某通信運營商數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:目前國內(nèi)通信行業(yè)飛速發(fā)展,競爭日趨激烈,各個運營商在業(yè)務(wù)、服務(wù)和信息化等方面雖然投入巨大,卻出現(xiàn)了越來越多的問題,如在建設(shè)經(jīng)營分析系統(tǒng)、運營支撐系統(tǒng)等大型綜合系統(tǒng)的過程中,運營商將每個系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部子系統(tǒng)分包給不同開發(fā)廠商,容易造成相同功能重復(fù)開發(fā),導(dǎo)致開發(fā)成本高、上線時間長的問題;沒有實現(xiàn)對于業(yè)務(wù)、服務(wù)、能力的全生命周期一體化管控;存在大量的孤島式應(yīng)用,未能對各子系統(tǒng)資源進(jìn)行整合,導(dǎo)致資源利用率低下。本課題期望通過數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的建設(shè),將經(jīng)分系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)封裝成“服務(wù)”,促進(jìn)系統(tǒng)由簡單的功能提供向深度的數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型。本課題主要的研究內(nèi)容是圍繞某通信運營商數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行研究,主要介紹了課題的研究背景,對業(yè)務(wù)需求展開了深入分析,最后設(shè)計、實現(xiàn)并測試了系統(tǒng)功能。系統(tǒng)主要利用J2EE開發(fā)技術(shù),基于Spring、Struts、Mybatis構(gòu)成的MVC框架進(jìn)行開發(fā),采用B/S訪問模式。應(yīng)用當(dāng)前主流的Ajax技術(shù)、mysql技術(shù)、Webservice技術(shù),提高了頁面響應(yīng)速度和數(shù)據(jù)加載速度,讓用戶具有良好的使用體驗。本文重點研究了系統(tǒng)的總體架構(gòu)、技術(shù)架構(gòu)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu)、功能架構(gòu)等,并設(shè)計了系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫。通過編程實現(xiàn)了首頁門戶、信息視圖、關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)庫、服務(wù)管理和系統(tǒng)管理等功能模塊,最后進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)測試。通過本系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn),可以抽取核心業(yè)務(wù)能力,通過融合各種能力、服務(wù)提供給最終用戶,用戶可以訂購和退訂服務(wù)。服務(wù)抽象方式可以降低第三方的開發(fā)成本,提高上線開通的速度;通過對這些核心服務(wù)進(jìn)行全生命周期的管控;達(dá)到對于核心服務(wù)的匯聚以及監(jiān)管,解決了系統(tǒng)建設(shè)過程中存在的問題。本課題的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)使得經(jīng)分系統(tǒng)能力服務(wù)化,服務(wù)價值化。運營數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)提升了系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)部處理能力,提高了不同系統(tǒng)之間互動、協(xié)作能力,從而實現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)向深度的數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型。
[Abstract]:At present, with the rapid development of the domestic communication industry, the competition is becoming increasingly fierce. Although the operators have invested a lot in business, service and information, more and more problems have emerged, such as the construction of the business analysis system. In the process of operation support system and other large-scale integrated systems, the operators subcontract each subsystem to different development manufacturers, which is easy to cause the same function repeated development, leading to the problems of high development cost and long time on line. There is no integrated management and control over the whole life cycle of business, service and capability, and there are a large number of isolated island applications, which fail to integrate the resources of each subsystem. This project expects to build a data service management system. Encapsulate the data of the subsystem into "service", and promote the system to transform from simple function to deep data service. The main research content of this paper is to study the data service management system of a communication operator. This paper mainly introduces the research background of the subject, analyzes the business requirements deeply, and finally designs, realizes and tests the system functions. The system mainly uses the J2EE development technology to develop the MVC framework based on Spring Struts Mybatis. By using the B / S access mode and using the current mainstream Ajax technology, MySQL technology and Web service technology, the page response speed and data loading speed are improved, and users have a good experience. This paper focuses on the overall architecture and technical framework of the system. Network architecture, functional architecture, and design of the system database. Through programming to achieve the home portal, information view, key indicators library, service management and system management and other functional modules, Finally, the system is tested. Through the design and implementation of the system, the core business capability can be extracted, and the service can be provided to the end user through the integration of various capabilities. Users can order and unsubscribe services. Service abstraction can reduce the development costs of third parties, improve the speed of online launch; achieve the convergence and regulation of core services through life-cycle control of these core services. The design and implementation of this subject makes the system service and service value. The operation data service improves the internal processing ability of the system and improves the interaction between different systems. Collaboration ability, thus realized the system to the depth data service transformation.
