPP協(xié)議(可擴展消息與出席協(xié)議),經過Spring構架供應的依靠注入和調控反轉屬性,還有構架供應了輕量級Web容器的經管,根據(jù)這一功能去完成小區(qū)物業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)的即時推送,實施體系的正常經管,對于物業(yè)體系內頻繁產生的任務調度事件選用開源型的Quartz任務調度構架。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)本文中智能型住宅小區(qū)物業(yè)經管體系的策劃,可以提高傳統(tǒng)型的門禁和物業(yè)經管體系,并且減小作業(yè)本錢提升物業(yè)經管的效力。論文首先介紹了智能小區(qū)管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)態(tài)勢,Android體系是前端板塊的優(yōu)點,XMPP中心協(xié)定的界說與完成樣式,關于小區(qū)的智能化經管體系的軟件架構與作業(yè)過程,對于各個功能板塊實施具體陳述。其次鑒于Android體系能夠實現(xiàn)智能型住宅小區(qū)經管體系的策劃,思考了各個板塊間的彼此關聯(lián),同樣思考了獨立板塊的可拓展性,實現(xiàn)了改良協(xié)調的體系策劃。這篇文章最終能夠通過對各個板塊的實施測驗,涵蓋對即時通訊板塊實施性能測驗,對客戶注冊與登錄板塊實施還有查找信息板塊實施功能測驗,各類測驗說明,這個體系能夠相對優(yōu)質地實現(xiàn)小區(qū)物業(yè)經管流程內的各類作業(yè)并且可以把通信時延制約到科學的區(qū)間內。
[Abstract]:The production of intelligent residential district can build a safe, convenient, effective and safe living environment for the residents of the residential area. In addition, it points out the higher conditions for the property management enterprises.Due to the improvement of the level of information, the condition of the management system of the intelligent residential area property management system is rising day by day, especially the higher condition of the information sharing among all kinds of sub-systems.The server side of the intelligent residential district management system explored in this article adopts Spring MVC architecture, based on XMPP protocol (extensible message and attendance protocol), which is supplied through the Spring framework by relying on injection and regulating inversion attributes.The framework also supplies the management of lightweight Web containers, according to this function to complete the immediate push of residential property data, the implementation of the system of normal management,For the frequently occurring task scheduling events in the property system, open source Quartz task scheduling framework is chosen.It is found that the planning of intelligent residential estate property management system in this paper can improve the traditional access control and property management system, and reduce the business money to enhance the effectiveness of property management.Firstly, the paper introduces the development situation of intelligent residential area management system, the Android system is the advantage of the front plate and the definition and completion style of XMPP central agreement, and the software architecture and operation process of the intelligent management system of the community.For each functional plate to implement specific statements.Secondly, in view of the Android system can realize the intelligent residential district management system planning, thinking about the correlation between the various plates, also thinking about the expansibility of the independent plate, and realized the improved coordinated system planning.This article will eventually be able to pass implementation tests on various sections, including performance tests on instant messaging, implementation of customer registration and login boards, and functional tests on the search information board, all kinds of test instructions,This system can realize all kinds of operations in the process of property management and restrict the communication delay to the scientific interval.
