收納設計視角下高校教務管理系統(tǒng)信息架構設計研究

【摘要】:教務管理系統(tǒng)是高校利用信息技術輔助教學事務管理、提升教學服務質量的重要平臺。目前該系統(tǒng)功能局限于基本事務的管理,在教學服務、信息溝通等方面的拓展仍不完善。筆者結合建筑學、認知心理學和軟件工程角度分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題根源是前期系統(tǒng)信息架構規(guī)劃過于局限,未能匹配使用者需求與系統(tǒng)目標間的關系。此前系統(tǒng)開發(fā)過程對用戶體驗缺乏關注,已有文獻側重技術創(chuàng)新。構建系統(tǒng)需考慮使用場景、用戶和信息內容三者相互協(xié)調,信息分類、內容組織邏輯以符合用戶體驗為基礎。我國高等教育要從過去"追求成績和統(tǒng)一"向"追求質量和個性"過渡,設計科對信息管理大多關注外在"呈現(xiàn)",缺少向內對信息"分類組織"的探究,交互手段比較落后,以上問題均需要一個新的思路來解決。本文設計出理想的教務管理系統(tǒng),以及設計該系統(tǒng)時需要的智慧、技巧和背后的深意。改變設計教務管理系統(tǒng)的觀念,就要重新認識"用戶行為"對系統(tǒng)架構的影響,收納設計旨在強調匹配"個人習慣"與"住宅分區(qū)",其理念和方法對教務系統(tǒng)重構有重要借鑒價值。研究收納設計視角下重構高校教務管理系統(tǒng),其實是是探究如何設計教務管理系統(tǒng)能持續(xù)維持使用者良好體驗,具體到信息架構層面,則是探究如何組織教務管理系統(tǒng)的信息以便于使用者理解操作。本文首先闡述收納設計相關概念,并在行為層次維度對居家習慣和高校教務管理系統(tǒng)進行匹配,發(fā)現(xiàn)收納與系統(tǒng)的信息架構具有高度的自相似性,理想的收納效果、合理的信息架構都需要從產品目標出發(fā),在使用情境中分析使用者的行為,思考如何提高操作效率、預防或減少出錯;接著深入探究高校教務管理系統(tǒng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,還原系統(tǒng)流程的真實場景,,結合易用性調研結果,講明在收納設計視角下重構系統(tǒng)信息架構的必要性;然后,比較傳統(tǒng)IT的開發(fā)模式及"目標導向"設計方法,在使用者需求和教務管理目標的雙重導向下創(chuàng)新設計,還原使用情境并遞歸需求,依據功能操作頻率劃分優(yōu)先級,整合完成系統(tǒng)架構設計。最后結合浙江理工大學研究生教務管理系統(tǒng)進行設計實證,評估設計效果。
[Abstract]:Educational administration management system is an important platform for colleges and universities to use information technology to assist teaching affairs management and improve the quality of teaching services. At present, the functions of the system are limited to the management of basic affairs and teaching services. Based on the analysis of architecture, cognitive psychology and software engineering, the author finds that the root of the problem is that the planning of system information architecture is too limited. The relationship between user needs and system objectives has not been matched. Prior to the system development process, there was a lack of attention to the user experience, and the existing literature focused on technological innovation. The logic of information classification and content organization is based on the user experience. China's higher education should make a transition from "pursuing achievement and unity" to "pursuing quality and individuality" in the past. The design section mostly pays attention to the external "presentation" to the information management, lacks the inquiry to the information "classification organization", the interaction means is relatively backward, the above question all need a new thought to solve. This article designs the ideal educational administration management system, To change the concept of designing the educational administration system, it is necessary to re-understand the impact of "user behavior" on the architecture of the system. The purpose of the acceptance design is to emphasize the matching of "personal habit" and "residential district", and its ideas and methods are of great value for reference in the reconstruction of educational administration system. This paper studies the reconstruction of educational administration management system in colleges and universities from the perspective of acceptance design. In fact, it is to explore how to design an educational administration system that can maintain a good user experience on a continuous basis, specifically at the level of information architecture. It is to explore how to organize the information of the educational administration system to facilitate the user to understand the operation. Firstly, this paper expounds the related concepts of the acceptance design, and matches the home habit and the educational administration management system of the university in the behavior level dimension. It is found that the information architecture between acceptance and system has a high degree of self-similarity, the ideal acceptance effect and reasonable information architecture need to start from the product goal, analyze the user's behavior in the use situation, and think about how to improve the operational efficiency. To prevent or reduce errors; then to explore the current situation of the development of educational administration system in colleges and universities, restore the real scene of the system process, combined with the results of usability research, to explain the necessity of reconstructing the system information architecture from the perspective of inclusion design. Comparing traditional IT development mode and "goal-oriented" design method, innovating design under the dual guidance of user demand and educational administration goal, restoring using situation and recursion requirement, dividing priority according to function operation frequency, Finally, combining with Zhejiang University of Technology graduate education administration management system design demonstration, evaluate the design effect.
